The installation position of the hot air assembly 300 is not limited to the side portion of the cavity 210, referring to fig. 13 and 14, the hot air assembly 300 is installed on the inner wall of the top portion of the cavity 210, the air frying assembly 100 shown in fig. 15 and 16 may be adopted, the air frying assembly includes the partition 110 and the food material bearing member 120, in the first state of the steaming oven 10, the partition 110 is detachably installed on the inner wall of the cavity 210, the partition 110 and the inner wall of the cavity 210 define the cooking space 111, the cooking space 111 accommodates the hot air assembly 300, the food material bearing member 120 is accommodated in the cooking space 111, the volume of the cooking space 111 is smaller than that of the cavity 210, the hot air assembly 300 can only drive the air in the cooking space 111 to flow and only heat the air in the cooking space 111, and not only can improve the heating efficiency of the hot air assembly 300 to the air, but also can improve the circulation efficiency of the air, thereby improving the heat transfer efficiency of the hot air and satisfying the requirement of the air frying function; the bottom of the food material bearing member 120 is provided with the vent hole 121, the outer surface of the food material bearing member 120, the inner wall of the cavity 210 and the partition 110 define the hot air duct 113, referring to the direction indicated by the arrow in fig. 14, hot air generated by the hot air assembly 300 can flow to the vent hole 121 along the hot air duct 113 and is blown out upwards from the vent hole 121, the lower part of the food material can be heated, the upper part of the food material can be heated under the heat radiation effect of the heat pipe of the hot air assembly 300, the uniformity of heating the upper part and the lower part of the food material can be improved, and the cooking effect is improved.
The shape of the partition 110 may be set according to actual requirements, a cooking space 111 with a smaller volume may be defined in the cavity 210, and the hot air duct 113 may be defined by the partition, the inner wall of the cavity 210, and the outer surface of the food material carrier 120. the steaming oven is provided with a first state and a second state, wherein in the first state, the air frying component covers the air outlet end, so that the hot air component faces the inside of the cooking space, and the air in the cooking space is driven to flow; in the second state, the hot air cover assembly is detachably covered on the air outlet end, so that the air outlet end faces towards the inside of the cavity, and the air in the cavity is driven to flow.

The steaming oven as claimed in claim 3, further comprising a mounting member having a mounting groove, the mounting member being connected to an inner wall of the cavity, the open end of the partition member having a first mounting part, the first mounting part being received in the mounting groove in the first state; the edge of the cover body is provided with a second mounting part, and the second mounting part is accommodated in the mounting groove in the second state.
