Technical Field

manufacturing a light-emitting functional layer above the array substrate, wherein the light-emitting functional layer comprises a plurality of light-emitting units;
forming a light filtering function layer over the light emitting function layer, the light filtering function layer including a plurality of light filtering patterns and light shielding patterns disposed between the plurality of light filtering patterns, at least one of the light filtering patterns overlapping a corresponding one of the light emitting cells;
forming an antireflection functional layer over the light filtering functional layer, the antireflection functional layer including at least one antireflection layer; the at least one antireflection layer covers at least the light-shielding pattern.
A method for manufacturing a display panel according to an embodiment of the present application will be described with reference to fig. 2, 3, and 4.
As shown in fig. 2, fig. 3, or fig. 4, the method for manufacturing a display panel provided by the present application includes the following steps:
step 1, providing an array substrate.
Specifically, the array substrate 11 may include an active layer, a gate electrode, a gate insulating layer, a source electrode, a drain electrode, a passivation layer, and a planarization layer disposed on a substrate, which are not described herein again.
And 2, manufacturing a light-emitting functional layer above the array substrate.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 or 4, a light-emitting functional layer 12 is disposed above the array substrate 11, and the light-emitting functional layer 12 includes a plurality of light-emitting units. Specifically, the light-emitting functional layer 12 may include a first electrode, a pixel defining layer, an organic light-emitting layer, and a second electrode, where the organic light-emitting layer may only include a light-emitting layer, and may also include a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, a light-emitting layer, an electron transport layer, and an electron injection layer, which are sequentially disposed on one side of the first electrode away from the array substrate 11.
And 3, forming a packaging layer covering the luminous function layer.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 or 4, an encapsulating layer 13 is formed on the light-emitting functional layer 12, the encapsulating layer 13 covers the light-emitting functional layer 12, and the encapsulating layer 13 is used for encapsulating the light-emitting functional layer 12 to prevent moisture, oxygen, and the like from entering the light-emitting functional layer 12; the encapsulation layer 13 may comprise a thin film encapsulation layer, which may be, for example, a stack of an organic encapsulation layer and an inorganic encapsulation layer.
And 4, forming a filtering function layer above the packaging layer.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 or 4, the filter function layer 14 is disposed above the encapsulation layer 13, the filter function layer 14 includes a plurality of filter patterns and light shielding patterns disposed between the filter patterns, and at least one of the filter patterns overlaps with a corresponding light emitting unit; the plurality of light filtering patterns comprise a red color resistor, a green color resistor and a blue color resistor, and the light shading patterns are black color resistor blocks.
And 5, forming an antireflection functional layer above the light filtering functional layer.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, 3 or 4, an anti-reflection function layer 19 is deposited above the light filtering function layer 14 by using a chemical vapor deposition process, and the material of the anti-reflection function layer 19 is silicon nitride (SiNx), silicon oxide (SiOx) and aluminum oxide (Al) 2 O 3 ) The antireflection functional layer 19 includes at least one antireflection layer; the at least one antireflection layer covers at least the light-shielding pattern.
Alternatively, in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the antireflection functional layer 19 includes a first antireflection layer 15 and a second antireflection layer 16 which are stacked, and the refractive index of the first antireflection layer 15 is smaller than the refractive index of the second antireflection layer 16.
Alternatively, in another embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, each of the first and second antireflection layers 15 and 16 includes a plurality of lens structures and a plurality of flat structures connected to each other, the plurality of lens structures are stacked in correspondence with the plurality of light shielding patterns, and the plurality of flat structures are stacked in correspondence with the plurality of filter patterns.
Optionally, in another embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the at least one antireflection layer at least includes:
and a first antireflection layer 15 disposed above the filter function layer 14, wherein the first antireflection layer 15 includes a plurality of lens structures disposed at intervals, and the plurality of lens structures are stacked in correspondence with the plurality of light-shielding patterns.
And 6, coating an optical adhesive layer on the surface of the antireflection functional layer.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, 3 or 4, the optical adhesive layer 17 is coated on the upper surface of the antireflection functional layer 19, and the optical adhesive layer 17 may be an OCA optical adhesive.
And 7, attaching a protective cover plate to the surface of the optical adhesive layer.
Specifically, the protective cover 18 may be a glass cover for protecting the display panel, as shown in fig. 2, 3, or 4, the protective cover 18 is attached to the optical adhesive layer 17.
Thus, the display panel is manufactured.
