Abstract
The invention discloses an LED full-spectrum color mixing method based on seven-color integration of RGBWPAL, and relates to the technical field of LED illumination. The specific method is to provide at least one color mixing module, wherein each color mixing module comprises an RGBWCL seven-color-in-one LED light source, a PCB used for welding the light source and an optical lens arranged on each LED light source. The color of the LED light source is seven, a PWM dimming mode is adopted, target color or white light is mixed by adjusting the duty ratio of each color R, G, B, W, C, L, A, the numerical relation between the chromaticity coordinate of the mixed target color or white light and the seven colors can be controlled and adjusted through DMX512, and the gray scale numerical values of the seven colors correspond to the duty ratio relation of the target color or white light. Seven arbitrary single chips in the LED light source are ignited, and the color emitted by the LED chips can be obtained; when any two LED chips in the LED light source are ignited, the colors between two colors can be mixed; lighting any three or more LED chips in an LED light source mixes three or more arbitrary colors that make up the chromaticity space in the CIE1976 chromaticity diagram. The early LED lighting colored LED outdoor lamp is mainly applied by developing RGBW (red green blue) based on RGB (red green blue) three primary colors, the color expression range of the LED lighting lamp is only a smaller range, the performance of mixed white light is poorer, the white light generated by mixing is poor in brightness and light quality, the spectrogram of the white light is more prominent in peaks and troughs, and has obvious difference compared with the spectrum of full-spectrum sunlight! The invention is capable of other and different embodiments and of being practiced or of being carried out in various ways, and its several details are capable of modification in various respects, all without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. It should be noted that the drawings provided in the following embodiments are only for illustrating the basic idea of the present invention, and the components related to the present invention are only shown in the drawings rather than drawn according to the number, shape and size of the components in actual implementation, and the type, quantity and proportion of the components in actual implementation may be changed freely, and the layout of the components may be more complicated.
Referring to fig. 1, the invention provides a seven-color-in-one full spectrum color mixing method for an LED based on RGBWCLA, which comprises the following steps:
color mixing of led lighting fixtures requires at least one module, as shown in fig. 1; the LED lamp mainly comprises an RGBWCL seven-color integrated LED light source (2), a PCB (1) for welding the light source and a light-emitting lens (3);
b. in this example, the colors selected are, respectively, R:620-630nm, G:520-535nm, B:450-465nm, C:490-510nm, L:560-570nm, A:1820K, W:4500K chip, used for packaging the LED light source of this example, the choice of color is three primary colors, three complementary colors and white balance, effectively increasing the chromaticity space of the light source itself, as shown in fig. 3, compared to the traditional three colors and the chromaticity space of the present invention in CIE1976;
light emitted by the RGBWCL seven-color integrated LED light source (2) can be effectively mixed through the optical lens (3) to realize target color, and a light path diagram is shown in FIG. 5;
d. in this example, taking the mixed light of two colors C and R as an example of color mixing, as shown in the CIE1976 chromaticity diagram of fig. 4, a connecting line of the two colors is a dotted line, and the color of any point on the connecting line can be realized;
e. the method for implementing the above steps is a PWM dimming manner, i.e. the color on the line can be described by the duty ratio of C and R, and the corresponding DMX512 is the gray scale value of R and C;
f. in step d, e, the brightness of C is high, i.e. the gray scale or duty ratio of C is higher, the color is close to C, otherwise, the color is close to R;
g. in steps d, e, and f, the color mixing manner of R and C is shown in this example, and the corresponding light path diagram is shown in fig. 5;
h. the way of mixing the white light is similar to the above steps d, e, f, g, the white light with different correlated color temperatures can be mixed by using the gray scale values with different seven colors, and the black body curve of the white light is shown in FIG. 6 (601), so that the color temperature range of the white light is 1800-8000K!
i. As shown in step h, the spectrum of the mixed color white light is a full spectrum, as shown in fig. 2;
j. as shown in step h, j, the color rendering index of the mixed color white light is detected as shown in FIG. 7, and the white light has better quality.

The RGBWLA seven-color-in-one based LED full-spectrum color mixing method as claimed in claim 1, wherein seven LED chips (3) are RGB, CLA and W, respectively, and in CIE1976 chromaticity diagram, the color gamut coverage is larger, and the white light is selected to effectively increase the brightness.
