In some embodiments, the mounting groove 16 is provided with a first protrusion along the left-right direction, the cross beam 3 is provided with a second protrusion adapted to the first protrusion along the left-right direction, and the first protrusion and the second protrusion are adapted to each other, so that the mounting groove 16 and the cross beam 3 can be clamped, and the second mounting seat 18 can be conveniently moved relative to the cross beam 3; of course, in other embodiments, the fitting manner of the mounting groove 16 and the cross beam 3 may also be a manner of connecting a slide rail and a slide groove 15, as long as the second mounting groove 16 can be realized in the left-right direction of the cross beam 3.
In some embodiments, the second mounting seat 18 is provided with a mounting hole 14, and the mounting hole 14 penetrates through one side of the second mounting seat 18 to fix the second mounting seat 18 to the cross beam 3. Specifically, the mounting hole 14 may be provided in a female screw shape, and when the second mounting seat 18 is moved to a predetermined position of the cross beam 3, a screw is screwed into the mounting hole 14, so that the screw abuts against the cross beam 3 when the screw is screwed, and the second mounting seat 18 and the cross beam 3 are fixed to each other.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3 again, the mounting base 1 further includes an adjusting member 2, the adjusting member 2 is disposed along the front-back direction, and at least a portion of the adjusting member 2 is disposed between the first mounting seat 11 and the second mounting seat 18. Illustratively, the adjusting member 2 includes but is not limited to an adjusting bolt, a first screw groove 13 is disposed at an upper end of the first mounting seat 11, a second screw groove 17 corresponding to the first screw groove 13 is disposed at a lower end of the second mounting seat 18, such that when the second mounting seat 18 is disposed on the first mounting seat 11, the adjusting member 2 can be respectively in threaded connection with the first screw groove 13 and the second screw groove 17, and when the first mounting seat 11 is fixed on a wall surface, the cross beam 3 can move left and right in the mounting groove 16 and can also move up and down for adjustment, and by screwing the adjusting member 2, the position adjustment of the second mounting seat 18 along the front and rear direction of the first mounting seat 11 is realized, thereby achieving the purposes of leveling the cross beam 3 and adjusting the distance between a wall panel and the wall surface, it is applicable to complicated wall, and need not before the installation with the dado is right the wall calibrates, and after adjusting the position, through 14 installation screws in mounting hole, will crossbeam 3 with second mount pad 18 is fixed, prevents crossbeam 3 takes place the displacement, influences the levelness of crossbeam 3, and then influences the installation of dado.
In the implementation process, the adjusting pieces 2 are distributed in the front-back direction and are located between the first mounting seat 11 and the second mounting seat 18, so that when the adjusting pieces 2 can be adjusted, the second mounting seat 18 can move relative to the first mounting seat 11, and therefore the mounting position of the wall panel can be adjusted.
As shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a fixing device disclosed in the embodiment of the present application; in a second aspect, the present application also provides a fixation device comprising: an assist mechanism having an assist portion; and a connection mechanism as described in any of the above, wherein the attachment base 1 and/or the hanging piece 4 of the connection mechanism are disposed in the auxiliary portion.
