When the second ball wheel 253 gradually contacts with the arc driving part 271 of the cam 27, the arc driving part 271 presses the push rod 251 to extend outward in the radial direction through the second ball wheel 253, so as to press the powder suction piston 2223, the third spring 252 is compressed, after the second ball wheel 253 passes through the lowest point of the arc driving part 271, the arc driving part 271 gradually releases the pressing on the push rod 251, the push rod 251 is reset under the elastic force of the third spring 252, so that the powder suction piston 2223 is reset to extend out under the action of the first spring 2224, and thus, carbon powder is sucked into the powder suction cavity.
Based on the above embodiments, further, the chain tooth portion 241 has a clamping groove with a Y-shaped structure, and a part of the power transmission unit 221 is movably clamped in the clamping groove to realize power transmission between the carbon powder conveying chain 22 and the transmission chain wheel 24. Specifically, a portion of the driving plate 2211 is movably clamped into the clamping groove, so that the driving sprocket 24 drives the toner conveying chain 22 to rotate.

Claims (10)
1. A centralized toner supply system is characterized by comprising a toner storage device (100), a plurality of conveying devices (200) and a plurality of printers (300);
the carbon powder storage device (100) comprises a carbon powder storage tank (11) for storing carbon powder and a vulcanizing pump (12) for keeping the carbon powder in the carbon powder storage tank (11) in a flowing state;
each printer (300) is connected with the carbon powder storage device (100) through a conveying device (200), one end of each conveying device (200) is connected with the carbon powder storage tank (11), and the other end of each conveying device (200) is connected with the corresponding powder adding port of the printer (300).
2. The centralized toner supply system according to claim 1, wherein the conveying device (200) comprises a conveying pipe (21) and a toner conveying chain (22), two ends of the conveying pipe (21) are connected with chain wheel seats (23), each chain wheel seat (23) is connected with a driving chain wheel (24) in a rotating manner, the peripheral wall of the driving chain wheel (24) is circumferentially and uniformly provided with a chain tooth part (241) and a suction driving assembly (25), the chain tooth part (241) and the suction driving assembly (25) are sequentially and alternately arranged, the suction driving assembly (25) is movably inserted into the driving chain wheel (24) along the radial direction, each chain wheel seat (23) is provided with a conveying motor (26) of which the output end is connected with the driving chain wheel (24), each chain wheel seat (23) is further provided with a cam (27), the cam (27) extends into a central hole of the driving chain wheel (24) along the axial direction of the driving chain wheel (24), the bottom of the cam (27) is provided with an arc-shaped storage tank (271) for enabling the suction driving assembly (25) to extend out along the radial direction, and the opening of the chain wheel seat (23) is communicated with the printer (11) or the printer;
the carbon powder conveying chain (22) comprises a plurality of power transmission units (221) and a plurality of powder suction units (222), wherein the power transmission units (221) and the powder suction units (222) are sequentially connected in an alternating spherical manner and are connected end to form the carbon powder conveying chain (22);
all be equipped with in conveyer pipe (21), two sprocket seats (23) and be used for supplying carbon powder to carry chain (22) endless rotation's direction passageway, the both ends correspondence of carbon powder transport chain (22) are around connecing on two drive sprocket (24), when carbon powder transport chain (22) and drive sprocket (24) are around connecing, power transmission unit (221) of carbon powder transport chain (22) and the sprocket portion (241) transmission cooperation of drive sprocket (24) that corresponds, carbon powder transport chain (22) inhale powder unit (222) and the row's of inhaling drive assembly (25) cooperation that corresponds, inhale powder unit (222) and can stretch out to outside sprocket seat (23) when corresponding with the opening of sprocket seat (23).

A concentrated toner supply system according to claim 2, wherein each power transmission unit (221) comprises a transmission disk body (2211), four permanent magnets (2212) arranged at equal intervals are embedded in the circumferential wall of the transmission disk body (2211) along the circumferential direction, a first connecting shaft (2213) is axially protruded on both sides of the transmission disk body (2211), a ball head (2214) is arranged at the free end of the first connecting shaft (2213), and the ball head (2214) is spherically hinged with the adjacent toner suction unit (222); the inner peripheral wall of the guide channel in the conveying pipe (21) is coated with a magnetic coating with the same magnetism as the permanent magnet (2212).

