The primer paint spraying equipment and the finish paint spraying equipment both comprise reciprocating machines which run up and down, one or more paint spray guns can be arranged at the output end of each reciprocating machine simultaneously, so that the workpieces can be sprayed with paint in a reciprocating mode up and down, the selection is flexible, and the paint spraying efficiency of the workpieces can be improved greatly.
The operation speed of the suspension chain conveying line is adjustable and controllable, so that the whole paint spraying process can be performed in an almost uninterrupted circulating manner, and the suspension chain conveying line is very helpful for improving the production efficiency, accelerating the production beat and realizing automatic production.
Claims (7)
1. The utility model provides a dry integration system of semi-automatic suspension spraying of pole component which characterized in that: the hanging chain conveying line comprises a closed-loop hanging chain conveying line, a primer paint spraying device, a finish paint spraying device and a paint drying device, wherein a feeding area, a primer leveling area, a finish paint leveling area, a paint curing area and a discharging area are sequentially arranged along the hanging chain conveying line, the primer paint spraying device and the finish paint spraying device are respectively arranged on one side of the primer leveling area and one side of the finish paint leveling area along the hanging chain conveying line, the paint drying device is arranged in the paint curing area, the hanging chain conveying line penetrates through the paint drying device, and the hanging chain conveying line in the paint drying device is S-shaped, wherein: the hanging chain conveying line is provided with a plurality of hangers in an upward and downward direction, each hanger comprises a hanging rod and a rotating part, the upper end of each hanging rod is connected with the hanging chain conveying line and runs along with the hanging chain conveying line, the rotating part is arranged at the lower end of each hanging rod and rotates by taking the hanging rod as a central shaft, the lower end of each rotating part is fixedly provided with a hanging ring, a workpiece hanging rack is hung on each hanging ring, and the workpiece hanging rack is used for hanging and carrying a workpiece; and the rotating part is in contact connection with the corresponding rotating guide rail to drive the rotation of the rotating part.

The integrated system of claim 1, wherein the integrated system comprises: the rotary guide rail is a straight guide rail or a straight rack guide rail, and when the rotary guide rail is the straight guide rail, the rotary part is a friction roller; when the rotating guide rail is a spur rack guide rail, the rotating part is a transmission gear.

The integrated system of claim 1, wherein the integrated system comprises: the workpiece hanging rack comprises a hook and a transverse hanging plate, the hook is hung on the hanging ring, a plurality of strong magnets or a plurality of threaded holes are arranged on the transverse hanging plate side by side, the strong magnets are used for directly adsorbing the end of a steel pipe workpiece, and the threaded holes are used for being in threaded connection with the screw threads of the end of a rod workpiece.

The integrated system of claim 1, wherein the integrated system comprises: the primer paint spraying equipment and the finish paint spraying equipment both comprise reciprocating machines which run up and down, and at least one paint spray gun is installed at the front end of each reciprocating machine.

The integrated system of claim 1, wherein the integrated system comprises: the paint drying equipment is provided with a drying room, the two side walls in the drying room are uniformly provided with far infrared heating plates, and the heating power of the far infrared heating plates is less than or equal to 100 kw; the drying room is of a cuboid-shaped closed structure, and openings for hanging the chain conveying lines to enter and exit are formed in the front side and the rear side of the drying room respectively.

The integrated system of claim 1, wherein the integrated system comprises: the suspension chain conveying line is composed of an overhead rail, a traction chain, a direction changing device, a driving device, a tensioning device and a safety detection device, wherein the overhead rail forms a closed loop, and the traction chain forms a closed loop which is the same as the line of the overhead rail through the horizontal, vertical or inclined direction changing device.
7. The integrated system of claim 1, wherein the integrated system comprises: paint mist exhaust hoods are arranged above the primer paint spraying equipment and the finish paint spraying equipment.
