Abstract
本申请提供一种智能感知纸尿裤，包括：纸尿裤本体、感知器和无线通讯模块；所述纸尿裤本体为类工字型外形，具有第一腰部和第二腰部，所述第一腰部和第二腰部由档部连接；所述纸尿裤的裆部包括内表层、吸收芯层、变色层和隔水层；所述感知器为薄膜压力传感器，贴合并固定在所述裆部位置的隔水层，当所述吸收芯层吸水膨胀，所述感知器接收压力信号；所述通讯模块固定在所述第一腰部位置，与所述感知器通过打印电路连接，用于接收所述压力信息，并将所述压力信号对外发送。本申请通过在纸尿裤中设置压力传感器，避免了现有技术采用湿度传感器直接接触的问题，同时可由终端及时获取纸尿裤信息，避免遗忘。
Description
技术领域
本申请请求保护一种智能纸尿裤，尤其涉及一种智能感知纸尿裤。
背景技术
纸尿裤是婴儿常用的生活用品。纸尿裤具有很强的吸水性能，用于吸收婴儿的尿液，并且能够保持纸尿裤表面的干爽性。一般的，婴儿哭闹的常见原因包括以下：肚子饿了，或者是尿尿了需要更换纸尿裤。目前，市场上所销售的纸尿裤虽然可以吸干尿液，但是不能及时提醒人员对纸尿裤进行更换，当婴儿排便之后不更换纸尿裤，婴儿的臀部皮肤会因排便物长时间的接触而出现红肿或者是过敏的现象，对婴儿身体造成损害。所以需要家长频繁检查纸尿裤查看婴儿有没有尿尿。
发明内容
为了解决上述背景技术中提出的一个或者多个问题，本申请提出一种智能感知纸尿裤。
本申请提供一种智能感知纸尿裤，包括：纸尿裤本体、感知器和无线通讯模块；
所述纸尿裤本体为类工字型外形，具有第一腰部和第二腰部，所述第一腰部和第二腰部由档部连接；所述纸尿裤的裆部包括内表层、吸收芯层、变色层和隔水层；
所述感知器为薄膜压力传感器，贴合并固定在所述裆部位置的隔水层，当所述吸收芯层吸水膨胀，所述感知器接收压力信号；
所述通讯模块固定在所述第一腰部位置，与所述感知器通过打印电路连接，用于接收所述压力信息，并将所述压力信号对外发送。
可选的，还包括电源模块，固定在所述第一腰部位置，提供电能。
可选的，还包括控制器，所述控制器与所述通讯模块以无线通讯的方式传输数据。
可选的，所述控制器包括尿量饱和度计算单元和提示单元。
所述计算单元用于根据所述压力信号计算所述吸收芯层的饱和度，所述提示单元用于判断所述饱和度和预设阈值的关系，并发送提示信息。
可选的，所述通讯模块包括：蓝牙模块、NFC模块、Wi-Fi模块、Zig Bee模块、2G模块、3G模块、4G模块、5G模块或UWB模块。
可选的，所述通讯模块在发送所述压力信号时，判断所述压力信号是否达到发送阈值，若是则发送所述压力信号，否则不发送。
可选的，所述发送阈值根据用户年龄不同设置不同数值。
可选的，所述不同的值是根据智能模型计算的年龄和尿液量的模拟关系获得。
可选的，所述通讯模块是可拆卸的。
可选的，所述控制器为智能手机、平板电脑或者智能终端。

具体实施方式
以下内容均是为了详细说明本申请要保护的技术方案所提供的具体实施过程的示例，但是本申请还可以采用不同于此的描述的其他方式实施，本领域技术人员可以在本申请构思的指引下，采用不同的技术手段实现本申请，因此本申请不受下面具体实施例的限制。
图1是本申请中智能感知纸尿裤结构示意图。
请参照图1所示，所述智能感知纸尿裤，主要是在所述纸尿裤中设置有感知器101，所述感知器101优选为薄膜压力传感器。
所述智能感知纸尿裤外形为类工字型，具有第一腰部102和第二腰部103，所述第一腰部102和第二腰部103为所述工字型的横线，所述第一腰部102和第二腰部103通过裆部104连接。
在所述第一腰部102上，设置有可拆卸的无线通讯模块105，以及其他组件106。所述其他组件106可以包括：电源模块。具体的，所述其他部件106为可拆卸的安装部件，内部可以根据实际需求装入相应的配件。