A centralized toner supply system according to claim 3, wherein each of the toner suction units (222) comprises a first toner suction seat (2221), a second toner suction seat (2222) and a toner suction piston (2223); the second powder absorbing seat (2222) is provided with a powder absorbing groove, the second powder absorbing seat (2222) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the first powder absorbing seat (2221), and a powder absorbing cavity is formed by the powder absorbing groove and the first powder absorbing seat (2221); the powder suction piston (2223) is movably arranged in the powder suction cavity, the upper end profile of the powder suction piston (2223) penetrates through the first powder suction seat (2221) and then extends outwards to be in contact fit with the corresponding suction and discharge driving component (25), a first spring (2224) is connected between the powder suction piston (2223) and the bottom of the powder suction groove, a suction pipe (2225) communicated with the powder suction cavity is arranged at the bottom of the second powder suction seat (2222), a sealing ring is embedded at the connection position of the suction pipe (2225) and the powder suction cavity, a sealing ball (2226) and a second spring (2227) are arranged in the suction pipe (2225), the sealing ball (2226) abuts against the sealing ring under the action of the second spring (2227) and partially extends into the powder suction cavity, and the first spring (2224) abuts against the spherical surface of the sealing ball 2226); two second connecting shafts (2228) are symmetrically and convexly arranged on the outer side wall of the first powder absorbing seat (2221), a ball socket (2229) is arranged at the free end of each second connecting shaft (2228), and each ball socket (2229) is hinged with the spherical surface of the adjacent ball head (2214).
5. A centralized toner supply system as in claim 4, wherein a first ball wheel is movably embedded at the outer end of the toner sucking piston (2223).
6. The centralized carbon powder supply system as recited in claim 5, wherein the inner wall of the guide channel is provided with a limiting groove for limiting the suction pipe (2225), and the inner wall of the guide channel is provided with a guide groove for guiding the first ball wheel.
7. A centralized toner supply system as in claim 4, wherein the stiffness of the first spring (2224) is greater than the stiffness of the second spring (2227).
8. A centralized toner supply system as in claim 4, wherein each suction driving assembly (25) comprises a push rod (251), a third spring (252) and a second ball wheel (253), the push rod (251) is radially inserted into the transmission sprocket (24), the third spring (252) is sleeved on the push rod (251), two ends of the third spring (252) are respectively abutted against the inner wall of the transmission sprocket (24) and the inner end of the push rod (251), and the second ball wheel (253) is movably embedded in the inner end of the push rod (251).

A toner concentrated supply system according to claim 2, wherein the chain tooth portion (241) has a Y-shaped engaging groove, and a part of the power transmission unit (221) is movably engaged in the engaging groove to realize power transmission between the toner conveying chain (22) and the transmission sprocket (24).
10. A supplying method of a carbon powder centralized supplying system as claimed in claim 2, comprising the steps of:
s100: the conveying motor (26) drives the transmission chain wheel (24) to rotate, partial power transmission units (221) of the carbon powder conveying chain (22) are correspondingly matched with the chain tooth parts (241) of the transmission chain wheel (24) in a transmission way, and the transmission chain wheel (24) drives the carbon powder conveying chain (22) to rotate circularly along the guide channel;
s200: when the powder suction unit (222) moves to the position corresponding to the opening of the chain wheel seat (23) on the powder supply side, the powder suction unit (222) can extend out of the chain wheel seat (23) and into the carbon powder storage tank, the corresponding suction and discharge driving component (25) is in contact with the arc driving part (271) of the cam (27), the suction and discharge driving component (25) drives the corresponding powder suction unit (222) to work along the radial direction along with the further driving of the transmission chain wheel (24) to drive the carbon powder conveying chain (22) to rotate, the arc driving part (271) of the cam (27) enables the suction and discharge driving component (25) to extend out, and carbon powder in a flowing state in the carbon powder storage tank is sucked;
s300: the carbon powder conveying chain (22) drives the powder suction unit (222) sucked with the carbon powder to move into the chain wheel seat (23) positioned on the powder receiving side along the track of the guide channel until the powder suction unit (222) sucked with the carbon powder rotates to correspond to the opening position of the chain wheel seat (23) positioned on the powder receiving side, the corresponding suction and discharge driving assembly (25) is in contact fit with the arc driving part (271) of the cam (27) on the powder receiving side, and the corresponding powder suction unit (222) is driven to discharge the carbon powder into the powder adding opening of the corresponding printer (300) through the opening;
s400: with the continuous circulation rotation of the toner conveying chain (22), the steps S200 and S300 are repeated, and toner is continuously supplied to each printer (300).
