Background
With the increasing emphasis on skin problems such as pigmentation, freckles and the like, whitening becomes an indispensable part of people's life, and various whitening cosmetics are produced to meet people's preference and pursuit for whitening skin. The traditional whitening agents such as hydroquinone, lead powder and the like have excellent whitening effect, but have large cytotoxicity and strong side effect, and cannot meet the safety required by modern people when whitening is pursued.
CN112807256A discloses a whitening composition and application thereof in cosmetics, wherein the whitening composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.2 to 2 parts of peony root extract, 1 to 2 parts of VC ethyl ether and 2 to 5 parts of nonapeptide-1. It is disclosed that the extract of the root of Paeonia lactiflora can inhibit the activity of tyrosinase, thereby inhibiting the production of melanin.
CN108721179A discloses a plant extract composition with whitening effect, a preparation method and a use thereof, wherein the composition is composed of extracts of plants such as radix sophorae flavescentis, bamboo leaves, pyracantha fortuneana fruits and medlar; the content of each plant extract is as follows according to weight percentage: 1 to 34 percent of lightyellow sophora root, 1 to 34 percent of bamboo leaf, 1 to 34 percent of pyracantha fortuneana fruit and 1 to 34 percent of medlar, and discloses that alkaloid components in the lightyellow sophora root can inhibit the activity of tyrosinase in melanocytes, can inhibit the transfer of melanin from the melanocytes to cuticle, and simultaneously has the relieving effect of resisting external stimulation on skin, thereby having the effects of whitening and calming the skin.
CN104013560A discloses a whitening traditional Chinese medicine composition, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 to 50 percent of angelica, 25 to 35 percent of common bletilla pseudobulb, 10 to 15 percent of longhairy antenoron herb, 10 to 15 percent of salvia officinalis and 5 to 10 percent of liquorice. It discloses that sage is bitter, pungent and neutral in taste, and has the effects of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, dispelling pathogenic wind, promoting diuresis, removing toxic substance and resolving food stagnation; the liquorice is used for harmonizing the effects of the medicines, has sweet and mild taste, enters spleen, stomach and lung channels, contains abundant glycyrrhetinic acid, licoflavone and other effective whitening and anti-free radical components, and has the effects of tonifying spleen and qi, clearing heat and removing toxicity, whitening and removing freckles.
Although the prior art discloses that the peony, the sophora flavescens and the sage have the whitening effect, the prior art does not use the combination of the peony, the sophora flavescens and the sage for whitening.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides the whitening and skin-brightening essence and the preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

As a preferred embodiment of the invention, the whitening and skin-brightening essence comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.2 part of solubilizer, 0.3 part of humectant, 0.5 part of nicotinamide, 0.5 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.7 part of skin conditioner, 0.8 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.8 part of peony extract, 0.8 part of sophora flavescens extract, 1 part of sage extract, 1 part of tranexamic acid, 1 part of pH regulator, 3 parts of antioxidant, 6 parts of 1, 3-butanediol and 83.4 parts of water.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the solubilizer includes at least one of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, polyglycerol fatty acid ester, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the skin conditioner comprises at least one of tocopherol acetate, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, L-arginine ferulate, decarboxylated carnosine hydrochloride, panthenol, biosaccharide gum-1, oligopeptide-1, tripeptide-1 copper, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, escin, and glycosphingolipids.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the pH adjusting agent includes at least one of arginine, triethanolamine, citric acid, and sodium citrate.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the whitening and skin-brightening essence, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding nicotinamide, humectant, p-hydroxyacetophenone, 1, 2-hexanediol, skin conditioner, tranexamic acid, antioxidant and 1, 3-butanediol into water, and stirring uniformly at 70-85 ℃;
(2) Cooling to 40-50 ℃, adding a solubilizer, a peony extract, a sophora flavescens extract, a salvia extract and a pH regulator, uniformly stirring, and cooling to obtain the whitening and skin brightening essence.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the stirring rate in the step (1) is 400 to 1000rpm;
the stirring speed in the step (1) is 400-1000 rpm.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: (1) The whitening essence provided by the invention has an excellent whitening and skin brightening effect, and the components in the whitening and skin brightening essence are reasonably compatible and mutually influenced and interact to act from a plurality of whitening angles, wherein the peony extract, the sophora flavescens extract and the salvia officinalis extract have a synergistic effect in whitening.

