Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical equipment, and particularly relates to a filling type inflatable pessary and an inflating method thereof.
Background
Pelvic organ prolapse is one of the clinically common pelvic floor dysfunctional diseases and commonly exists in middle-aged and old female population. The treatment of POP according to Chinese guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of pelvic organ prolapse (2020 edition) includes follow-up observation, non-operative treatment and operative treatment. Among these, non-surgical treatments, including lifestyle intervention, application of pessary and Pelvic Floor Muscle Training (PFMT), were the first line of treatment recommended by all POPs. The pessary is a device for supporting uterus and vaginal wall and keeping the uterus and vaginal wall in vagina, can restore the anatomical position of pelvic organs, and is a simple, convenient, economical, safe and effective treatment mode for treating pelvic organ prolapse.
The pessary is mainly used for improving prolapse symptoms, treating stress urinary incontinence, and improving intestinal symptoms and sexual function, depending on clinical symptoms and treatment purposes of pelvic organ prolapse.
The pessary has existed for thousands of years, and the material thereof has been developed from the original fruits, wood, metal and the like to the silica gel, latex, resin and the like of today. Currently, the pessary mainly comprises a supporting pessary and a filling pessary.
The support type pessary is placed in the posterior fornix of vagina, prevents organ prolapse by supporting the pubic bone or pelvic floor, and is the type which is most clinically used at present. The supporting type pessary comprises an annular pessary, an annular belt supporting type pessary, an arched pessary, an anti-urinary incontinence type pessary and the like.
The volume of the filling type pessary is generally larger, and the filling type pessary is the first choice after the curative effect of the supporting type pessary is poor. The filled pessary comprises a cattle horn pessary, a cubic pessary and a doughnut pessary, and the cattle horn pessary is most commonly used.
For most patients with POP or senile urinary incontinence, wearing pessaries is relatively safe and well tolerated, but there are problems with pessaries currently available on the market: firstly, the prior pessary is made of solid plastic or rubber, is hard and difficult to wear and take, and particularly has the problems of long-term wearing and improper nursing for the old and complications of wearing the pessary; secondly, the uterine prolapse is usually accompanied with the prolapse of different parts of the vaginal wall, although the shapes of the prior uterine support are various, the individual design can not be carried out according to different parts, clinical symptoms and genital tract conditions of the prolapse of patients, and the problem of the prolapse of multiple parts can be solved by one uterine support.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention develops a filling type inflatable pessary and an inflating method thereof, and solves the technical problems.
The technical means adopted by the invention are as follows: the utility model provides a fill type inflatable uterus support, includes that the silicone uterus holds in the palm and gas filled tube way, the silicone uterus holds in the palm the narrow truncated cone shape down for last width, the silicone uterus holds in the palm bottom fixed connection silica gel closed joint, the silica gel closed joint with gas filled tube way fixed connection.
Further, the center of the silicon resin pessary is provided with a cylindrical hole, and the interior of the silicon resin pessary is of a hollow structure.
The inflating method of the inflatable pessary comprises the following steps:
s1: injecting 60ml-70ml of air in vitro through an air charging pipeline and a silica gel closed connector, and checking that the silicone pessary is intact without air leakage;
s2: exhausting air and cleaning;
s3: receiving prolapsed uterine and vaginal wall tissue into the vagina;
s4: the end of the silica gel closed connector faces the direction of the external orifice of the vagina, the silicon resin pessary is sent to the top end of the vagina, and gas is slowly injected through the inflation pipeline and the silica gel closed connector until the silicon resin pessary is full;
s5: and taking out the silicone pessary through the air charging pipeline and the air discharging body of the silicone sealed connector.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
(1) According to the filling type inflatable pessary, the silicone pessary is made of the silicone material, so that the material is relatively soft, and the damage to the vagina caused by compression is reduced; the supporting device is in a truncated cone shape with a wide upper part and a narrow lower part, so that the supporting device can support a prolapsed uterus and can also play a role in supporting combined vaginal wall prolapse; the size of the silicone pessary can be adjusted through different inflation amounts, and different injection gas amounts are adopted according to the size of the internal volume of the vagina of a patient, so that prolapsed tissues are supported, the vaginal wall cannot be injured by excessive compression, and the pessary falling treatment is ineffective due to too small compression; the pessary can reduce the volume by exhausting gas, and can be worn and taken out easily; the center is a cylindrical hole, which is beneficial to the outflow of vaginal endocrine and avoids infection; the silica gel closed joint is directly connected with the injector, and the injection and the exhaust are convenient.
(2) The filling type inflatable pessary can achieve the purpose of individual design matching according to the prolapsed part and degree of the uterus and the vaginal wall and the genital tract condition of a patient.
