In other embodiments, a form of detection mechanism is provided, comprising a heating assembly 302, a getter assembly 301, a fluorescent material tube 303, a light source 305, a fluorescent filter sheet 306, and a photodetector 304, the getter assembly 301 being disposed opposite the getter assembly 301 toward a surface of the test strip 201 that is not picked up by trace species, the fluorescent material tube 303 being in communication with the getter assembly 301, the light source 305 being disposed toward the fluorescent material tube 303, the photodetector 304 being configured to receive a spectrum of light generated by the fluorescent material tube 303, the fluorescent filter sheet 306 being disposed between the fluorescent material tube and the photodetector; when the trace substance carried by the test strip 201 moves to the point B, the heating component 302 automatically moves along the V direction, and the trace substance is gasified by heating and gasifying the surface of the test strip, and then the air pressure device is arranged to suck the trace substance into the fluorescent material pipe 303, the molecules in the fluorescent material pipe 303 form high molecules, and the excited state of a single fluorescent molecule can be conducted along with molecule accumulation to form excitons; when the substances sucked into the primary gasification contact with dangerous forbidden molecules in the free range of the exciton of the fluorescent material tube 303, the exciton can be quenched, so that the fluorescence of the fluorescent material tube 303 is weakened; the fluorescent material tube 303 is irradiated by a light source 305 and is treated by a fluorescent filter 306, and a photoelectric detector 304 positioned above the fluorescent material tube 303 analyzes and distinguishes the spectrum to distinguish the category of the substance according to different spectrums; the embodiments realize trace substance detection by utilizing a fluorescence quenching mechanism, and a detection mechanism utilizing the principles of ion mobility spectrometry, raman spectroscopy and the like is easily constructed by referring to the mode of the embodiment.
The embodiment of the application provides an automatic surface trace substance detection method, which is used for detecting trace substances on the surface of a card 4 by using the automatic surface trace substance detection device, specifically, the card 4 is input and output by using a conveying mechanism 1, a test belt is rubbed by the card 4 in the input and output process, the trace substances on the surface of the card 4 are picked up by the test belt in the rubbing process, and the trace substances are moved to a detection mechanism 3 by the test belt for detection.
The number of equipment and the scale of processing described herein are intended to simplify the description of the present invention. The use, modification and variation of the surface trace species automatic detection apparatus of the present invention will be apparent to those skilled in the art.

Claims (6)
1. Automatic detection device of surface trace material, its characterized in that includes:
a transport mechanism for driving the card in the input-output path;
the test belt receiving and transmitting mechanism comprises a test belt and a test belt driving assembly, wherein the moving path of the test belt is close to the input and output path and is arranged in a mode that the card rubs the surface of the test belt in the input and output process, and the test belt driving assembly is used for driving the test belt;
a detection mechanism arranged on one side of the moving path and used for detecting trace substances picked up by the test belt when the test belt driving assembly drives the friction area of the test belt and the card to move to correspond to the detection mechanism;
the conveying mechanism comprises a plurality of pairs of conveying wheel sets and a motor, the pairs of conveying wheel sets are arranged at intervals up and down to form an input and output path, the motor drives the pairs of conveying wheel sets, the motor is a reversible motor, the motor rotates positively to drive the pairs of conveying wheel sets to input the card from the input and output path, and the motor rotates reversely to drive the pairs of conveying wheel sets to output the card from the input and output path;
the test belt bypasses one of the conveying wheel sets, so that the card rubs the surface of the test belt in the input and output processes;
the test belt driving assembly comprises a rolling wheel set, a rolling wheel set motor, a curling wheel set and a curling wheel set motor, wherein the rolling wheel set and the curling wheel set are respectively positioned at two ends of the moving path, unused test belts are wound on the curling wheel set, the curling wheel set motor drives the curling wheel set to rotate so as to release the unused test belts, and the rolling wheel set motor drives the rolling wheel set to rotate so as to wind the used test belts;
when the card outputs the input and output path through the conveying mechanism, the hair curling wheel set motor drives the hair curling wheel set to release unused test strips, and the hair curling wheel set motor drives the hair curling wheel set to rotate and wind the used test strips, so that the friction area between the test strips and the card moves to correspond to the detection mechanism;
the test device comprises a test belt, a test disc, a speed measuring wheel set, a speed measuring photoelectric sensor, a speed measuring wheel set and a speed measuring device, wherein the speed measuring wheel set comprises a gear, a code disc and the speed measuring photoelectric sensor, holes are formed in the test belt at intervals and meshed with the gear, the code disc is coaxially arranged with the gear, a plurality of speed measuring holes are formed in the edge of the code disc at intervals, and the speed measuring photoelectric sensor is arranged on one side of the code disc and used for recording the number of the speed measuring holes in the rotation process of the code disc so as to calculate the moving speed of the test belt; correcting the winding speed of the winding wheel set and the releasing speed of the curling wheel set according to the moving speed of the test belt.

The automatic surface trace species detection apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of said pairs of transfer wheel sets includes a pair of first transfer wheel sets, a pair of second transfer wheel sets, a pair of third transfer wheel sets and a pair of fourth transfer wheel sets arranged side by side from outside to inside, a pair of said first transfer wheel sets, a pair of said second transfer wheel sets, a pair of said third transfer wheel sets and a pair of said fourth transfer wheel sets are all disposed at an upper and lower interval, said first transfer wheel sets, said second transfer wheel sets, said third transfer wheel sets and said fourth transfer wheel sets being located above or below are connected by belt transmission, and said test strip bypasses said third transfer wheel sets located below.
3. The automated surface trace species detection apparatus as recited in claim 1 wherein a first photosensor is provided at an entrance of said card input output path for determining whether said card is inserted from said entrance of said input output path.
4. The automatic surface trace substance detecting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a second photosensor is provided at an innermost side of the card input-output passage for judging whether the card reaches a predetermined position.
5. The automated surface trace species detection apparatus as recited in claim 1, wherein the detection mechanism comprises a heating assembly, a gettering assembly, a fluorescent material tube, a light source, a fluorescent filter sheet, and a photodetector, the gettering assembly being disposed opposite the gettering assembly and toward a surface of the test strip where no trace species is picked up, the fluorescent material tube being in communication with the gettering assembly, the light source being oriented toward the fluorescent material tube, the photodetector being configured to receive a spectrum of light generated by the fluorescent material tube, the fluorescent filter sheet being disposed between the fluorescent material tube and the photodetector.
6. The automatic detection method for the surface trace substances is characterized in that the automatic detection device for the surface trace substances is used for detecting the trace substances on the surface of the card.
