the cigarette piece weighing module is used for weighing finished cigarette pieces;
the evaluation information feedback module is used for feeding back a bar code identification result, a brand comparison result and a weighing result;
and the evaluation result output module is used for outputting an evaluation result according to the bar code identification result, the brand comparison result and the weighing result, wherein the evaluation result comprises whether finished cigarette pieces are removed or not.
Furthermore, each of the rear-mounted criss-cross conveying apparatuses is specifically configured to: and moving unqualified finished product cigarettes on the trunk channel at the middle position to the trunk channel at the adjacent side, or moving finished product cigarettes on the failed or jammed trunk channel at the middle position to the trunk channel at the lower flow side, or moving finished product cigarettes on the failed or jammed trunk channel at the edge position to the trunk channel at the adjacent side.
In the operation, if the single channel is blocked due to the excessive quantity of finished cigarette pieces in the main channel, the flow overflow is formed, and the flow of the finished cigarette pieces in the main channel needs to be adjusted and controlled. The flow overflow adjustment principle is as follows: the path is shortest and the flow is balanced. The specific adjustment logic is as follows:

The multi-loop finished cigarette product conveying system provided by the embodiment of the invention can be widely suitable for conveying and transplanting finished cigarette products of various specifications; under normal working conditions, the finished cigarette products are conveyed according to a butt main line channel, and flow equalization according to the number of the case sealers is realized; the state of the conveying equipment can be collected and judged, and if equipment failure occurs, the finished products in the channel can be transplanted and switched to other channels, so that conveying redundancy is realized; the overflow condition of the channel flow can be comprehensively evaluated, and the conveying is automatically adjusted to realize flow balance; the finished product information can be intelligently evaluated on the conveying object, the evaluation result is recorded, and the finished products which do not meet the evaluation condition are transplanted and removed; the expandability is high, so that certain degree of freedom is realized on the performance and the quantity of the front-section box sealing machine equipment, and the normal conveying of finished cigarette products is ensured; the rejection channel is humanized in design, the channel design is close to the trunk channel, and the return line body can be directly and easily transported to the front stage of the finished product information intelligent evaluation device for secondary confirmation; the invention can form a redundant route, and realizes flow balance conveying and abnormal channel changing conveying by shunting and conveying.

And S7, determining whether the cigarette pieces to be conveyed are removed or not according to the intelligent evaluation result, if so, executing S8, and if not, executing S9.
And step S8, transplanting the to-be-conveyed product cigarette pieces on the current trunk channel to a removing channel nearby through removing cross conveying equipment.
And step S9, judging whether the current trunk road is congested or not to determine whether the current trunk road is normal in transportation, if not, executing step S10, and if so, executing step S12.
Step S10: and judging whether the flow of the adjacent trunk channels meets the condition of transplanting and conveying.
And S11, if the flow rate of the cigarettes is met, transplanting the cigarettes to be conveyed on the current trunk channel to the adjacent trunk channel with lower flow rate through the rear-mounted cross conveying equipment, and jumping to the step S13.
And step S12, conveying the finished cigarette to be conveyed through the current trunk channel.
And step S13, lifting the finished cigarette pieces to be conveyed to a finished product sorting system at the rear end by using a finished cigarette lifting machine at the tail end of the trunk line channel for sorting.
Further, in some embodiments of the present invention, after step S8, the method for conveying multi-loop cigarette finished products further includes:

the cigarette packaging machine comprises a plurality of trunk channels, a plurality of branch channels are arranged at the front end of each trunk channel respectively, each branch channel corresponds to a box filling and sealing machine respectively, a finished product information intelligent evaluation device is arranged on each trunk channel, a cigarette finished product hoister is arranged at the tail end of each trunk channel respectively, front-mounted crossed conveying equipment is arranged between every two adjacent trunk channels at the front end of the corresponding finished product information intelligent evaluation device, rear-mounted crossed conveying equipment is arranged between every two adjacent trunk channels at the rear end of the corresponding finished product information intelligent evaluation device, a rejection channel is arranged outside each two trunk channels at the edge, rejection crossed conveying equipment is arranged between each rejection channel and the adjacent trunk channels, and the positions of each rear-mounted crossed conveying equipment and each rejection crossed conveying equipment correspond to each other, wherein:
each preposed cross conveying device is used for moving finished cigarette pieces on the current trunk channel to an adjacent trunk channel when the current trunk channel has a fault or is jammed;
each finished product information intelligent evaluation device is used for intelligently evaluating finished product cigarettes on the corresponding trunk channel;
the rejecting cross conveying equipment is used for moving unqualified finished cigarette pieces to the rejecting channel on the corresponding side according to the intelligent evaluation result of the finished cigarette pieces, or moving finished cigarette pieces on the trunk channels at the edge positions to the rejecting channel on the corresponding side when each trunk channel is in fault or is jammed;
each rear-mounted cross conveying device is used for moving finished cigarette pieces on the current trunk channel to the adjacent trunk channel according to preset conditions.
2. A multi-circuit cigarette end product delivery system as in claim 1 wherein each of said trunk channels corresponds to a number of branch channels of between 4 and 6.
3. The multi-circuit finished cigarette delivery system of claim 1, wherein the number of trunk passageways is three, being a first trunk passageway, a second trunk passageway and a third trunk passageway.
4. The multi-circuit finished cigarette conveying system according to claim 3, wherein the number of the finished product information intelligent evaluation devices is three, and the three finished product information intelligent evaluation devices are a first finished product information intelligent evaluation device arranged on the first trunk channel, a second finished product information intelligent evaluation device arranged on the second trunk channel and a third finished product information intelligent evaluation device arranged on the third trunk channel; the cigarette finished product hoister is arranged at the tail end of the first trunk channel, the second cigarette finished product hoister arranged at the tail end of the second trunk channel and the third cigarette finished product hoister arranged at the tail end of the third trunk channel; the front cross conveying equipment, the rear cross conveying equipment and/or the rejecting cross conveying equipment comprise transplanting conveyors, the number of the front cross conveying equipment is two, and the front cross conveying equipment comprises a first front transplanting conveyor arranged between the first trunk channel and the second trunk channel and a second front transplanting conveyor arranged between the second trunk channel and the third trunk channel; the number of the rear crossed conveying devices is two, and the rear crossed conveying devices are respectively a first rear transplanting conveyor arranged between the first trunk channel and the second trunk channel and a second rear transplanting conveyor arranged between the second trunk channel and the third trunk channel; the number of the removing channels is two, and the removing channels are respectively a first removing channel arranged on the outer side of the first trunk channel and a second removing channel arranged on the outer side of the third trunk channel; the number of the eliminating cross-shaped conveying devices is two, and the eliminating cross-shaped conveying devices are respectively a first eliminating and transplanting conveyor arranged between the first eliminating channel and the first trunk channel and a second eliminating and transplanting conveyor arranged between the second eliminating channel and the third trunk channel.