In one embodiment, the whitening and skin-brightening essence comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.2 part of solubilizer, 0.3 part of humectant, 0.5 part of nicotinamide, 0.5 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.7 part of skin conditioner, 0.8 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.8 part of peony extract, 0.8 part of sophora flavescens extract, 1 part of sage extract, 1 part of tranexamic acid, 1 part of pH regulator, 3 parts of antioxidant, 6 parts of 1, 3-butanediol and 83.4 parts of water. Especially, the whitening and skin brightening effects are best under the dosage.

More specifically, in the whitening and skin brightening essence of the invention, the solubilizer preferably adopts PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil. The solubilizer can improve the compatibility of the whole formula system and is convenient for the stable dissolution of the powdery substance in the system.
Illustratively, the skin conditioning agent comprises at least one of tocopherol acetate, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, L-arginine ferulate, decarboxylated carnosine hydrochloride, panthenol, biosaccharide gum-1, oligopeptide-1, tripeptide-1 copper, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, escin, glycosphingolipids.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the whitening and skin-brightening essence, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding nicotinamide, humectant, p-hydroxyacetophenone, 1, 2-hexanediol, skin conditioner, tranexamic acid, antioxidant and 1, 3-butanediol into water, and stirring uniformly at 70-85 ℃;
(2) Cooling to 40-50 ℃, adding a solubilizer, a peony extract, a sophora flavescens extract, a salvia extract and a pH regulator, uniformly stirring, and cooling to obtain the whitening and skin brightening essence.

The whitening and skin-brightening essence comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.1 part of tocopherol acetate, 0.1 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.1 part of L-arginine ferulate, 0.1 part of decarboxylated carnosine hydrochloride, 0.1 part of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.4 part of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, 0.2 part of nicotinamide, 0.6 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.4 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.4 part of peony extract, 1.2 parts of sophora flavescens extract, 0.8 part of sage extract, 1 part of tranexamic acid, 0.8 part of arginine, 3 parts of ascorbic acid, 6 parts of 1, 3-butanediol and 84.7 parts of water.
The preparation method of the whitening and skin-brightening essence comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding nicotinamide, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, p-hydroxyacetophenone, 1, 2-hexanediol, tocopheryl acetate, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, L-arginine ferulate, decarboxylated carnosine hydrochloride, tranexamic acid, ascorbic acid and 1, 3-butanediol into water, and stirring at 80 deg.C and 800 rpm;

The whitening and skin brightening essence comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.1 part of tocopherol acetate, 0.3 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.3 part of L-arginine ferulate, 0.3 part of decarboxylated carnosine hydrochloride, 0.25 part of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.1 part of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, 0.6 part of nicotinamide, 0.3 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 1 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.9 part of peony extract, 0.5 part of sophora flavescens extract, 1 part of sage extract, 1 part of tranexamic acid, 1.2 parts of arginine, 3 parts of ascorbic acid, 6 parts of 1, 3-butanediol and 83.15 parts of water.
The preparation method of the whitening and skin-brightening essence comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding nicotinamide, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, p-hydroxyacetophenone, 1, 2-hexanediol, tocopherol acetate, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, L-arginine ferulate, decarboxylated carnosine hydrochloride, tranexamic acid, ascorbic acid and 1, 3-butanediol into water, and stirring uniformly at the rotation speed of 800rpm at the temperature of 80 ℃;

