Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit according to one embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view of an indoor unit of a wall-mounted air conditioner with an outlet in a closed state according to one embodiment of the present invention; fig. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view illustrating an outlet area of an indoor unit of a wall-mounted air conditioner according to a second predetermined value according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 6 is a schematic block diagram of the connection of an indoor unit of a wall-mounted air conditioner according to one embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit includes a casing 100, a first air deflector 210, and a second air deflector 220. The casing 100 is provided with a forward air outlet 110; the first air guiding plate 210 and the second air guiding plate 220 are rotatably disposed at the air outlet 110, the air outlet 110 has a closed state enclosed by the first air guiding plate 210 and the second air guiding plate 220, and the first air guiding plate 210 is located above the second air guiding plate 220.
In the present embodiment, the casing 100 includes a front panel 120 defining the front appearance of the indoor unit, a front side panel 150, a rear side panel 180, a left side panel 130 defining the left appearance of the indoor unit, a right side panel defining the right appearance of the indoor unit, a top side panel 160, and a bottom side panel 140 defining the bottom appearance of the indoor unit, and the front panel 120 is openably located in front of the casing 100. The rear side panel 180 may be a mounting plate to which an indoor unit of an air conditioner is mounted to a wall of an indoor space. The outlet 110 may be opened between the front side plate 150 and the bottom side plate 140.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, for convenience of explanation and understanding of the following embodiments, a top of the first air guiding plate 210 in the closed state of the air outlet 110 is defined as a first side 211, a bottom of the first air guiding plate 210 in the closed state of the air outlet 110 is defined as a second side 212, a top of the second air guiding plate 220 in the closed state of the air outlet 110 is defined as a third side 221, and a bottom of the second air guiding plate 220 in the closed state of the air outlet 110 is defined as a fourth side 222. Therefore, the above-mentioned name should not be construed as limiting the actual scope of the present invention.
It can be understood that, in the present embodiment, the first air deflector 210 and the second air deflector 220 have a plurality of air deflecting states, so that the direction of the outlet airflow flowing out of the outlet 110 can be defined. Moreover, since the air outlet 110 is enclosed by the first air deflector 210 and the second air deflector 220, only one of the closed air deflectors can still flow into the indoor space from the other air deflector which is not closed, and therefore the first air deflector 210 can be in a state of guiding the downward flow of the air. Moreover, if it is only necessary to guide the outlet airflow to flow downward and limit the outlet airflow to flow forward of the indoor unit of the air conditioner, the first air guiding plate 210 has a plurality of states capable of guiding the outlet airflow to flow downward, for example, when the first air guiding plate 210 rotates to a state where the first side 211 abuts against the front side plate 150 of the casing 100 (i.e., a state where the first air guiding plate 210 closes part of the outlet 110), the second side 212 of the first air guiding plate 210 continues to rotate toward the outlet 110, so that the first air guiding plate 210 has a plurality of states capable of guiding the outlet airflow to flow downward.

Referring to fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the control method includes:
step S702, judging whether the indoor unit of the air conditioner meets the operation condition of the direct blowing prevention mode.
In step S704, if yes, the first air guiding plate 210 is controlled to rotate to a state of guiding the air flow to the lower side, and the second air guiding plate 220 is controlled to rotate, so as to adjust the air outlet area defined between the first air guiding plate 210, the second air guiding plate 220 and the air outlet 110.
Due to the control method of the embodiment, under the condition that the direct blowing prevention mode is satisfied, that is, under the condition that the direct blowing prevention mode is entered, the first air deflector 210 is controlled to rotate to the state of guiding the air outlet flow to face downward, and the second air deflector 220 is controlled to rotate, so as to adjust the air outlet area defined between the first air deflector 210, the second air deflector 220 and the air outlet 110. Therefore, this control method can guarantee that first aviation baffle 210 is in the state of guide air-out air current orientation below to avoid air-out air current to blow to the user on one's body, when realizing air conditioner's preventing the function of directly blowing, control first aviation baffle 210 and second aviation baffle 220 and rotate in order to adjust the air-out area, make air conditioner have a plurality of air-out areas, and then make air conditioner's preventing the function of directly blowing diversified, and can make air conditioner make the change to the speed of the temperature regulation of indoor space, user experience has been promoted.
