Abstract
The invention discloses a sand washing receiving device of wave-resistant offshore platform oil gas treatment equipment, which comprises a sand washing receiving tank, wherein a skim oil cavity and a sand setting cavity are arranged in the sand washing receiving tank, the skim oil cavity is arranged above the sand setting cavity, the top of the skim oil cavity is communicated with the sand setting cavity, one side wall of the sand washing receiving tank is communicated with a normal-pressure liquid inlet pipeline and a pressure liquid inlet pipeline which are connected into the sand setting cavity, the other side wall of the sand washing receiving tank is communicated with a suction pipeline of a waste oil recovery pump which is connected into the skim oil cavity, a discharge pipeline of the waste oil recovery pump is connected with a closed discharge tank of an offshore platform, the top of the sand washing receiving tank is communicated with a suction pipeline of a sewage recovery pump which is connected into the skim oil cavity and the sand setting cavity, and the discharge pipeline of the sewage recovery pump is connected with the closed discharge tank of the offshore platform; the sand washing device can solve the problem of receiving sand-containing water after the oil and gas treatment equipment of the offshore platform washes sand regularly, and reduces the risk that the sand washing receiving device is damaged by sea waves.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ocean engineering, in particular to a sand washing receiving device of oil-gas treatment equipment of a wave-resistant offshore platform.
Background
In the process of offshore oilfield exploitation, sand is produced along with oil well produced liquid and enters oil and gas treatment equipment. The sand enters an oil and gas treatment facility of an offshore platform along with wellhead logistics and is gradually deposited at the bottom of equipment such as a separator, a buffer tank, a closed drainage tank and the like on the offshore platform, and the sand deposited at the bottom of the equipment can seriously affect the operation safety and the service life of the equipment. The operators of the offshore platforms regularly use the production water to wash the bottom of the equipment on line through the sand washing pipeline at the bottom of the equipment, so that the sand washing water of the equipment needs to be received by a device, and the sand washing receiving device needs to be arranged at the lowest point of all the equipment of the offshore platforms to receive the sand washing pipeline from each layer of equipment of the offshore platforms. The elevation of the lower deck of the offshore platform is designed according to the thousand-year-old wave height, so that if the sand wash receiving device is arranged below the lower deck of the offshore platform, there is a risk of damage by wave strikes. If the deck elevation of the offshore platform is increased due to the sand washing receiving device, the engineering investment cost of the offshore platform is increased.
Therefore, a sand washing receiving device of the wave-resistant offshore platform oil and gas treatment equipment is urgently needed, the offshore platform can be ensured to carry out sand washing work of the equipment regularly, and the risk that the sand washing receiving device is broken by sea waves is reduced.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a sand washing receiving device of wave-resistant offshore platform oil gas treatment equipment, which comprises a sand washing receiving tank, wherein a oil skimming cavity and a sand setting cavity are arranged in the sand washing receiving tank, the oil skimming cavity is arranged above the sand setting cavity, the top of the oil skimming cavity is communicated with the sand setting cavity, one side wall of the sand washing receiving tank is communicated with a normal-pressure liquid inlet pipeline and a pressure liquid inlet pipeline which are connected into the sand setting cavity, the other side wall of the sand washing receiving tank is communicated with a suction pipeline of a waste oil recovery pump connected into the oil skimming cavity, a discharge pipeline of the waste oil recovery pump is connected with a closed discharge tank of an offshore platform, the top of the sand washing receiving tank is communicated with a suction pipeline of a sewage recovery pump connected into the oil skimming cavity and the sand setting cavity, and the discharge pipeline of the sewage recovery pump is connected with the closed discharge tank of the offshore platform.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the top elevation of the sand washing receiving tank is 0.5m-1m higher than the lower deck elevation of the offshore platform.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, a 24-inch manhole is arranged on the side wall, close to the bottom, of the sand washing receiving tank at the sand setting cavity.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, a grid-type operation platform is arranged outside the bottom of the sand washing and receiving tank.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the top of the sand wash receiving tank at the oil skimmer chamber is provided with an openable cover plate.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the sand washing receiving device further comprises a vent line which is communicated with the top of the sand washing receiving tank.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a flame arrestor is also provided on the vent line.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the sand wash receiving tank is a cylindrical atmospheric tank.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the waste oil recovery pump is a centrifugal pump.

The invention has the technical effects that:

The sand washing receiving device of the wave-resistant offshore platform oil and gas treatment equipment is arranged below a lower deck of an offshore platform and is in rigid connection with pile legs of the offshore platform, so that the risk that the sand washing receiving device is damaged by sea waves is reduced, the production stoppage maintenance period of the offshore platform due to sand deposition is shortened, the stability of oil and gas treatment facilities of the offshore platform is improved, and the corrosion of the facilities is slowed down.
3. The sand washing receiving device of the wave-resistant offshore platform oil and gas treatment equipment is arranged at the lowest point of the offshore platform, sand-containing discharged liquid of all equipment of the offshore platform can be collected, manual receiving is not needed, the design is simple, the operation is convenient, and the working efficiency is improved.

the 24-inch manhole 3 is arranged at the bottom of the same side of the oil skimming cavity 6 and is 0.2m away from the bottom of the sand washing receiving tank 18.
An openable cover plate 7 is arranged at the top of the sand washing receiving tank 18 and above the oil skimming cavity 6, and a detachable short pipe 8 is arranged between the openable cover plate 7 and a pipeline connected with the openable cover plate 7, so that maintenance of the sand washing receiving tank 18 by offshore platform operators is facilitated.
A vent line 9 leads from the top of the sand wash receiving tank 18 and provides a flame arrestor 13.
The bottom of the sand washing receiving tank 18 is provided with a grid type operation platform which can reduce the stress of the offshore platform when the offshore platform is slammed by waves.
A suction pipeline 4 of a sewage recovery pump 14 is connected with the sand setting cavity 5 and the oil skimming cavity 6, and a discharge pipeline 15 of the sewage recovery pump 14 is connected with a closed discharge tank of the offshore platform; a sewage recovery pump 14 suction pipeline 4 is respectively provided with a hose suction pipeline in the oil skimming cavity 6 and the sand setting cavity 5; a hose suction pipeline of the sewage recovery pump 14 in the sand setting cavity 5 can reach the bottom of the sand washing receiving tank 18, so that sewage on the sand setting can be sucked; the sewage recovery pump 14 is a pneumatic diaphragm pump and is arranged at the top of the sand washing receiving tank 18; the sand washing water in the sand washing receiving tank 18 contains dust sand, the dust sand is not easy to settle and is not easy to be adsorbed by a pre-pump filter, and the pneumatic diaphragm pump has strong adaptability and can run with slag.
A suction pipeline 10 of a waste oil recovery pump 11 is connected with an oil skimming cavity 6 of a sand washing receiving tank 18, and a discharge pipeline 12 of the waste oil recovery pump 11 is connected with a closed discharge tank of the offshore platform; a suction pipeline 10 of a waste oil recovery pump 11 is connected out from the bottom of the oil skimming cavity 6; the pump type of the waste oil recovery pump 11 is a centrifugal pump and is arranged on a grid type operation platform at the bottom of the sand washing receiving tank 18;