As can be seen from the above description, in the manufacturing method of the display panel provided in the present application, the antireflection functional layer is disposed on the filtering functional layer, so as to deflect the outgoing direction of the reflected light, thereby achieving suppression of the interference phenomenon of light, improving the color separation phenomenon of the POL-less technology of the display panel, and further improving the display effect of the display panel.
Correspondingly, the embodiment of the invention also provides a display device, which comprises the display panel provided by the invention or the display panel manufactured by the method provided by the invention. In practical applications, the display device may be an electronic terminal with a display function, such as a fixed terminal like a desktop computer or a television, or a mobile terminal like a smart phone or a tablet computer, or a wearable device like smart glasses or a telephone watch.
According to the above embodiments:
the invention provides a display panel, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device; the display panel comprises a light-emitting functional layer, a light-filtering functional layer and an antireflection functional layer, wherein the light-emitting functional layer comprises a plurality of light-emitting units; the light filtering functional layer is arranged above the light emitting functional layer and comprises a plurality of light filtering patterns and light shading patterns arranged among the light filtering patterns, and at least one light filtering pattern is overlapped with the corresponding light emitting unit; the antireflection functional layer comprises at least one antireflection layer arranged above the light filtering functional layer, and the at least one antireflection layer at least covers the shading pattern. According to the embodiment of the invention, the antireflection functional layer is arranged on the light filtering functional layer, so that the emergent direction of the reflected light is deflected, the interference phenomenon of the light is inhibited, the color separation phenomenon existing in the POL-less technology of the display panel is improved, and the display effect of the display panel is further improved.
In view of the foregoing, it is intended that the present invention cover the preferred embodiment of the invention and not be limited thereto, but that various changes and modifications can be made therein by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. A display panel, comprising:
a light emitting functional layer including a plurality of light emitting cells;
a light filtering function layer disposed above the light emitting function layer, the light filtering function layer including a plurality of light filtering patterns and light shielding patterns disposed between the plurality of light filtering patterns, at least one of the light filtering patterns overlapping with a corresponding light emitting unit;
the antireflection functional layer comprises at least one antireflection layer and is arranged above the light filtering functional layer; the at least one antireflection layer at least covers the shading pattern.
2. The display panel of claim 1, wherein the at least one anti-reflection layer comprises at least:
a first antireflection layer disposed above the light filtering function layer;
and the second antireflection layer is arranged above the first antireflection layer in a laminated mode, and the refractive index of the first antireflection layer is smaller than that of the second antireflection layer.
3. The display panel according to claim 2, wherein the first antireflection layer and the second antireflection layer each include a plurality of lens structures and a plurality of flat structures connected to each other, the plurality of lens structures being stacked in correspondence with the plurality of light shielding patterns, and the plurality of flat structures being stacked in correspondence with the plurality of filter patterns.
4. A display panel as claimed in claim 3 characterized in that the first and the second antireflection layer are each provided with recesses to form the lens structures, the depth of the lens structures of the first antireflection layer being smaller than the depth of the lens structures of the second antireflection layer.
5. The display panel according to claim 2, wherein an upper surface of the first antireflection layer, and an upper surface and a lower surface of the second antireflection layer are flat surfaces.
6. The display panel of claim 1, wherein the at least one anti-reflection layer comprises:
the first antireflection layer is arranged above the light filtering function layer and comprises a plurality of lens structures arranged at intervals, and the lens structures and the shading patterns are correspondingly stacked.
7. The display panel according to claim 1, wherein the material of the antireflection functional layer is one or two of silicon nitride, silicon oxide, and aluminum oxide.
8. The display panel according to claim 3 or 6, wherein the distribution density of the lens structures in the central region of the display panel is less than the distribution density of the lens structures in the edge region of the display panel.
9. A method for manufacturing a display panel is characterized by comprising the following steps:
manufacturing a light-emitting functional layer above the array substrate, wherein the light-emitting functional layer comprises a plurality of light-emitting units;
forming a light filtering function layer over the light emitting function layer, the light filtering function layer including a plurality of light filtering patterns and light shielding patterns disposed between the plurality of light filtering patterns, at least one of the light filtering patterns overlapping a corresponding one of the light emitting cells;
forming an antireflection functional layer over the light filtering functional layer, the antireflection functional layer including at least one antireflection layer; the at least one antireflection layer covers at least the light-shielding pattern.
10. A display device comprising a display panel according to any one of claims 1 to 8 or a display panel manufactured according to the method of claim 9.