The whitening and skin brightening essence comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.15 part of tocopherol acetate, 0.2 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.25 part of L-arginine ferulate, 0.25 part of decarboxylated carnosine hydrochloride, 0.15 part of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.2 part of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, 0.4 part of nicotinamide, 0.5 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.8 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.6 part of peony extract, 1 part of sophora flavescens extract, 0.8 part of sage extract, 1.5 parts of tranexamic acid, 1.1 part of arginine, 2 parts of ascorbic acid, 7 parts of 1, 3-butanediol and 83.1 parts of water.
The preparation method of the whitening and skin-brightening essence comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding nicotinamide, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, p-hydroxyacetophenone, 1, 2-hexanediol, tocopherol acetate, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, L-arginine ferulate, decarboxylated carnosine hydrochloride, tranexamic acid, ascorbic acid and 1, 3-butanediol into water, and stirring uniformly at the rotation speed of 800rpm at the temperature of 80 ℃;

Comparative example 1 is different from example 1 in that comparative example 1 does not contain a peony extract, and the others are the same, wherein the amount of the peony extract is replaced by the equal amount of the sophora flavescens extract and salvia extract, i.e., in this comparative example, the total amount of the peony extract, sophora flavescens extract and salvia extract is not changed, and the others are the same.
The whitening and skin brightening essence comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.1 part of tocopherol acetate, 0.2 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.2 part of L-arginine ferulate, 0.2 part of decarboxylated carnosine hydrochloride, 0.2 part of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.3 part of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, 0.5 part of nicotinamide, 0.5 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.8 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 1.2 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis extract, 1.4 parts of sage extract, 1 part of tranexamic acid, 1 part of arginine, 3 parts of ascorbic acid, 6 parts of 1, 3-butanediol and 83.4 parts of water.
Comparative example 2
Comparative example 2 is different from example 1 in that comparative example 2 does not contain the sophora flavescens extract and is the same except that the amount of the sophora flavescens extract is replaced by the equivalent amount of the paeonia lactiflora extract and the salvia officinalis extract, i.e., the total amount of the paeonia lactiflora extract, the sophora flavescens extract and the salvia officinalis extract is not changed in this comparative example and is the same in all other cases.
The whitening and skin brightening essence comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.1 part of tocopherol acetate, 0.2 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.2 part of L-arginine ferulate, 0.2 part of decarboxylated carnosine hydrochloride, 0.2 part of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.3 part of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, 0.5 part of nicotinamide, 0.5 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.8 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 1.2 parts of peony extract, 1.4 parts of sage extract, 1 part of tranexamic acid, 1 part of arginine, 3 parts of ascorbic acid, 6 parts of 1, 3-butanediol and 83.4 parts of water.
Comparative example 3
Comparative example 3 is different from example 1 in that comparative example 3 does not contain sage extract, and the others are the same, wherein the amount of sage extract is replaced by the same amount of peony extract and sophora flavescens extract, i.e. in this comparative example, the total amount of peony extract, sophora flavescens extract and sage extract is the same, and the others are the same.
The whitening and skin-brightening essence comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.1 part of tocopherol acetate, 0.2 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.2 part of L-arginine ferulate, 0.2 part of sarcosine hydrochloride, 0.2 part of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.3 part of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, 0.5 part of nicotinamide, 0.5 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.8 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 1.3 parts of peony extract, 1.3 parts of sophora flavescens extract, 1 part of tranexamic acid, 1 part of arginine, 3 parts of ascorbic acid, 6 parts of 1, 3-butanediol and 83.4 parts of water.
Test example
35 volunteers (all women, age 20-28) without skin abnormality are selected, evenly divided into 7 groups, 5 persons in each group respectively try the essence of the examples 1-4 and the essence of the comparative examples 1-3.
Before using the essence, the volunteers all clean the face, and adopt a skin color test probe (Colorimeter CL 400) to collect the brightness (L value) and the skin color individual type angle (ITA degree value) of the face as initial values; after cleansing the face in the morning and evening, the volunteers respectively try the essences of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 3 according to groups, after continuously using the essences for 28 days, try the products and cleanse the face at the 28 th evening, and collect the brightness (L value) and the skin color individual type angle (ITA ° value) of the face by using a skin color test probe (Colorimeter CL 400), as test values, calculate the improvement rate of whiteness and brightness, the L value/ITA ° value improvement rate = (test value-initial value)/initial value, and the test results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, the essence of the present invention has excellent whitening brightness effect, wherein example 1 has the best whitening and skin-lightening effect.
As can be seen from comparative example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 3, the peony extract, the sophora flavescens extract and the salvia officinalis extract have synergistic effects in whitening and brightening the skin.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The whitening and skin-brightening essence is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 0.1 to 0.25 portion of solubilizer, 0.1 to 0.4 portion of humectant, 0.2 to 0.6 portion of nicotinamide, 0.3 to 0.6 portion of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.4 to 1 portion of skin conditioner, 0.4 to 1 portion of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.4 to 1 portion of peony extract, 0.5 to 1.2 portions of radix sophorae flavescentis extract, 0.5 to 1.2 portions of sage extract, 0.5 to 2 portions of tranexamic acid, 0.5 to 1.2 portions of pH regulator, 1 to 4 portions of antioxidant, 4 to 10 portions of 1, 3-butanediol and 70 to 85 portions of water.
2. The whitening and skin-brightening essence according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 0.15 to 0.25 portion of solubilizer, 0.2 to 0.4 portion of humectant, 0.3 to 0.6 portion of nicotinamide, 0.4 to 0.6 portion of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.4 to 0.8 portion of skin conditioner, 0.5 to 1 portion of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.5 to 1 portion of peony extract, 0.6 to 1.2 portions of radix sophorae flavescentis extract, 0.8 to 1.2 portions of sage extract, 0.5 to 1.5 portions of tranexamic acid, 0.8 to 1.2 portions of pH regulator, 2 to 4 portions of antioxidant, 4 to 8 portions of 1, 3-butanediol and 75 to 85 portions of water.
3. The whitening and skin-brightening essence according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 0.2 part of solubilizer, 0.3 part of humectant, 0.5 part of nicotinamide, 0.5 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.7 part of skin conditioner, 0.8 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.8 part of peony extract, 0.8 part of sophora flavescens extract, 1 part of sage extract, 1 part of tranexamic acid, 1 part of pH regulator, 3 parts of antioxidant, 6 parts of 1, 3-butanediol and 83.4 parts of water.
4. The whitening and skin-lightening essence according to claim 1, wherein the solubilizing agent comprises at least one of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, polyglycerol fatty acid ester, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester.

