Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of whitening cosmetics, and particularly relates to whitening and anti-wrinkle essence and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Currently, whitening is mostly performed by physical concealer treatment using cosmetics containing titanium dioxide. The titanium dioxide is added into a certain substrate and uniformly coated on the face, the high reflection of the titanium dioxide to light is utilized to improve the brightness of the skin, and meanwhile, the titanium dioxide also fills in wrinkles on the surface of the skin, so that the effect of covering the wrinkles of the skin is achieved. However, such physical masking does not solve the problems of dullness and increased wrinkles from the viewpoint of the skin itself, and does not effectively delay the aging process of the skin. In addition, a laser spot removing method is adopted by some people, the method is expensive, spots are blackened, inflammation or more spread occurs, and the mild spot-lightening and spot-removing effects cannot be achieved.
Patent application with patent publication number CN 110151617A discloses an extraction process of myrtle extracting solution and application thereof, and the obtained myrtle-containing anti-wrinkle essence has the characteristics of resisting wrinkles and preventing skin aging. However, the essence has no whitening effect.
In view of this, the invention is particularly proposed.

The composition comprises herba Schizonepetae extract, lichen extract, herba Verbenae extract, myrtle leaf extract, ligusticum jezoides extract and sodium hyaluronate, and has skin whitening and wrinkle removing effects. The specific synergistic effect among the components enables the wrinkles of the skin to be improved to a great extent, and the anti-wrinkle effect is obvious. The whitening and anti-wrinkle composition provided by the invention is beneficial to improving the skin smoothness of a user, and has an obvious whitening effect.
Wherein the herba Schizonepetae extract is obtained from water or alcoholic solution of dry herba Schizonepetae. Herba Schizonepetae, pungent in flavor, slightly warm, entering liver and lung channels, has effects of relieving exterior syndrome, dispelling pathogenic wind, promoting eruption, and eliminating sore, and can be used for treating common cold, headache, measles, rubella, and pyocutaneous disease; modern pharmacological research shows that schizonepeta spike has the functions of antipyresis, anti-inflammation, analgesia, itching relieving and antivirus.
In the present invention, the moss extract is derived from an aqueous or alcoholic solution extract of moss. Lichen is a complex formed by symbiosis of fungi and algae, and has a long history in China, and the main active ingredients of lichen are lichen polysaccharide, allopatric lichen polysaccharide, beta-lichen phenol and lichenin, and the lichen has various biological activities of moisturizing, improving skin elasticity, fading texture, improving skin darkness, resisting oxidation, resisting tumors, resisting viruses, resisting bacteria and the like.
In the present invention, the verbena extract is derived from an aqueous or alcoholic solution of verbena. Herba Verbenae, also known as Spiranthis Praecocis, herba Schizonepetae, and Agrimonia pilosa, is dried aerial part of herba Verbenae of Verbenaceae, and is grown for many years, and dried whole herb or whole herb with root is used as medicine, and has light smell and slightly bitter taste; the main functional components are triterpenes, steroids, flavonoid polysaccharide, verbena, and the like, and the medicine has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials, promoting blood circulation and stimulating the menstrual flow, inducing diuresis and reducing edema, and preventing malaria, and is used for treating cold and fever, jaundice, dysentery, dysmenorrhea, edema, malaria, traumatic injury, and the like. In skin care, the cream can regulate water-oil balance, so that pores are compacted, and then the skin is firmer; in addition, the verbena also has strong antioxidant and anti-aging effects, and researches show that the verbena has good B16 cell proliferation inhibition effect.
In the present invention, the myrtle leaf extract is derived from an aqueous or alcoholic solution of myrtle leaves. Myrtle, also known as cyclopentadiene and myrcia, is a evergreen shrub of myrtle of Myrtaceae, and has astringent, tranquilizing, hemostatic, and tonic effects; can be used for treating digestive tract, respiratory tract and various infectious diseases by oral administration, and can be used for treating various skin infections, ulcer, etc. by external application; the myrtle leaves contain more plant polyphenol substances, and the plant polyphenol substances are natural strong reducing substances and have the characteristics of being stronger than common antioxidants in the aspects of oxidation resistance and free radical removal.
