本申请涉及毛绒表面处理的技术领域,尤其是涉及一种防水毛绒及其表面处理工艺。
背景技术
目前的毛绒布通常由涤纶通过针织机纺织成毛绒坯布,再进行染色或定型加工;毛绒布具有良好的保温性,且面料密度小,穿着轻便,在服装领域应用广泛,并深受人们的喜爱。
随着科学技术的发展以及生活水平的不断提高,人们对织物的要求不再仅限于保暖舒适等,还要求其具有更多的功能;但是传统的毛绒布,结构简单,不具有防水功能,不能满足市场的需要,因此仍有待改进。
发明内容
为了提高毛绒的防水性能,本申请提供一种防水毛绒及其表面处理工艺。
第一方面,本申请提供的一种防水毛绒采用如下的技术方案:
一种防水毛绒,所述毛绒用防水整理剂处理,所述防水整理剂包括如下重量份数的组分:
50-60份甲基硅油;
8-10份石蜡乳液;
2-3份角叉莱胶;
1-2份乳化剂;
4-5份3-二甲氨基丙酸乙酯;
1-2份N-甲基苯甲酰肼;
0.4-0.6份交联剂;
3-4份醋酸铝;
80-100份水。
通过采用上述技术方案,由甲基硅油、石蜡乳液、角叉莱胶三者进行复配,并在乳化剂作用下形成稳定的乳液,并使乳液具有一定的黏着性,在毛绒布表面形成一层致密的防水膜,填补毛绒布的纤维内部的缝隙的同时还可覆盖于纤维表面,由此提高防水性;3-二甲氨基丙酸乙酯和N-甲基苯甲酰肼在交联剂的作用下进行化学交联,形成的网状结构可包裹在毛绒纤维周围,有助于进一步减少毛绒纤维与水的直接接触,从而有效提高毛绒的防水性能;醋酸铝是铝的有机弱酸盐,易水解,生成氢氧化铝沉淀在毛绒表面,提高毛绒布的防水性能,满足市场需要。
优选的,按重量份数计,所述防水整理剂还包括1-2份四乙烯五胺和1-2份2,6-二叔丁基对苯酚。
通过采用上述技术方案,四乙烯五胺具有一定的固化作用,2,6-二叔丁基对苯酚作为分散剂和稳定剂,通过2,6-二叔丁基对苯酚和四乙烯五胺的协同添加,增强防水整理剂在毛绒上的附着力,提高防水效果并达到延长防水寿命的目的。
优选的,按重量份数计,所述防水整理剂还包括2-3份肉豆蔻酸异丙酯和1-2份乙二醇苯醚。

一种防水毛绒的表面处理工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1.防水整理剂的制备;将甲基硅油、石蜡乳液、明胶和乳化剂共混搅拌35-45min,得到混合乳液;
将3-二甲氨基丙酸乙酯、N-甲基苯甲酰肼和交联剂在85-95℃条件下搅拌反应1-2h,得到交联产物;
将混和乳液和交联产物混合搅拌30-40min,再加入醋酸铝和水,继续搅拌50-60min,得到防水整理剂;
S2.浸轧处理;将毛绒在防水整理剂中进行一浸一轧,温度50℃,轧余率80%;
S3.定型;将上述轧压后的毛绒置于定型机上进行定型;
S4.干燥;定型后的毛绒置于烘箱中干燥。
优选的,所述S1还包括如下步骤:将1-2份四乙烯五胺和1-2份2,6-二叔丁基对苯酚搅拌混合10-15min得到混合物A;
将2-3份肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、1-2份乙二醇苯醚和1-2份三聚氰胺甲醛树脂在30-40℃下搅拌15-18min,得到混合物B;
混和乳液和交联产物混合搅拌30-40min后,加入混合物A,继续搅拌10-12min;再加入混合物B,搅拌15-20min;最后加入醋酸铝和水,继续搅拌50-60min,得到防水整理剂。

