本发明公开了一种植物醇驱蚊布料及其制作方法,包括布料本体,所述布料本体是由含有植物醇的聚乙烯丝和普通聚乙烯丝编织而成,含有植物醇的所述聚乙烯丝采用皮包芯结构,其内芯为普通聚乙烯,其外部包裹层为含有植物醇的聚乙烯层,本发明使用的是天然植物提取物质,是纯天然、安全、可靠的绿色健康物质,对人对环境无害;用本发明工艺制作成的布料,不但具有良好的驱蚊作用,而且可以直接接触皮肤,无任何伤害的风险,具有广泛的应用范围和发展空间;采用常规的机器、工艺流程,生产流程简单;经整理过的布料,会伴有极淡淡的植物清新、香叶的香气,加速化纤的降解。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种驱蚊布料,是将柠檬桉树叶中提出的柠檬桉醇(孟二醇)添加到化学纤维中,制成具有较强驱蚊作用的驱蚊布料,尤其是可用于直接接触皮肤的各类夏季服装服饰。
背景技术
近十几年来,为了实现服装驱蚊,减少由蚊虫叮咬引起的传疾病,纺织服装行业进行了不懈的努力,但是基本上都采用了氯菊酯类的杀虫剂,作为主要驱蚊材料。
氯菊酯类的驱蚊剂,有很强的驱蚊杀虫的作用,但是它是一种化学广谱农药杀虫剂,用于纺织服装,存在伤害人体健康的风险。现在各个国家,对其在服装上的应用都有严格的限制,所以到目前为止,能够直接接触皮肤,安全、高效驱蚊不含氯菊酯的布料、服装、服饰、家纺产品,市场上仍尚未出现。
随着时代的发展,科技的进步,国内、国外都在探求和研究开发安全、高效的驱蚊材料,特别是纯天然的,可直接接触皮肤的材料作为驱蚊材料。欧洲的英国、法国几个国家已将薰衣草、香芋、天然植物提取的驱蚊材料已应用于各类的驱蚊喷雾液和护肤膏中。
孟二醇是从柠檬桉树叶中提取的天然的植物驱蚊晶体粉末。英国、美国的大量实验证明,它是目前发现的植物驱蚊材料中最具有高效、持久驱蚊作用的材料。同时它是唯一被是美国FDA认证最安全、最有效的成份,也是美国EPA和CDC唯一推荐的用于食品、药品和服装的植物驱蚊成份。
我国已在2020年成功的提取了孟二醇的植物晶体,并有多家化学企业生产,已多应用于医药及护肤膏类产品之中了。
发明内容
本发明是将孟二醇这种植物提取的有效驱蚊成份,分两种方法加入到不同的纤维和布料中,从而获得对所有化纤、混纺及纯天然纤维做成布料和成衣、服装服饰的驱蚊作用。
孟二醇常温下是晶体粉末,微溶于水,液体化温度在70℃~90℃之间,气化温度在260℃;因此,将其熔入一些分子量较低,喷丝温度较低的化纤如:PE、PP、PLA的纤维分子链中,经过加强的拉伸,就可以获及缓释的作用,从而达到较长的驱蚊效果和较好的水洗牢度。
在天然纤维,包括人造纤维素纤维,采用后整理的方法,后加孟二醇。将孟二醇制成溶液与聚氨酯柔软剂相溶,将染色过烘干后的布料,经整理槽内的整理液,经轧车、后定型,使孟二醇像染色一样进入纤维素纤维分子链嵌段中间,与大分子紧密结合,外加聚氨酯的网状覆盖作用,从而获及较高的牢度及较久的驱蚊时间。
对锦纶、涤纶等高分子量的化学纤维则需要以采用“十”字型或“Y”型的横截面的加捻丝和纱结构,从而获得多个半封闭的缓释空间,采用以上的工艺同样可以获得理想的驱避作用和理想的牢度。
本发明的技术方案为:一种植物醇驱蚊布料,包括布料本体,所述布料本体是由含有植物醇的聚乙烯丝和普通聚乙烯丝编织而成,含有植物醇的所述聚乙烯丝采用皮包芯结构,其内芯为普通聚乙烯,其外部包裹层为含有植物醇的聚乙烯层。
进一步地,所述布料本体为单面或双面布料。
进一步地,所述植物醇采用从柠檬桉树叶中提取的孟二醇。
进一步地,含有植物醇的所述聚乙烯丝的内芯的半径与外部包裹层的厚度比例为1:1。
进一步地,含有植物醇的所述聚乙烯丝的内芯的半径与外部包裹层的厚度比例为7:3。
一种植物醇驱蚊布料的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将孟二醇熔入聚乙烯切片中做出聚乙烯母粒;
步骤二、将母粒经过双螺杆挤压,以便孟二醇均匀分布在聚乙烯母粒中;
步骤三、将带有孟二醇的聚乙烯母粒与一般聚乙烯母粒切片,采用皮包芯的工艺,将带有孟二醇的聚乙烯层包裹一般聚乙烯内芯,做成50/50或70/30的皮包芯的聚乙烯丝;
步骤四、聚乙烯丝的拉伸比普通丝加大5%~10%;
步骤五、根据步骤二,也可以将带有孟二醇的母粒加入喷丝机内直接喷丝;
步骤六、将喷好的色丝,织布净洗后做成布料、成衣。
本方法仅适用于:PE、PP、PLA等低分子量化纤长丝。
本发明还提供了一种植物醇驱蚊布料的另一种制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将孟二醇溶成液体,常温下与聚氨酯和水配制成乳液,即为含孟二醇2%--6%的整理剂;
步骤二、将整理剂放于拉幅机器前轧车前槽内;
步骤三、将染整完成的干燥布料导入槽内;
步骤四、布料通过液槽轧车,然后进入140℃--160℃的烘焙,烘焙时间10~30秒;
步骤五、从拉幅机出来,即完成光坯,可制作驱蚊成衣。
本方法适用于棉、麻及异型横截面加捻的涤纶、锦纶纤维或长丝的织物、布料,或混纺织物、交织布料。
