Abstract
The invention relates to a packaging carton printing process and a printing device, which comprises the following steps of cutting a paperboard according to a drawing, bending the cut paperboard at a preset bending line, printing patterns on the bent paperboard, and attaching softening liquid at the bending line before bending. The softening liquid may be water, or hydrophilic colloid, preferably acacia, may be added into water at a ratio of 0.05-0.15 parts per 100 parts of water. After the Arabic gum is added, the softening liquid has certain viscosity,
the liquid colloid is rubbed on the paperboard to evaporate the water,
after the glue solution is dried, the glue solution is covered on the paperboard to form a hardened glue film, so that the bending position of the paperboard can be protected for a long time, and the bending position cannot crack in time.
Further, 0.05-0.15 part of sodium hydroxide is added to 100 parts of water, and 0.05-0.15 part of sodium hydroxide is added to 100 parts of water. The addition of an alkaline component can make the effect better.
The softening liquid can be smeared at the bending line through a smearing device and can also be sprayed at the bending line through a spraying device.
The softening liquid is applied by an application device, and the density of the softening liquid applied to the bending line is 0.01-0.03 g per square centimeter.
The softening liquid is sprayed by a spraying device, and the density of the softening liquid sprayed at the bending line is 0.015-0.035 grams per square centimeter.
After the softening liquid is sprayed or smeared, the paper board is kept for 3-5 seconds and then bent, so that the paper board can be better wetted by water, and part of the water can be evaporated, so that the paper board is soft but not easy to cause overlarge humidity, but the paper board is damaged when being bent.
The invention also relates to a packaging carton printing device, which comprises a cutting device, a printing device and a printing device, wherein the cutting device is used for cutting the paperboard according to a drawing; the bending device is used for bending the cut paperboard at a preset bending line; in the first embodiment, a spraying device for spraying softening liquid is arranged in front of the bending device, and the spraying device can be a water spraying head 4 which is connected with a liquid storage device 5.
In the second embodiment, an applying device for applying the softening liquid may be disposed in front of the bending device, the applying device may be a brush 6 connected to a water pipe, and the water pipe is connected to a liquid storage device.
After the structure is adopted, the outer surface of the paperboard is softer and more flexible, and the surface is not easy to crack by adopting the technical scheme and bending after the softening liquid is attached to the bending line.