The whitening and skin-lightening essence of claim 1, wherein the skin conditioner comprises at least one of tocopheryl acetate, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, L-arginine ferulate, decarboxycarnosine hydrochloride, panthenol, biosaccharide-1, oligopeptide-1, tripeptide-1 copper, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, escin, and glycosphingolipids.
6. The whitening and skin-brightening essence according to claim 1, wherein the pH regulator comprises at least one of arginine, triethanolamine, citric acid and sodium citrate.
7. The whitening and skin-lightening essence according to claim 1, wherein the antioxidant comprises at least one of ascorbic acid, glycerol glucoside, tributyl citrate, pentaerythritol tetrakis (bis-tert-butyl hydroxyhydrocinnamate) ester, and buteth-3.
8. The whitening and skin-brightening essence according to claim 1, wherein the humectant comprises at least one of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, glycerin, propylene glycol, oat beta-glucan, caprylyl glycol, and ethylhexyl glycerin.
9. The preparation method of the whitening and skin-brightening essence of any one of claims 1-8, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) Adding nicotinamide, humectant, p-hydroxyacetophenone, 1, 2-hexanediol, skin conditioner, tranexamic acid, antioxidant and 1, 3-butanediol into water, and stirring uniformly at 70-85 ℃;
(2) Cooling to 40-50 ℃, adding a solubilizer, a peony extract, a sophora flavescens extract, a salvia extract and a pH regulator, uniformly stirring, and cooling to obtain the whitening and skin brightening essence.
10. The preparation method of the whitening and skin-brightening essence according to claim 9, wherein the stirring speed in the step (1) is 400-1000 rpm;
the stirring speed in the step (1) is 400-1000 rpm.