In the invention, the Ligusticum jeholense extract is derived from the water or alcohol solution extract of Ligusticum jeholense. Ligusticum jezoides, also named family Ligusticum sinense, etc. is the dried rhizome and root of Ligusticum jezoides of Umbelliferae, and contains linoleic acid, ligustilide, and coumarin; has pungent taste and warm nature, has effects of dispelling pathogenic wind, dispelling cold, eliminating dampness, and relieving pain, and can be used for treating wind-cold type common cold, belladonna pain, and rheumatism arthralgia; modern pharmacological experiments prove that the ligusticum sinense has various pharmacological effects of resisting inflammation, easing pain, tranquilizing, relieving fever, relieving spasm, resisting ulcer, benefiting gallbladder, resisting bacteria and the like. It is commonly used in ancient medical books for whitening skin, lightening spots and brightening.
According to the invention, the sodium hyaluronate is composed of different molecular weights, and researches show that the sodium hyaluronate with different molecular weights has obvious physiological action difference, the sodium hyaluronate with large molecular weight has strong water locking capacity and has the effect of moisturizing the skin, and the sodium hyaluronate with small molecular weight can penetrate into the dermis of the skin to achieve deep water replenishing, even exert the effects of repairing cuticle forming cells, stimulating the regeneration of collagen and restoring and resisting aging. Hyaluronic acid with large and small molecular weights can synergistically enhance the moisturizing and anti-aging effects.
Sodium hyaluronate has several effects as follows: (1) moisture retention. The moisturizing effect is the most important effect of sodium hyaluronate in cosmetics, and compared with other moisturizers, the sodium hyaluronate has the highest moisture absorption capacity in a low-humidity environment and the lowest moisture absorption capacity in a high-humidity environment, and the unique property can meet the requirements of skin on the moisturizing effect of cosmetics in different seasons and different environmental humidities. (2) has nourishing effect. The sodium hyaluronate is a biological substance inherent in a human body, and is supplemented by exogenous sodium hyaluronate to human endogenous hyaluronic acid. (3) repairing and preventing effects. Sodium hyaluronate can promote proliferation and differentiation of epidermal cells, scavenge oxygen free radicals, and regenerate damaged skin. (4) lubricity and film-forming properties. After being coated on the skin, the sodium hyaluronate can form a layer of film on the surface of the skin, so that the skin can generate good smooth feeling and lubricating feeling, and the sodium hyaluronate plays a role in protecting the skin.
In the invention, the schizonepeta spike extract mainly has the functions of diminishing inflammation and relieving itching, and the schizonepeta spike extract and the hyaluronic acid are mixed and matched with at least one or two of other extracts (lichen extract, verbena extract, myrtle leaf extract and ligusticum Liaoning extract), so that the whitening, anti-aging, repairing and synergistic effects can be achieved.
In an alternative embodiment, the spica schizonepetae extract, the lichen extract, the verbena extract, the myrtle leaf extract and the ligusticum Liaoning extract are all in a transparent liquid state.
The above extracts include, but are not limited to, extracts obtained by water extraction, alcohol extraction, etc. Including but not limited to crude extracts, fine extracts.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the sodium hyaluronate comprises two sodium hyaluronate of different molecular weights: macromolecular sodium hyaluronate with the molecular weight of 200-500 ten thousand daltons and micromolecular sodium hyaluronate with the molecular weight of 500-1000 daltons, wherein the mass ratio of the macromolecular sodium hyaluronate to the micromolecular sodium hyaluronate is 1:1-5.
The large molecular hyaluronic acid and the small molecular hyaluronic acid are compounded, so that the large molecular hyaluronic acid can retain water and supplement water, and the small molecular hyaluronic acid can quickly permeate into a dermis layer to play the effects of repairing and resisting aging. The combination of the two greatly improves the skin barrier and repairs and resists aging.

Experimental example 1
Tyrosinase activity inhibition experiments were performed.
The principle is as follows: tyrosinase is a key enzyme in skin melanin biosynthesis, and acts on dopa to form dopaquinone, which spontaneously undergoes a series of reactions to finally form melanin. Tyrosinase can catalyze the conversion of dopa to dopaquinone in a phosphoric acid solution with pH 6.8, and the absorbance can be measured at 475nm of a spectrophotometer. The raw material with tyrosinase activity inhibition effect can reduce conversion of dopa into dopaquinone, so as to reduce light absorption value, and the inhibition effect of the cosmetic on tyrosinase activity is evaluated according to the change of the light absorption value. Further, the inhibitory effect of the cosmetic on skin melanin production was evaluated.
Preparation of test sample solution: 1mL of each of the essences of example 1, the blank control group and comparative examples 1 to 9 (see Table 1) was taken, diluted 1mL with a disodium hydrogenphosphate-citric acid buffer solution (pH 6.8), and mixed to prepare sample solutions.
