Controlling the relative density of the concentrated paste (d 20 20 ) Dissolving the paste with 20v/v% ethanol at about 1.15, storing the solution in a storage tank at-15deg.C, freeze-settling for 8 hr, and filtering to obtain dark red clarified solution; concentrating again to obtain extract.
The preparation method of the plateau pear extract (self-grinding) comprises the following steps: according to the ratio of 1:6 of the feed liquid, the materials are Gao Yuanli after the nucleation and the crushing, the solvent is water, and the materials are added into an extraction tank; the extraction temperature is 95 ℃ and the extraction time is 35min; filtering with a filter screen and a duplex filter after extraction, cooling with a heat exchange device, extracting twice, filtering, cooling, and collecting the filtrate of the two times to obtain the plateau pear extract.
The preparation method of the essence formula comprises the following steps: the 5 different perfume bases are respectively mixed with corresponding solvents, namely, the perfume raw materials with different solubilities in the perfume base modules are respectively dissolved in the solvents, then the 5 perfume base systems are mixed, and the mixed perfume base systems are stored for 84 hours for use.
Application in tobacco leaf winding: the prepared essence is applied to tobacco shreds as an essence formula, and the usage amount is 0.40% of the mass of the tobacco shreds.
Example 4 application evaluation
The application test was performed using the same leaf formulation with any one of the flavor formulations of examples 1-3 as the cigarette flavor formulation. For convenience of description, in this example, a blank cigarette with a certain brand without flavoring is used as an evaluation carrier, and sensory comparison is performed, and the comparison situation is shown in table 1. Evaluation of the vector: a certain brand of blank cigarettes provided by Yunnan medium cigarettes are used as an evaluation carrier.
The evaluation method comprises the following steps: aiming at developing the flavoring effect and style evaluation of the designed and developed essence formula, the evaluation control sample is the same blank cigarette. Cigarette flavoring and feeding effects and style evaluation: the method mainly comprises the fragrance characteristic, the taste characteristic and the fragrance style of the flavored cigarettes, wherein the fragrance and the taste are quantified in a manner of-5 to 5 minutes, the score unit is 1 minute, the fragrance style is quantified in a manner of 0 to 3 minutes, the score unit is 1 minute, and the evaluation result is the arithmetic average value (accurate to 0.1) of each panelist. The personnel involved in the evaluation needs to have the special fragrance smelling capability and the sensory cigarette smoking qualification evaluation, and the number of the participants is 5.
Table 1 table of the flavoring effect and style evaluation records of cigarettes before and after applying the essence formulation of the present invention
As can be seen from Table 1, the essence formulation of example 3 has the best effect of improving the sensory effect of cigarettes, and the proper addition amount of the essence formulation in the leaf group is 0.40%, which shows that the sensory score Y for enhancing the richness of the tobacco fragrance when the fragrance base module is designed Richness of When the design is about 7.7, the compatibility with the blank cigarette leaf group is good. Effect on cigarette sense organ:the aroma concentration and fullness of the tobacco are enhanced, so that the aroma is more elegant, fresh and natural, and the comprehensive taste and aroma feeling of Chinese cigarette products is improved.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art, who is within the scope of the present invention, should make equivalent substitutions or modifications according to the technical scheme of the present invention and the inventive concept thereof, and should be covered by the scope of the present invention.