所述第一腰部102的两端与所述第二腰部103的两端分别设置有黏贴片，可以将所述第一腰部102的两端分别黏贴到所述第二腰部103的两端，形成包裹腰部整体。
所述裆部104两端分别连接所述第一腰部102和第二腰部103上，该裆部104的两侧为圆形边缘或者类圆形边缘，以便于在所述第一腰部102和第二腰部103黏贴在一起时，形成可包裹使用者退步的形状。
所述裆部104由多层结构构成，包括内表层、吸收芯层、变色层和隔水层，依次由内向外分布。所述内外是指，靠近皮肤的一侧为内，远离皮肤的一侧为外。
在本申请中，所述内表层接触皮肤，使用的是亲肤透水的材质，所述吸收芯层为吸水层，所述变色层为在接触到所述尿液后会发生颜色变化，所述隔水层用于防止所述尿液析出。
在所述裆部104的隔水层内侧，设置有感知器101，所述感知器101可以是多种传感器，优选的，本申请中所述感知器101为薄膜压力传感器。
在安装方式上，所述感知器101可以直接黏贴在所述裆部104内侧。在所述感知器101与所述无线通讯模块106的连接方式上，采用打印电路连接，并在所述打印电路外侧包裹防水膜。
图2是本申请中智能感知纸尿裤系统示意图。
请参照图2所示，所述感知器101感知所述隔水层的压力或者其他测量参数，形成测量信号，该测量信号经由控制器202传输到通讯模块105进行发送。该控制器202中预设有发送阈值，判断所述压力信号是否达到发送阈值，若是则发送所述压力信号，否则不发送。其中，所述发送阈值根据用户年龄不同设置不同数值，所述不同的值是根据智能模型计算的年龄和尿液量的模拟关系获得。
所述监控终端203接收所述通讯模块发送的信号，并根据所述测量信号计算当前纸尿裤状态。包括尿量饱和度计算单元和提示单元，所述计算单元用于根据所述压力信号计算所述吸收芯层的饱和度，所述提示单元用于判断所述饱和度和预设阈值的关系，并发送提示信息。优选的，所述监控终端为智能手机、平板电脑或者智能终端。
优选的，本申请中所述通讯模块可以是：蓝牙模块、NFC模块、Wi-Fi模块、Zig Bee模块、2G模块、3G模块、4G模块、5G模块或UWB模块。
Claims (10)
1.一种智能感知纸尿裤，其特征在于，包括：纸尿裤本体、感知器和无线通讯模块；
所述纸尿裤本体为类工字型外形，具有第一腰部和第二腰部，所述第一腰部和第二腰部由档部连接；所述纸尿裤的裆部包括内表层、吸收芯层、变色层和隔水层；
所述感知器为薄膜压力传感器，贴合并固定在所述裆部位置的隔水层，当所述吸收芯层吸水膨胀，所述感知器接收压力信号；
所述通讯模块固定在所述第一腰部位置，与所述感知器通过打印电路连接，用于接收所述压力信息，并将所述压力信号对外发送。
2.根据权利要求1所述智能感知纸尿裤，其特征在于，还包括电源模块，固定在所述第一腰部位置，提供电能。
3.根据权利要求1所述智能感知纸尿裤，其特征在于，还包括监控终端，所述监控终端与所述通讯模块传输数据。
4.根据权利要求3所述述智能感知纸尿裤，其特征在于，所述监控终端包括尿量饱和度计算单元和提示单元。
所述计算单元用于根据所述压力信号计算所述吸收芯层的饱和度，所述提示单元用于判断所述饱和度和预设阈值的关系，并发送提示信息。
5.根据权利要求1所述智能感知纸尿裤，其特征在于，所述通讯模块包括：蓝牙模块、NFC模块、Wi-Fi模块、Zig Bee模块、2G模块、3G模块、4G模块、5G模块或UWB模块。
6.根据权利要求1所述智能感知纸尿裤，其特征在于，所述通讯模块在发送所述压力信号时，判断所述压力信号是否达到发送阈值，若是则发送所述压力信号，否则不发送。
7.根据权利要求6所述智能感知纸尿裤，其特征在于，所述发送阈值根据用户年龄不同设置不同数值。
8.根据权利要求7所述智能感知纸尿裤，其特征在于，所述不同的值是根据智能模型计算的年龄和尿液量的模拟关系获得。
9.根据权利要求1所述智能感知纸尿裤，其特征在于，所述通讯模块是可拆卸的。