In the process of realizing, the mounting seat and/or the hanging piece 4 are/is arranged in the auxiliary part of the auxiliary mechanism, the positions of the mounting base 1 and the hanging piece 4 can be quickly positioned through the auxiliary part, the mounting of the base 1 and the hanging piece 4 is convenient, and the working efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 4, the auxiliary mechanism includes an auxiliary plate 7 and first mounting auxiliary members 9, the auxiliary plate 7 is distributed in the vertical direction, the first mounting auxiliary members 9 are disposed on the auxiliary plate 7, and the first mounting auxiliary members 9 are provided with a first auxiliary groove and a second auxiliary groove in the vertical direction, the first auxiliary groove is configured to accommodate at least a part of the hanging piece 4, and the second auxiliary groove is configured to accommodate at least a part of the mounting base. It should be noted that, according to the difference in height, the number of the first installation auxiliary members 9 is also different, and the first auxiliary groove is disposed above the second auxiliary groove, and at least one of the first auxiliary groove and the second auxiliary groove may be disposed therein
In the process of the implementation, the auxiliary plate 7 is distributed along the up-down direction, the first installation auxiliary part 9 is provided with a first auxiliary groove and a second auxiliary groove, the first auxiliary groove is used for accommodating the hanging piece 4, the second auxiliary groove is used for accommodating the installation base 1, the installation base 1 and the auxiliary plate 7 can be quickly positioned and arranged at the position of the protective wall through the matching of the first installation auxiliary part 9 and the auxiliary plate 7, and the working efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the auxiliary mechanism further includes a second installation auxiliary member 8, the second installation auxiliary member 8 is clamped on the auxiliary plate 7, the second installation auxiliary member 8 is connected with the cross beam 3 of the connecting mechanism, the second installation auxiliary member 8 is located below the first installation auxiliary member 9, and the second installation auxiliary member 8 is provided with a third auxiliary groove along the left-right direction, the third auxiliary groove is configured to accommodate at least a part of the hanging piece 4, and the third auxiliary groove is provided with at least one.
In the process of the realization, the second installation auxiliary part 8 is provided with a third auxiliary groove, wherein the third auxiliary groove is used for accommodating the hanging piece 4, and the installation base 1 and the auxiliary plate 7 can be quickly positioned and arranged at the position of the protective wall through the matching of the second installation auxiliary part 8 and the auxiliary plate 7, so that the working efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the auxiliary mechanism further includes a third installation auxiliary member 5, and the third installation auxiliary member 5 is disposed on the cross beam 3 of the connecting mechanism for adjusting the connecting mechanism in the front-rear direction. Illustratively, the third installation auxiliary member 5 is provided with a pendant 51 for front leveling of the beam 3 in the up-down direction, and it is determined whether the installation base 1 needs to be adjusted back and forth by a distance between the pendant 51 and the beam 3.
In some embodiments, the auxiliary mechanism further includes a fourth installation auxiliary member disposed on the auxiliary plate 7 and below the second installation auxiliary member 8, so as to measure the ground clearance of the wall panel, reduce the measurement process and improve the working efficiency thereof. In particular, the position at which the fourth installation aid is attached to the auxiliary plate 7 can be set according to the actual situation of the panel, i.e. how far the panel is installed from the ground, and how far the fourth installation aid is fixed from the bottom of the auxiliary plate 7.
It can be understood that the specific installation and use steps of the fixing device are as follows: firstly, according to the requirement of the ground clearance of the wall panel, firstly, connecting the fourth installation auxiliary parts to corresponding positions of the auxiliary plate 7, determining the distance among the first installation auxiliary parts 9, the second installation auxiliary parts 8 and the third installation auxiliary parts 5 and the number of the first installation auxiliary parts 9 according to the height of the wall panel, and then installing the first installation auxiliary parts 9 and the second installation auxiliary parts 8; secondly, drilling hole sites in a first row (the hole sites are counted as the first row from the nearest ground) on the wall surface, fixing the mounting base 1 on the wall surface by using expansion screws, mounting the cross beam 3 in the mounting groove 16, and leveling the left and right positions of the cross beam 3 by using the third mounting auxiliary piece 5; thirdly, determining the positions of all the installation bases 1 except the first row on the wall surface through the first installation auxiliary part 9, drilling holes through a percussion drill, fixing the installation bases 1 on the wall surface through expansion screws, leveling the left and right positions of the cross beam 3 through the third installation auxiliary part 5, and leveling the front and back distances between the topmost first installation base 11 and the second installation base 18 by using the infrared ray of an infrared level gauge as a reference object; fourthly, mounting the third mounting auxiliary part 5 on the topmost cross beam 3, and leveling the front cross beam 3; fifthly, the hanging piece 4 is installed on the wall panel through the first installation auxiliary part 9 and the second installation auxiliary part 8, namely the hanging piece 4 is placed on the first installation auxiliary part 9 and the second installation auxiliary part 8, a fourth installation parent component supports the bottom of the wall panel, and the hanging piece 4 is fixed on the wall panel through screws; sixthly, mounting the wall panel on the cross beam 3 through the hanging pieces 4; namely, the slot 42 of the hanging piece 4 is matched with the hanging position 32, and the slot 42 is clamped into the hanging position 32 from top to bottom, so that the wall panel is hung on the cross beam 3, and the installation is completed.

Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present application shall be included in the protection scope of the present application.
Claims (11)
1. A coupling mechanism, characterized in that, coupling mechanism is used for being fixed in the wall with the dado, coupling mechanism includes:
the mounting base is provided with a first mounting part and a second mounting part, the first mounting part is connected with the wall surface, the second mounting part is arranged above the first mounting part, and the position of the second mounting plate along the front-back direction of the first mounting part is adjustable;
the lower end of the cross beam is connected with the second mounting part, and the position of the cross beam along the left-right direction and/or the up-down direction of the second mounting part is adjustable;
and the hanging pieces are arranged at the upper end of the cross beam and are used for fixedly connecting the wall panels.
2. The connecting mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the mounting base includes a first mounting seat and a second mounting seat, a block is disposed on an upper end of the first mounting seat along the front-back direction, and a sliding groove adapted to the block is disposed on a lower end of the second mounting seat along the front-back direction.
3. The attachment mechanism of claim 2, wherein the second mounting seat is recessed along the up-down direction with a mounting slot configured to receive a structure of at least a portion of the beam.
4. The connecting mechanism according to claim 3, wherein the mounting groove is provided with a first protrusion in the left-right direction, and the cross member is provided with a second protrusion in the left-right direction, the second protrusion being adapted to the first protrusion.
5. The connecting mechanism according to claim 2, wherein the second mounting seat is provided with a mounting hole, and the mounting hole penetrates through one side of the second mounting seat to fix the second mounting seat and the cross beam.
6. The coupling mechanism of claim 2, wherein the mounting base further comprises an adjustment member configured to be distributed along the fore-aft direction, and wherein at least a portion of the adjustment member is configured to be disposed between the first mounting block and the second mounting block.
7. A fixation device, comprising:
an assist mechanism having an assist portion; and
a connection mechanism as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the attachment base and/or the mounting tab of the connection mechanism are/is arranged on the secondary portion.
8. The fixture according to claim 7, wherein the auxiliary mechanism includes an auxiliary plate and a first installation auxiliary member, the auxiliary plate is distributed along an up-down direction, the first installation auxiliary member is disposed on the auxiliary plate, and the first installation auxiliary member is provided with a first auxiliary groove and a second auxiliary groove along the up-down direction, the first auxiliary groove is configured to accommodate at least a portion of the hanging piece, and the second auxiliary groove is configured to accommodate at least a portion of the installation base.
9. The fixture according to claim 8, wherein the auxiliary mechanism further comprises a second installation auxiliary member disposed on the auxiliary plate, the second installation auxiliary member being connected to the cross member of the connection mechanism, the second installation auxiliary member being located below the first installation auxiliary member, and the second installation auxiliary member being provided with a third auxiliary groove along the left-right direction, the third auxiliary groove being configured to receive at least a portion of the hanging piece.
10. The fixture of claim 7, wherein the assist mechanism further comprises a third mounting assist member disposed on the cross-member of the attachment mechanism for fore-aft adjustment of the attachment mechanism.
11. A fixture according to claim 9, wherein said auxiliary mechanism further comprises a fourth installation aid, said fourth installation aid being arranged on said auxiliary plate and said fourth installation aid being arranged below said second installation aid for measuring the ground clearance of a panel.