The multi-circuit cigarette finished product conveying system of claim 1, wherein each finished product information intelligent evaluation device comprises: finished product bar code identification module, brand comparison module, a cigarette weighing module, evaluation information feedback module and evaluation result output module, wherein:
the finished product bar code identification module is used for identifying the bar code of the finished product cigarette;
the brand comparison module is used for comparing the bar code identification result with preset brand information;
the cigarette piece weighing module is used for weighing finished cigarette pieces;
the evaluation information feedback module is used for feeding back a bar code identification result, a brand comparison result and a weighing result;
and the evaluation result output module is used for outputting an evaluation result according to the bar code identification result, the brand comparison result and the weighing result, wherein the evaluation result comprises whether finished cigarette pieces are removed or not.

A multi-circuit finished cigarette conveying system according to claim 1, wherein each of the rear-mounted criss-cross conveying devices is specifically configured to: and moving unqualified finished cigarette pieces on the trunk channel at the middle position to the trunk channel at the adjacent side, or moving finished cigarette pieces on the trunk channel with the fault or jam at the middle position to the trunk channel at the lower flow rate side, or moving finished cigarette pieces on the trunk channel with the fault or jam at the edge position to the trunk channel at the adjacent side.
7. The multi-circuit cigarette end product conveying system of claim 1, wherein a finished product sorting system is connected to an end of each cigarette end product elevator.
8. A method for conveying finished multi-circuit cigarettes by means of a system according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
step S1, conveying the finished cigarette pieces to be conveyed from the case sealer to the corresponding trunk channel;
step S2, judging whether the current trunk channel is jammed or broken to determine whether the current trunk channel is normal, if not, executing step S3, and if normal, executing step S5;
step S3, judging whether the flow of the adjacent trunk channel meets the condition of transplanting and conveying;
step S4, if yes, transplanting the cigarettes to be conveyed on the current trunk channel to an adjacent trunk channel through the front-mounted cross conveying equipment, and jumping to step S6;
s5, conveying finished product cigarettes to be conveyed through the current trunk channel;
s6, intelligently evaluating the finished cigarette to be conveyed by using a finished product information intelligent evaluation device on a trunk channel where the finished cigarette to be conveyed is located;
step S7, determining whether the product cigarettes to be conveyed are removed or not according to the intelligent evaluation result, if so, executing step S8, and if not, executing step S9;
step S8, transplanting the to-be-conveyed product cigarette pieces on the current trunk channel to a removing channel nearby through removing cross conveying equipment;
step S9, judging whether the current trunk road is jammed or not to determine whether the current trunk road is normal in transportation, if not, executing step S10, and if normal, executing step S12;
step S10: judging whether the flow of the adjacent trunk channels meets the condition of transplanting and conveying;
step S11, if yes, transplanting the to-be-conveyed product cigarette on the current trunk channel to the adjacent trunk channel with lower flow through the rear-mounted cross conveying equipment, and jumping to step S13;
s12, conveying finished product cigarettes to be conveyed through the current trunk channel;
and step S13, lifting the finished cigarette to be conveyed to a finished product sorting system at the rear end by using a finished cigarette lifting machine at the tail end of the trunk channel for sorting.
9. The method for conveying finished multi-loop cigarettes according to claim 8, wherein the step S2 of determining whether the current trunk channel is congested or faulty to determine whether the current trunk channel is normally conveyed specifically includes:
if the photoelectric detection component of the front-located cross conveying equipment between two adjacent trunk channels continuously receives the good signal feedback that the time of the preset times exceeds the preset time threshold value or receives the equipment fault signal of the same trunk channel, the congestion or the fault of the front trunk channel is judged.
