As can be seen from table 1, the cleaning agent for a disc membrane of the present invention requires the components of the raw materials to be mixed to achieve a more excellent cleaning effect, but the cleaning effect of the penetrant is affected when a component is not added in a proper range, so that the components of the raw materials need to be controlled in a proper range. The disc type membrane cleaning agent has excellent cleaning effect on organic matters, colloid and biological slime, and does not cause any harm to the membrane and environmental pollution.
In summary, the following steps: organic acids such as citric acid and oxalic acid have good treatment effect on organic metal pollutants formed by inorganic salts, so that the organic metal pollutants are separated from the surface of the reverse osmosis membrane and enter the body liquid. The citric acid can not only generate acid effect, but also form complex reaction with organic pollutants on the surface of the reverse osmosis membrane, and the damage to the membrane is less. The added organic acid has relatively larger dosage compared with other raw material components, and the cleaning capability of other components on dirt can be obviously improved by increasing the dosage of the organic acid, particularly the dispersibility and the solubilization of metal ions are improved; the complexing agent mainly has the functions of softening scale and preventing scale formation, and the added surfactant can improve the dispersibility and reduce the interfacial tension, so that the cleaning agent can penetrate into the membrane for deeper cleaning; the octyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether has good emulsification and dispersion effects, antibacterial property and no toxicity, and can improve the cleaning effect; the surfactant is sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, is a synthetic anionic surfactant with excellent performance, is easy to foam and low in viscosity, has good degreasing capability, and reduces the surface tension, wetting, penetrating and emulsifying properties of water.
The bactericide in the technical scheme of the invention is isothiazolinone, and the isothiazolinone compound is an internationally recognized high-efficiency and low-toxicity bactericide, has strong inhibiting and killing effects on common bacteria, fungi, algae and the like, and can rapidly and irreversibly inhibit the growth of microorganisms after contacting the microorganisms, thereby causing the death of the microbial cells.
Of course, the present invention may have other embodiments, and based on the embodiments, those skilled in the art can obtain other embodiments without any creative effort, and all of them are within the protection scope of the present invention.
