Abstract
提供了一种对细胞基因组中的至少一个靶序列进行基因编辑的基因组编辑系统及方法。该基因组编辑系统含有:(1)包含Cas12f核酸酶的表达构建体;(2)包含与该Cas12f核酸酶相应的引导RNA的表达DNA序列,以及该靶序列的靶向序列的表达构建体。该基因编辑系统或者方法可以将细胞内的目标基因精准敲除;体外切割实验中,能将目标基因精准切断。