本发明与现有技术相比优点在于:本发明使用的是天然植物提取物质,是纯天然、安全、可靠的绿色健康物质,对人对环境无害;用本发明工艺制作成的布料,不但具有良好的驱蚊作用,而且可以直接接触皮肤,无任何伤害的风险、安全性高,因此对于婴童、成人服装、服饰、家纺等类产品,具有广泛的应用范围和发展空间;采用常规的机器、工艺流程,生产流程简单;经整理过的布料,会伴有极淡淡的植物清新、香叶的香气,加速化纤的降解。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
结合附图1至附图2,一种植物醇驱蚊布料,包括布料本体,所述布料本体是由含有植物醇的聚乙烯丝和普通聚乙烯丝编织而成,含有植物醇的所述聚乙烯丝采用皮包芯结构,其内芯为普通聚乙烯,其外部包裹层为含有植物醇的聚乙烯层。
所述布料本体为单面或双面布料,所述植物醇采用从柠檬桉树叶中提取的孟二醇,含有植物醇的所述聚乙烯丝的内芯的半径与外部包裹层的厚度比例为1:1,含有植物醇的所述聚乙烯丝的内芯的半径与外部包裹层的厚度比例为7:3。
一种植物醇驱蚊布料的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将孟二醇熔入聚乙烯切片中做出聚乙烯母粒;
步骤二、将母粒经过双螺杆挤压,以便孟二醇均匀分布在聚乙烯母粒中;
步骤三、将带有孟二醇的聚乙烯母粒与一般聚乙烯母粒切片,采用皮包芯的工艺,将带有孟二醇的聚乙烯层包裹一般聚乙烯内芯,做成50/50或70/30的皮包芯的聚乙烯丝;
步骤四、聚乙烯丝的拉伸比普通丝加大5%~10%;
步骤五、根据步骤二,也可以将带有孟二醇的母粒加入喷丝机内直接喷丝;
步骤六、将喷好的色丝,织布净洗后做成布料、成衣。
本方法仅适用于:PE、PP、PLA等低分子量化纤长丝。
本方法下的编织工艺选用24针/英寸的四跑道棉毛机,织成两面布结构,其中里纱PE隔一路透半针,行成漏斗结构,四路一个完整结构,72路进纱,其中36路面纱,36路里纱,形成整个布面,成品为外面驱蚊,里面吸排、润肤、冰凉的布料,具体编织工艺图如图1-图2。
本发明还提供了一种植物醇驱蚊布料的另一种制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将孟二醇溶成液体,常温下与聚氨酯和水配制成驱蚊整理液,所述驱蚊整理液各成分的百分比为孟二醇2%~10%、聚氨酯3%~5%,其余为常温水;
步骤二、将整理剂放于拉幅机器前轧车前槽内;
步骤三、将染整完成的干燥布料导入槽内;
步骤四、布料通过液槽轧车,然后进入140℃--160℃的烘焙,烘焙时间10~30秒,轧车轧力为2.5T~3T,轧条率为70%--80%;
步骤五、从拉幅机出来,即完成光坯,可制作驱蚊成衣。
本方法适用于棉、麻及异型横截面加捻的涤纶、锦纶纤维或长丝的织物、布料,或混纺织物、交织布料。
以上对本发明及其实施方式进行了描述,这种描述没有限制性,附图中所示的也只是本发明的实施方式之一,实际的结构并不局限于此。总而言之如果本领域的普通技术人员受其启示,在不脱离本发明创造宗旨的情况下,不经创造性的设计出与该技术方案相似的结构方式及实施例,均应属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种植物醇驱蚊布料,其特征在于:包括布料本体,所述布料本体是由含有植物醇的聚乙烯丝和普通聚乙烯丝编织而成,含有植物醇的所述聚乙烯丝采用皮包芯结构,其内芯为普通聚乙烯,其外部包裹层为含有植物醇的聚乙烯层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物醇驱蚊布料,其特征在于:所述布料本体为单面或双面布料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物醇驱蚊布料,其特征在于:所述植物醇采用从柠檬桉树叶中提取的孟二醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物醇驱蚊布料,其特征在于:含有植物醇的所述聚乙烯丝的内芯的半径与外部包裹层的厚度比例为1:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物醇驱蚊布料,其特征在于:含有植物醇的所述聚乙烯丝的内芯的半径与外部包裹层的厚度比例为7:3。
6.一种植物醇驱蚊布料的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将孟二醇熔入聚乙烯切片中做出聚乙烯母粒;
步骤二、将母粒经过双螺杆挤压,以便孟二醇均匀分布在聚乙烯母粒中;
步骤三、将带有孟二醇的聚乙烯母粒与一般聚乙烯母粒切片,采用皮包芯的工艺,将带有孟二醇的聚乙烯层包裹一般聚乙烯内芯,做成50/50或70/30的皮包芯的聚乙烯丝;
步骤四、聚乙烯丝的拉伸比普通丝加大5%~10%;
步骤五、根据步骤二,也可以将带有孟二醇的母粒加入喷丝机内直接喷丝;
步骤六、将喷好的色丝,织布净洗后做成布料、成衣。
