When the circuit breaker is not successfully switched on, the normally open contact of the auxiliary node of the circuit breaker is not closed, the CPU does not stop timing, when the timing exceeds the set time, the CPU outlet acts, the trigger triode 9014 is switched on, the alarm signal is triggered at the same time, the coil of the intermediate relay KM is switched on, and the normally closed contact is switched off a switching-on loop, so that the coil is prevented from being burnt out due to overlong power-on time.
The circuit breaker closing coil protection device is applied to a circuit shown in fig. 3 for testing, a single chip microcomputer is adopted for intelligently monitoring the action voltage and the action current, and experiments prove that the circuit breaker closing coil protection device achieves the expected target and the success rate is 100%.
