The following detailed description is directed to the various mechanisms of the automatic palletizing apparatus 200:
referring to fig. 3 and 4, in the above embodiment, the pretreatment mechanism 1 includes a centering clamping cylinder 11, a pretreatment tray 12, a rotary power unit 13, a telescopic power unit 14, a push-pull power unit 15, and a push rod 16. The telescopic power part 14 is two telescopic cylinders, specifically an upper cylinder 141 and a lower cylinder 142, the two telescopic cylinders are arranged along the vertical direction, the lower cylinder 142 is installed on the frame 7 of the automatic stacking equipment, and the upper cylinder 141 is installed on the power output end of the lower cylinder 142; the rotary power part 13 is a rotary motor, is arranged on the power output end of the upper telescopic cylinder, and the rotating shaft of the rotary motor can rotate around the vertical direction, and the pretreatment tray 12 is arranged on the rotating shaft of the rotary power part 13 and is positioned at one side of the sorter 100 so as to receive the Baibao bills supplied by the sorter 100; the centering clamping cylinder 11 is arranged on the rack 7 and is positioned above the pretreatment tray 12, and clamping plates 111 on two sides of the centering clamping cylinder 11 can move reversely along the horizontal direction, so that the Baibao banknotes carried on the pretreatment tray 12 are centered, clamped or loosened; the push-pull power part 15 is a power component such as a horizontally arranged telescopic cylinder or an electric push rod, the push-pull power part 15 is installed on the rack 7, and a push rod 16 is installed on a power output end of the push-pull power part 15 to push the herborist banknotes to the stacking mechanism 2 along a first horizontal direction. Specifically, in this embodiment, the first horizontal direction is the X direction in fig. 3, and the sorter 100 conveys the herborist-pack banknotes to the pre-processing tray 12; then, the upper cylinder 141 is first lowered by a distance so that the pretreatment tray 12 has a sufficient rotation space; then, if the direction of the Baibao bank notes needs to be adjusted, the rotating motor drives the pretreatment tray 12 to rotate, and if the direction of the Baibao bank notes does not need to be adjusted, the rotating motor is not moved; then, the lower cylinder 142 drives the herborist bag of bank notes with the adjusted direction to continuously descend until the pretreatment tray 12 is flush with the push-pull power part 15; then, the push-pull power part 15 drives the push rod 16 to push the herborist-package banknotes along the X direction, so that the herborist-package banknotes in the sorted direction are pushed to the stacking mechanism 2. Therefore, the pretreatment tray 12 can be ensured to have enough rotating space through the two descending processes, and the working reliability is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, the palletizing mechanism 2 comprises a pre-palletizing mechanism 21 and a pallet fork mechanism 22; a pre-palletizing mechanism 21 is provided on one side of the push rod 16 to receive the banknote packets and feed them to the fork mechanism 22; the fork mechanism 22 is disposed below the pre-palletizing mechanism 21 and can be lowered in a vertical direction to receive the banknote packs and stack them to a set number to form banknotes to be bundled. The pre-stacking mechanism 21 is mainly used for temporarily storing the baibao banknotes, then the temporarily stored baibao banknotes are supplied to the lower fork mechanism 22, the fork mechanism 22 lowers the height of one banknote bag when receiving one banknote bag until ten baibao banknotes are stacked on the fork mechanism 22 to form a wubao banknote, the wubao banknote is the banknote to be bundled, and at the moment, the fork mechanism 22 supplies the wubao banknote to the transfer mechanism 3 for transfer.