In this embodiment, the air conditioner indoor unit is controlled to keep operating in the current mode when it is determined that the air conditioner indoor unit does not satisfy the operating condition of the direct blowing prevention mode.
Referring to fig. 8, in an implementation manner of this embodiment, the step S702 of determining whether the indoor unit of the air conditioner satisfies the operation condition of the anti-blow-through mode includes:
step S802, detecting whether the working mode of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is a refrigeration mode.
Step S804, if yes, detecting an ambient temperature of a space where the indoor unit of the air conditioner is located.
In step S806, it is determined whether a difference between the ambient temperature and the preset temperature is less than or equal to a second preset value.
And step S808, if so, the indoor unit of the air conditioner meets the operation condition of the direct blowing prevention mode.
And step S810, if not, the indoor unit of the air conditioner does not meet the operation condition of the direct blowing prevention mode.
It can be understood that the control method of the embodiment can enable the indoor unit of the air conditioner to actively enter the direct blowing prevention mode according to the preset conditions, so that the intelligent degree of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is improved, and the user experience is improved. And whether the working mode of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is a refrigeration mode is detected.
In this embodiment, step S810 is executed when the difference between the ambient temperature and the preset temperature is greater than the second preset value or when the operation mode of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is the heating mode, and the indoor unit of the air conditioner does not satisfy the operation condition of the direct blowing prevention mode.
In another implementation manner of this embodiment, the step S702 of determining whether the indoor unit of the air conditioner satisfies the operation condition of the anti-blow-through mode includes:
whether a user of the indoor unit of the air conditioner triggers the direct blowing prevention button of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is detected.
If so, the indoor unit of the air conditioner meets the operation condition of the direct blowing prevention mode.
If not, the indoor unit of the air conditioner does not meet the operation condition of the direct blowing prevention mode.
It can be understood that the control method of the embodiment can enable the air conditioner indoor unit to enter the direct blowing prevention mode according to the user's will, and thus the user experience is guaranteed. And whether the user of the indoor unit of the air conditioner triggers the direct-blowing prevention key of the indoor unit of the air conditioner can be detected by detecting whether the indoor unit of the air conditioner receives the operation direct-blowing prevention mode instruction to obtain whether the user triggers the direct-blowing prevention key of the indoor unit of the air conditioner.
Referring to fig. 8, in the present embodiment, in step S704, the controlling the first air guiding plate 210 to rotate to a state of guiding the air flow to the lower side, and the controlling the second air guiding plate 220 to rotate includes:
in step S812, the first air guiding plate 210 is controlled to rotate to a state of guiding the air flow downward, and the second air guiding plate 220 is controlled to rotate to make the air outlet area equal to the first predetermined value.
Step S814, controlling the air conditioner indoor unit to operate for a preset duration.
After entering the anti-direct-blowing mode, the control method of the embodiment can control the first air deflector 210 and the second air deflector 220 to rotate according to the difference between the ambient temperature and the preset temperature, so as to forcibly control the first air deflector 210 to rotate to the state of guiding the air outlet flow to face downward before the air outlet area is adjusted, and control the second air deflector 220 to rotate so that the air outlet area is the first preset value, and operate for the preset time. Therefore, the control method can provide a buffering period for the user to enter the direct blowing prevention mode, and further improves the user experience.
