Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of wet-process phosphoric acid, and particularly relates to a comprehensive treatment method of phosphogypsum, wherein the treated phosphogypsum can be used as a building raw material or a cement coagulant.
Background
Phosphogypsum is an industrial byproduct gypsum generated during the production of high-concentration phosphorus compound fertilizer, and the main component is calcium sulfate dihydrate (CaSO) 4 ·2H 2 O) to obtain 1 ton of phosphoric acid (100% P 2 O 5 Meter) generates 4.8-5.0 tons of phosphogypsum, and the phosphogypsum needs to be treated in time if the solid waste pressure is very large. At present, phosphogypsum stacking of domestic manufacturers generally adopts two methods of wet discharging and dry discharging.
Wet stack: the filtering station of the phosphoric acid device adopts a wet method to remove slag, firstly, phosphogypsum is mixed with water to prepare phosphogypsum slag slurry with water content of 70-80%, then, the phosphogypsum slag slurry is pumped to a phosphogypsum tailing pond by adopting one-stage or multi-stage pump according to the distance of the conveying distance, and the clear water after natural sedimentation is pumped to the phosphoric acid device for repeated use. The method is generally adopted in domestic large wet-process phosphoric acid devices. The method has the advantages of high recovery and utilization rate of wastewater and phosphoric acid, environmental protection, energy conservation, convenient operation, low running cost and the like.
Dry drain stack: the dry discharge and dry piling process is the phosphogypsum piling mode which is earliest applied to the wet phosphoric acid production. The filtering station of the phosphoric acid device adopts dry deslagging, phosphogypsum with water content below 20% is conveyed to a phosphogypsum warehouse by a belt conveyor, and then an automobile or a belt conveyor is transported to an off-site slag field.
In the prior art, phosphogypsum is treated by adopting a filter press, the treatment capacity is very limited, and the phosphogypsum is required to be provided with a large number of filter presses for the yield of megaton phosphoric acid of the company and cannot be basically realized. In addition, the total phosphorus content of phosphogypsum can not be reduced basically only by filter pressing treatment, so that the waste of phosphorus elements is caused, and the utilization of phosphogypsum is not utilized. Only the phosphogypsum treated by dry discharge has high phosphorus content and very low pH value, and also contains more other impurities, which are not received by cement factories, building material manufacturers and the like, thus limiting the utilization way of the phosphogypsum.