Referring to fig. 5, in the above embodiment, in particular, the pre-palletizing mechanism 21 includes a palletizing channel 211, a pre-palletizing tray 212, a buffer fork 213 and a pre-palletizing cylinder 214. The stacking channel 211 is a rectangular channel surrounded by four baffles, and meanwhile, a stacking baffle 215 is arranged on one side of the stacking channel 211, and the pre-stacking cylinder 214 is arranged on one side (i.e., the left front side in fig. 5) of the stacking baffle 215. The buffer fork 213 is mounted on the power output end of the pre-palletizing cylinder, so that the pre-palletizing cylinder 214 can drive the buffer fork 213 to reciprocate along a first horizontal direction (i.e., the X direction). Accordingly, a notch 2151 corresponding to the buffer fork 213 is formed in the pallet gate 215 so that the head of the buffer fork can pass through the pallet gate 215. The pre-palletising tray 212 is disposed on the side of the palletising channel 211 remote from the palletising baffles 215 (i.e. to the rear right in figure 5) and on the side of the pre-treatment tray 12 (with reference to the position shown in figure 3); a fork mechanism 22 is provided below the stacker channel 211 for receiving a bundle of banknotes. In a specific operation, referring to fig. 3, the push-pull power unit 15 drives the push rod 16 to push the sorted herborist package banknotes to the pre-palletizing tray 212 along the X direction; then, the pre-stacking cylinder 214 drives the buffer fork 213 to pass through the notch 2151 along the direction opposite to the X direction and extend to the pre-stacking tray 212, so as to lift up the banknote package on the pre-stacking tray 212; then, the pre-palletizing cylinder 214 drives the buffer fork 213 to return along the X direction until the banknote package abuts against the palletizing baffle 215, and as the buffer fork 213 continues to return to the initial position along the X direction, the banknote package loses support and falls onto the fork mechanism 22 below the palletizing channel 211. The above process is repeated until ten hundred packs of banknotes are stacked on the pallet fork mechanism 22, and a stacking operation of one thousand packs of banknotes is completed.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in the above embodiment, specifically, the fork mechanism 22 includes a mounting plate 221, a lifting power unit 222, a fork 223, a fork guide rail 224, and a fork slider 225. The mounting plate 221 is an L-shaped plate and is arranged on the rack 7 along the vertical direction, and a fork supporting guide rail 224 is arranged on the mounting plate 221 along the vertical direction to realize a guiding function; the fork 223 is in sliding connection with a fork guide rail 224 through a fork slide block 225 and is positioned in the stacking channel 211; the lifting power part 222 is a rotating motor, and the rotating motor is arranged at the bottom of the mounting plate 221 and connected with the fork supporting slider 225 through a screw mechanism, so that the rotation of the rotating motor can drive the fork supporting 223 to reciprocate along the vertical direction. When a herborist banknote falls into the stacking channel 211, it will correspondingly fall onto the pallet fork 223; then, the rotary motor rotates a certain angle to make the bracket 223 descend by the height of one hundred-pack bank notes, so as to continuously stack the hundred-pack bank notes, and ten times of the process are repeated to form one thousand-pack bank notes. When a bunch of bills is formed on the fork 223, the rotary motor drives the fork 223 to move to the bottommost portion to supply the bunch of bills to the transfer mechanism 3, and then drives the fork 223 to ascend again to perform a piling operation of the bunch of bills.
Referring to fig. 7, in the above embodiment, the transfer mechanism 3 includes the transfer cylinder 31, the collection section 32, the transfer guide 33, and the transfer slider 34. The transfer guide 33 is disposed on the frame 7 along the first horizontal direction, the collecting portion 32 is enclosed by four baffle plates to form a rectangular frame, the bottom of the collecting portion 32 is slidably disposed on the transfer guide 33 through a transfer slide block 34, and the transfer cylinder 31 is connected to the transfer slide block 34 so as to drive the collecting portion 32 to move between the initial position and the first setting position along the X direction. When the collecting portion 32 is in the initial position, the collecting portion 32 is located below the stacking channel 211, and when ten hundred bags of bills are stacked on the pallet fork 223, the pallet fork 223 descends to the bottommost portion, so that the ten bags of bills on the pallet fork 223 are carried on the bottom of the collecting portion 32 in a cross exchange manner. When the collecting portion 32 has any bag of bills, the transfer cylinder 31 drives the collecting portion 32 to move along the X direction until the collecting portion 32 moves to the first setting position, and when the collecting portion 32 is at the first setting position, the collecting portion 32 corresponds to the elevating mechanism 4, so that the bag of bills in the collecting portion 32 is elevated to a certain height by the elevating mechanism 4.
Referring to fig. 8, in the above embodiment, the lifting mechanism 4 includes the first lifting cylinder 41, the telescopic cylinder 42 and the lifting fork 43, the first lifting cylinder 41 is disposed on the frame 7 along the vertical direction and located at the first set position, the telescopic cylinder 42 is disposed on the power output end of the first lifting cylinder 41 along the second horizontal direction, and the lifting fork 43 is disposed on the power output end of the telescopic cylinder 42. During specific work, when the transfer cylinder 31 drives the collecting portion 32 to move the Qianbai banknotes to the first set position, the telescopic cylinder 42 extends out along the second horizontal direction, the second horizontal direction is the Y direction in fig. 7, so that the telescopic cylinder 42 drives the lifting fork 43 to move to the position below the Qianbai banknotes, then the power output end of the first lifting cylinder 41 rises along the vertical direction, the lifting fork 43 is driven to rise until the Qianbai banknotes are lifted to the second set position, and at the moment, the first lifting cylinder 41 is kept inactive to perform subsequent packing paper putting steps.