It should be understood that, in the direct blowing prevention mode, the control method may set a plurality of predetermined values for the air outlet area in advance, and after entering the direct blowing prevention mode, control the rotation of the first air deflector 210 and the second air deflector 220 according to the difference between the ambient temperature and the predetermined temperature, so as to force the air conditioner indoor unit to adjust the air outlet area to a predetermined value at or close to the middle value among the plurality of predetermined values before adjusting the air outlet area, that is, control the air conditioner indoor unit to adjust the air outlet area to the first predetermined value to operate. At this time, the rate of the temperature drop of the indoor space is not too fast nor too slow, so that the indoor unit of the air conditioner is more suitable for the user when the normal cooling mode is switched to the blow-through prevention mode with the first predetermined value. Meanwhile, in the process of switching the indoor unit of the air conditioner from the direct blowing prevention mode with the first preset value to the direct blowing prevention mode with the air outlet area of other preset values, the value of the increase or decrease of the air outlet area cannot be very large, and a user can well adapt to the direct blowing prevention modes with different air outlet areas of the indoor unit of the air conditioner or well adapt to the switching of the indoor unit of the air conditioner among various direct blowing prevention modes, so that the user gradually adapts to the direct blowing prevention modes with various air outlet areas of the indoor unit of the air conditioner. Therefore, a buffering period for entering the direct blowing prevention mode from the common refrigeration mode can be provided for a user, and the user experience of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is further improved.
In addition, the preset duration can be preferably three minutes, so that the requirement that the user adapts to the direct-blowing prevention mode is met, the user does not experience that the buffering period is long, the current indoor space temperature cannot be immediately close to the set temperature and feels uncomfortable, and the user experience is guaranteed.
Referring to fig. 8, in the present embodiment, after the step S814, controlling the operation of the air conditioner for the preset time period, the step S704, controlling the first air deflector 210 to rotate to the state of guiding the outlet air flow to the downward direction, and controlling the second air deflector 220 to rotate further includes:
step S816 detects an ambient temperature of a space where the indoor unit of the air conditioner is located.
It is to be understood that the present embodiment can detect the ambient temperature through the temperature sensor 530 in the above embodiments.
Step S818, controlling the first air guiding plate 210 and the second air guiding plate 220 to rotate according to the difference between the ambient temperature and the preset temperature, so as to adjust the air outlet area; the first air guiding plate 210 is always in a state of guiding the outlet airflow to the lower side.
According to the method in the embodiment, the first air deflector 210 and the second air deflector 220 can be controlled to rotate to adjust the air outlet area according to the difference value between the ambient temperature and the preset temperature in the direct blowing prevention mode, so that the speed of the indoor space temperature adjustment of the air conditioner is adaptive to the requirements of users, and the user experience is further improved.
It can be understood that the preset temperature is a temperature value set by a user according to the user's intention, and the control method in this embodiment may control the first air deflector 210 and the second air deflector 220 to rotate to adjust the air outlet area according to the difference between the detected ambient temperature in the indoor space and the preset temperature, so as to achieve the above-mentioned beneficial technical effect that the rate of adjusting the temperature of the indoor space by the indoor unit of the air conditioner is adapted to the user's requirement.
Referring to fig. 9, in the present embodiment, the step S818 of controlling the first wind deflector 210 and the second wind deflector 220 to rotate according to the difference between the ambient temperature and the preset temperature includes:
and S902, acquiring a corresponding relation between a preset difference value and a preset area value of the air outlet area.
And S904, determining a preset area value corresponding to the difference value according to the corresponding relation.
S906, the first air guiding plate 210 and the second air guiding plate 220 are controlled to rotate so that the air outlet area is a preset area value corresponding to the difference value.
It can be understood that the corresponding relationship may be obtained through a plurality of tests by a person skilled in the art, that is, whether the preset air outlet area can reduce the preset difference to 0 within a certain time period is tested, and if not, the set air outlet area is replaced, and the preset difference is replaced after the preset air outlet area capable of reducing the preset difference to 0 is tested, and the test is repeated, so that the corresponding relationship between the preset difference and the preset area value of the air outlet area can be obtained.
In the present embodiment, the corresponding relationship represents that the preset area value decreases with a stepwise decrease or a continuous decrease of the preset difference value.
