The on-line real-time stem sorting device for the cigarette making machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the collecting mechanism (1, 2) comprises a conical hopper I (1), an iris valve I (2) and a driving device I, wherein the upper end and the lower end of the conical hopper I are open, the bottom of the conical hopper I is communicated with the iris valve I, the iris valve I is driven by a motor or a cylinder, and the iris valve I moves between a closed state and an open state to block or pass stems; the weighing mechanisms (3 and 4) comprise drawer type weighing plates I (3), opening and closing baffles I (4) and driving devices II, the drawer type weighing plates I are communicated with the bottoms of the conical hoppers I, the drawer type weighing plates I are driven by motors or cylinders, and the drawer type weighing plates I move between closing and opening to enable the stems to be blocked or pass through; the opening and closing baffle I is horizontally arranged below the drawer type weighing plate I and is driven by a motor or an air cylinder synchronously, the opening and closing baffle I moves between closing and opening so that a stem stick is blocked or passes through, the opening and closing baffle I is used for sealing the upper space on the left side of the box type rack during weighing so as to eliminate the influence of negative pressure induced draft on weighing, and the drawer type weighing plate I is also connected with a weight sensor; the conveying mechanisms (5 and 6) comprise a conical hopper II (5) and a conveying belt (6), the lower end of the opening and closing baffle I is provided with the conical hopper II, the lower end of the conical hopper II is provided with the conveying belt, the conveying belt is connected with a motor through a transmission assembly, and the conveying belt is horizontally arranged or obliquely arranged downwards; the separating mechanisms (7 and 8) comprise a conical hopper III (8), an iris valve II, a tobacco shred air return pipe (7), an electric suction fan and a driving device IV, the tobacco shred air return pipe is arranged above an outlet on the right side of the conveyor belt and is arranged right above the conical hopper III, a suction inlet of the tobacco shred air return pipe is provided with a conical suction hood, the electric suction fan is connected to the tail end of the tobacco shred air return pipe, and the electric suction fan is used for recycling tobacco shreds; the upper end and the lower end of the conical hopper III are opened, the bottom of the conical hopper III is communicated with the iris valve II, the iris valve II is driven by a motor or a cylinder, and the iris valve II moves between closing and opening so that the stems are blocked or pass through; the metering mechanisms (9 and 10) comprise drawer type weighing plates II (9), opening and closing baffles II (10) and driving devices V, the drawer type weighing plates II are communicated with the bottoms of the conical hoppers III and are driven by motors or cylinders, and the drawer type weighing plates II move between closing and opening to block or pass the stems; the opening and closing baffle II is horizontally arranged below the drawer type weighing plate II and is driven by a motor or an air cylinder synchronously, the opening and closing baffle II moves between closing and opening to enable the stem labels to be blocked or to pass through, the opening and closing baffle II is used for sealing the right side space of the box type frame during weighing to eliminate the influence of negative pressure induced draft on weighing, and the drawer type weighing plate II is also connected with a weight sensor; the right side of the conveyor belt is arranged adjacent to the open end of the conical hopper III; the recovery mechanism (11, 12) comprises a conical hopper IV (11), a stem sliver return air pipe (12) and a recovery box, wherein the lower end of the conical hopper IV is connected with the stem sliver return air pipe, the other end of the stem sliver return air pipe is connected with the recovery box, and the stem sliver return air pipe is subjected to negative pressure air suction to realize concentrated recovery and treatment of stem slivers.

The on-line real-time stem counting and detecting device for the stem culling of the cigarette making machine according to claim 2, wherein the box type frame is a box body with an opening at the upper end, and a plurality of mounting holes, namely a conical hopper I, a conical hopper II, a conical hopper III and a conical hopper IV are arranged on the side wall of the box type frame according to the requirements of mounting positions of all mechanisms, wherein the conical hopper I, the conical hopper II, the conical hopper III and the conical hopper IV are in a shape of a circle, a square or a combination of the circle and the square with openings at the upper end and the lower end.
4. A control method of an on-line real-time stem-rejection checking device of a cigarette making machine, which comprises the on-line real-time stem-rejection checking device of the cigarette making machine as claimed in claim 2, and comprises the following steps:
step S1: pressing a power switch, starting a cigarette making machine system, starting initialization, enabling each iris valve to be in an open state, and enabling each drawer type weighing plate and the opening and closing baffle to be in a closed state;
step S2: setting system processing time or measuring time on a control panel of a control system;
and step S3: carrying out weighing zero-returning calibration;
and step S4: selecting a measuring mode, and selecting continuous measurement or interval measurement; sequentially inputting parameters of an interval period T, a period number N and a measurement period T;
step S5: pressing a start button, starting the collection, weighing, conveying, separation and recycling treatment of the cigarette machine stems by the counting and detecting device, and storing the real-time weight;
step S6: pressing a stop button, wherein each iris valve is in a closed state, and each drawer type weighing plate and each opening and closing baffle are in an open state; counting measurement data including total time, measurement times and weight, and storing the data according to the requirement;
step S7: and (5) turning off the power supply and finishing the measurement.
