本发明属于门窗型材制造技术领域,具体涉及一种全包覆高耐候异型材,包括异型材本体,异型材本体的底部设置有底板面,上部设置有轨道面,两侧分别设置有外侧面和内侧面,异型材本体包括支撑异型材整体造型的骨架基材,所述骨架基材外侧全包覆设置有主材复合肉层,所述主材复合肉层外侧全包覆设置有高耐候防护皮层,并且异型材的单个侧面和/或两个侧面的主材复合肉层与高耐候防护皮层之间还设置有花纹装饰层,异型材的轨道面的高耐候防护皮层外侧还设置有高耐磨层。该全包覆高耐候异型材增强了塑料异型材易磨损部位的耐摩擦性能、机械强度和耐候性,整体提高了塑料异型材门窗的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于门窗型材制造技术领域,具体涉及一种全包覆高耐候异型材。
背景技术
现代建筑中的门窗,特别是玻璃门窗,绝大多数是采用型材制作门窗边框,门窗型材主要分为金属型材、塑料型材和塑钢型材等多种类型。根据建筑设计要求,门窗型材可方便地制造成各种造型,除常规型材以外的特异造型的型材统称为异型材。塑料异型材因其良好的保温性能和隔音性能,以及其本身重量轻,造型多样等优势,在门窗制作中都已有大量应用,但是塑料异型材门窗经历风吹日晒后,容易出现发黄、变脆、龟裂、粉化等老化问题。为了解决这个问题,研发人员开发出了在门窗的露天面上包覆耐候层的共挤塑料异型材,但是相较于金属和塑钢材料,塑料异型材还是存在耐候性差、机械强度弱、使用寿命短等弱点,一直都是制约其推广发展的重要因素,尤其是对于未包覆耐候层的推拉门窗的轨道面,容易出现材料老化变脆导致轨道破损残缺的问题,还有门窗未包覆耐候层的室内面,也依然存在容易老化褪色的问题。
发明内容
针对上述情况,本发明提供了一种全包覆高耐候异型材,能够有效提升门窗异型材的结构强度和耐候性能,极大提高整体门窗的使用寿命。
为了实现以上目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种全包覆高耐候异型材,包括异型材本体,异型材本体的底部设置有底板面,上部设置有轨道面,两侧分别设置有外侧面和内侧面,异型材本体包括支撑异型材整体造型的骨架基材,所述骨架基材外侧全包覆设置有主材复合肉层,所述主材复合肉层外侧全包覆设置有高耐候防护皮层,并且异型材的单个侧面和/或两个侧面的主材复合肉层与高耐候防护皮层之间还设置有花纹装饰层,异型材的轨道面的高耐候防护皮层外侧还设置有高耐磨层。
所述骨架基材为PVC改性材料共挤型材,其材料重量百分比组成为:氯化聚乙烯5-9%、丙烯酸酯橡胶3-5%、二氧化钛4-8%、碳酸钙5-9%、钙、锌稳定剂4-8%、紫外线吸收剂3-6%、抗氧剂0.6-0.8%、耐酸群青0.05-0.2%、荧光增白剂0.03-0.3%、硬脂酸钙0.02-0.4%,余量为聚氯乙烯。将骨架基材主原料聚氯乙烯及以上各改性原料进行混合,同时添加到挤出机充分混合、加热和挤出,加热温度150-200℃。
所述主材复合肉层为WPC塑木复合材料制作,其材料重量百分比组成为:木粉40-50%、纳米二氧化硅7-10%、硬脂酸1-3%、硬脂酸钙2-4%、聚乙烯蜡0.5-1%,余量为聚乙烯。塑木复合材料俗称木塑材料,是以木屑等初级生物质材料为主原料,结合添加以上塑料基料及改性材料,挤出成型制得的可逆性循环利用的复合材料,具有阻燃、防霉、耐腐蚀、高耐候等优点。
所述高耐候防护皮层为PVDF+PMMA共挤层,其材料重量百分比组成为:聚偏二氟乙烯36-41%、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯36-41%、增塑剂5-8%、稳定剂2-4%、阻燃剂2-3%,余量为聚氯乙烯。高耐候防护皮层包覆厚度为3-5μm,复合共挤膜采用双层共挤工艺得到,通过包覆机进行全包覆加工制得PVDF+PMMA共挤层,具有优良的耐腐蚀性和耐候性。
进一步地,所述花纹装饰层为耐候水性油墨印刷而成的印刷花纹层,其厚度为1.5-2μm,印刷花纹层通过高耐候水性油墨印刷而成,具有美观、环保、高耐候、安全、无危害等特点。
进一步地,所述高耐磨层为UV-531紫外线吸收剂防老化涂层,其厚度为5-8μm,作为高效防老化助剂,对聚合物有很大的保护作用,有助于延缓泛黄和阻滞物理性能损失,且涂层表面光滑坚硬,具有很好的耐刮划性能。
本发明还包括能够使其正常使用的其它组件,均为本领域的常规手段,另外,本发明中未加限定的装置或组件,均采用本领域的现有技术。
本发明的有益效果如下:
该全包覆高耐候异型材,通过对其骨架基材和主材复合肉层的特殊设置,对轨道面易磨损部位增设高耐磨层,增强易磨损部位的耐摩擦、耐刮划性能,对内外侧面增设花纹装饰层,并且对其整体外表全面包覆高耐候防护皮层,大幅提升塑料异型材的机械强度、外观美化和高耐候性,避免现有塑料异型材耐候性差、容易老化导致的诸多问题,整体提高塑料异型材制作门窗的使用寿命。

如图1-3所示,一种全包覆高耐候异型材,包括异型材本体,异型材本体的底部设置有底板面1,上部设置有轨道面2,两侧分别设置有外侧面3和内侧面4,异型材本体包括支撑异型材整体造型的骨架基材5,所述骨架基材外侧全包覆设置有主材复合肉层6,所述主材复合肉层外侧全包覆设置有高耐候防护皮层7,并且异型材的内外侧面主材复合肉层与高耐候防护皮层之间还设置有花纹装饰层8,异型材的轨道面的高耐候防护皮层外侧还设置有高耐磨层9。
所述骨架基材为PVC改性材料共挤型材,其材料重量百分比组成为:氯化聚乙烯5%、丙烯酸酯橡胶3%、二氧化钛4%、碳酸钙5%、钙、锌稳定剂4%、紫外线吸收剂3%、抗氧剂0.6%、耐酸群青0.05%、荧光增白剂0.03%、硬脂酸钙0.02%,余量为聚氯乙烯。将骨架基材主原料聚氯乙烯及以上各改性原料进行混合,同时添加到挤出机充分混合、加热和挤出,加热温度150℃。

所述主材复合肉层为WPC塑木复合材料制作,其材料重量百分比组成为:木粉50%、纳米二氧化硅10%、硬脂酸3%、硬脂酸钙4%、聚乙烯蜡1%,余量为聚乙烯。
所述高耐候防护皮层为PVDF+PMMA共挤层,其材料重量百分比组成为:聚偏二氟乙烯41%、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯41%、增塑剂8%、稳定剂4%、阻燃剂3%,余量为聚氯乙烯。高耐候防护皮层包覆厚度为3μm。
所述花纹装饰层为耐候水性油墨印刷而成的印刷花纹层,其厚度为2μm。
所述高耐磨层为UV-531紫外线吸收剂防老化涂层,其厚度为8μm。