It should be understood that the stepwise decrease may be represented by the range of the preset difference value of the former whole being larger than the range of the preset difference value of the latter whole, and the continuous decrease may be represented by the range of the preset difference value of the former whole being larger than the range of the preset difference value of the latter whole. Moreover, the preset area value is reduced along with the step-type reduction or continuous reduction of the preset difference value, which shows that the smaller the difference value is, the lower the temperature reduction rate required by the user is, the smaller the required air outlet area is, and then the air conditioner indoor unit controls the first air deflector 210 and the second air deflector 220 according to the corresponding table to adjust the air outlet area, so that the air outlet area can be well adapted to the requirements of the user, and the user experience is ensured.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, the state of guiding the outlet airflow downward includes a first state where the first air guiding plate 210 rotates to make the first side 211 located in the avoiding notch 170 and a second state where the first side 211 abuts against the front side plate 150 of the housing 100.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 5, in an implementation of the corresponding relationship in the present embodiment, the corresponding relationship includes:
when the preset difference is greater than the first preset value and less than or equal to the second preset value, the first air deflector 210 is controlled to rotate to the second state, the second air deflector 220 is controlled to sweep air and rotate, and the third side 221 is controlled to face the air outlet 110 all the time, so that an air outlet area defined between the second side 212 and the second air deflector 220, between the second air deflector 220 and the bottom end of the air outlet 110, and between the two sides of the air outlet 110 is a second preset value.
It should be understood that, under the condition that the preset difference value is greater than the first preset value and less than or equal to the second preset value, because the first air deflector 210 is already in the second state, the function of preventing the direct blowing of the air conditioner indoor unit can be realized, and meanwhile, the second air deflector 220 can perform the sweeping rotation, so as to improve the air supply range of the air conditioner indoor unit in the direct blowing prevention mode, further improve the rate of the air conditioner indoor unit for adjusting the indoor space temperature, and ensure the refrigerating capacity of the air conditioner indoor unit under the condition.
When the preset difference is equal to the first preset value, the first air deflector 210 is controlled to rotate to the first state, and the second air deflector 220 is controlled to rotate to the state that the fourth side 222 faces the air outlet 110, so that an air outlet area defined between the second side 212 and the third side 221, between the fourth side 222 and the bottom end of the air outlet 110, and between two sides of the air outlet 110 is a first preset value.
When the preset difference is smaller than the first preset value and greater than or equal to the third preset value, the air guiding plate is controlled to rotate to the second state, and the second air guiding plate 220 is controlled to rotate to the state that the fourth side 222 faces the air outlet 110, so that an air outlet area defined between the second side 212 and the third side 221, between the fourth side 222 and the bottom end of the air outlet 110, and between two sides of the air outlet 110 is a third preset value.
The second preset value is larger than the first preset value, and the first preset value is larger than the third preset value; the second predetermined value is greater than the first predetermined value, which is greater than the third predetermined value.
In addition, it can be understood that the wind outlet area can be adjusted to correspond to the required preset wind outlet area by controlling the states of the first wind deflector 210 and the second wind deflector 220 in the present embodiment. For example, in the step of controlling the first air guiding plate 210 to rotate to the state of guiding the air flow to the lower side and controlling the second air guiding plate 220 to rotate so that the air outlet area is the first predetermined value, the first air guiding plate 210 may be controlled to rotate to the first state, and the second air guiding plate 220 may be controlled to rotate to the state of the fourth side 222 facing the air outlet 110, so that the air outlet area defined between the second side 212 and the third side 221, between the fourth side 222 and the bottom end of the air outlet 110, and between the two sides of the air outlet 110 is the first predetermined value.
In the present embodiment, the first preset value may be 0, that is, the difference between the ambient temperature and the preset temperature is 0.
Under the condition that the difference value between the ambient temperature and the preset temperature is 0, the ambient indoor temperature reaches the temperature value set by the user, at the moment, the cooling rate corresponding to the first preset value is proper, the consistency between the indoor temperature and the temperature set by the user can be well kept, the air outlet is soft, after the direct blowing prevention mode is entered, the first air deflector 210 and the second air deflector 220 are controlled to rotate according to the difference value between the ambient temperature and the preset temperature, the first air deflector 210 and the second air deflector 220 of the indoor unit of the air conditioner are controlled to adjust the air outlet area to the first preset value before the air outlet area is adjusted, the user can be more easily adapted to the switching from the common refrigeration mode to the direct blowing prevention mode in which the air outlet area is forcibly adjusted to the first preset value, the user can more easily accept or adapt to the subsequent multiple direct blowing prevention modes in which the air outlet area is adjusted according to the difference value, and the switching between the multiple direct blowing prevention modes, and the user experience is further ensured.
In addition, under the condition that the difference value is the second preset value, the ambient temperature is higher than the preset temperature, at this time, the indoor unit of the air conditioner needs to have higher refrigerating capacity, and the ambient temperature needs to be quickly brought to the preset temperature, so that the second preset value is higher than the first preset value; under the condition that the difference value is the third preset value, the ambient temperature is already lower than the preset temperature, at the moment, the temperature of the indoor space is required to gradually rise back to the preset temperature, and the smaller refrigerating capacity of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is required, so that the first preset value is higher than the third preset value.
Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, in the step of performing step S812, controlling the first air guiding plate 210 to rotate to a state of guiding the outlet air flow to the lower side, and controlling the second air guiding plate 220 to rotate so that the outlet air area is the first predetermined value, the control method further includes:
the first swing blade and the second swing blade 410 are controlled to rotate, so that the transverse air outlet direction faces to the right front, even if the air flow flows forwards to the air outlet 110 in the air supply duct 310.
It can be understood that, in the step of executing step S812, controlling the first air deflector 210 to rotate to the state of guiding the outlet airflow to face downward, and controlling the second air deflector 220 to rotate so that the outlet area is the first predetermined value, controlling the first flap and the second flap 410 to rotate so that the transverse outlet direction faces forward, thereby avoiding the situation that the first flap and the second flap 410 may affect the performance of the air conditioner for adjusting the temperature of the indoor space, ensuring that the air conditioner can maintain the temperature of the indoor space at the preset temperature when the step S812 is executed, controlling the first air deflector 210 to rotate to the state of guiding the outlet airflow to face downward, and controlling the second air deflector 220 to rotate so that the outlet area is the first predetermined value.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, in the process of performing step S818 and controlling the first air guiding plate 210 and the second air guiding plate 220 to rotate according to the difference between the ambient temperature and the preset temperature, the control method further includes:
and controlling the first swing blade and the second swing blade 410 to rotate according to the difference.
Because the control method of the embodiment can control the first swing blade and the second swing blade 410 to rotate according to the difference value to adjust the transverse air outlet direction, that is, adjust the direction of the air outlet flow flowing to the air outlet 110 in the air supply duct 310, the direct blowing prevention mode can be further diversified by cooperating with the first air deflector 210 and the second air deflector 220.
In this embodiment, controlling the first and second swing vanes 410 to rotate according to the difference includes:
referring to fig. 3 and 4, when the preset difference is greater than the first preset value and less than or equal to the second preset value, the first swing blade and the second swing blade 410 are controlled to rotate, so that the transverse air outlet direction faces to the front, and further, the situation that the first swing blade and the second swing blade 410 may affect the performance of the air conditioner on the indoor space temperature regulation can be avoided.
Referring to fig. 5, in the case that the preset difference is smaller than the first preset value and greater than or equal to the third preset value, the first and second swing vanes 410 are controlled to rotate, so that the transverse air outlet directions respectively deviate to the two transverse sides.
And the second preset value is greater than the first preset value, and the first preset value is greater than the third preset value.
It can be understood that, under the circumstances that the difference of predetermineeing is less than first default more than or equal to the third default, control first swing leaf and second swing leaf 410 and rotate for horizontal air-out direction squints to horizontal both sides respectively, further can avoid the air-out air current directly to blow the circumstances on one's body of user, has guaranteed the reliability that air conditioner indoor unit prevented the direct-blow function, has guaranteed user experience.
Thus, it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that while a number of exemplary embodiments of the invention have been illustrated and described in detail herein, many other variations or modifications consistent with the principles of the invention may be directly determined or derived from the disclosure of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of the invention should be understood and interpreted to cover all such other variations or modifications.