将四乙烯五胺和2,6-二叔丁基对苯酚搅拌混合10min得到混合物A;
肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、乙二醇苯醚和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂在30℃下搅拌15min,得到混合物B;
将混和乳液和交联产物混合搅拌30min后,加入混合物A,继续搅拌10min;再加入混合物B,搅拌15min;最后加入醋酸铝和水,继续搅拌50min,得到防水整理剂。
实施例5
与实施例2的区别在于,防水整理剂包括如下组分:甲基硅油、石蜡乳液、角叉莱胶、乳化剂、3-二甲氨基丙酸乙酯、N-甲基苯甲酰肼、交联剂、醋酸铝、水、四乙烯五胺、2,6-二叔丁基对苯酚、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、乙二醇苯醚和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂;其中,乳化剂为阿拉伯胶,交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯,各组分含量如下表1所示。
一种防水毛绒的表面处理工艺,S1包括如下步骤:
将甲基硅油、石蜡乳液、明胶和乳化剂共混搅拌45min,得到混合乳液;
3-二甲氨基丙酸乙酯、N-甲基苯甲酰肼和交联剂在95℃条件下搅拌反应2h,得到交联产物;
将四乙烯五胺和2,6-二叔丁基对苯酚搅拌混合15min得到混合物A;
肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、乙二醇苯醚和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂在40℃下搅拌18min,得到混合物B;
将混和乳液和交联产物混合搅拌40min后,加入混合物A,继续搅拌12min;再加入混合物B,搅拌20min;最后加入醋酸铝和水,继续搅拌60min,得到防水整理剂。
实施例6
与实施例3的区别在于,防水整理剂包括如下组分:甲基硅油、石蜡乳液、角叉莱胶、乳化剂、3-二甲氨基丙酸乙酯、N-甲基苯甲酰肼、交联剂、醋酸铝、水、四乙烯五胺、2,6-二叔丁基对苯酚、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、乙二醇苯醚和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂;其中,乳化剂为阿拉伯胶,交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯,各组分含量如下表1所示。

肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、乙二醇苯醚和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂在35℃下搅拌17min,得到混合物B;
将混和乳液和交联产物混合搅拌35min后,加入混合物A,继续搅拌11min;再加入混合物B,搅拌18min;最后加入醋酸铝和水,继续搅拌55min,得到防水整理剂。
实施例7
与实施例1的区别在于,防水整理剂还包括四乙烯五胺和2,6-二叔丁基对苯酚,各组分含量如下表2所示。
实施例8
与实施例7的区别在于,将四乙烯五胺替换为对羟基苯磺酸,各组分含量如下表2所示。
实施例9
与实施例7的区别在于,将2,6-二叔丁基对苯酚替换为环氧大豆油,各组分含量如下表2所示。

与实施例1的区别在于,防水整理剂还包括肉豆蔻酸异丙酯和乙二醇苯醚,各组分含量如下表2所示。

性能检测试验
防水性能测试:参照GB/T 4744-1997纺织织物抗渗水性测定静水压试验,对各实施例和对比例处理工艺处理后的毛绒样品进行防水测试,并以耐水压力表征,耐水压力越高,防水性能越好;测试结果如下表3所示。

Claims (6)
1.一种防水毛绒,其特征在于:所述毛绒用防水整理剂处理,所述防水整理剂包括如下重量份数的组分:
50-60份甲基硅油;
8-10份石蜡乳液;
2-3份角叉莱胶;
1-2份乳化剂;
4-5份3-二甲氨基丙酸乙酯;
1-2份N-甲基苯甲酰肼;
0.4-0.6份交联剂;
3-4份醋酸铝;
80-100份水;
其中,乳化剂为阿拉伯胶;交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水毛绒,其特征在于:按重量份数计,所述防水整理剂还包括1-2份四乙烯五胺和1-2份2,6-二叔丁基对苯酚。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水毛绒,其特征在于:按重量份数计,所述防水整理剂还包括2-3份肉豆蔻酸异丙酯和1-2份乙二醇苯醚。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防水毛绒,其特征在于:按重量份数计,所述防水整理剂还包括1-2份三聚氰胺甲醛树脂。
5.权利要求1所述的一种防水毛绒的表面处理工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1.防水整理剂的制备;将甲基硅油、石蜡乳液、角叉莱胶和乳化剂共混搅拌35-45min,得到混合乳液;
将3-二甲氨基丙酸乙酯、N-甲基苯甲酰肼和交联剂在85-95℃条件下搅拌反应1-2h,得到交联产物;
将混和乳液和交联产物混合搅拌30-40min,再加入醋酸铝和水,继续搅拌50-60min,得到防水整理剂;
S2.浸轧处理;将毛绒在防水整理剂中进行一浸一轧,温度50℃,轧余率80%;
S3.定型;将上述浸轧后的毛绒置于定型机上进行定型;
S4.干燥;定型后的毛绒置于烘箱中干燥。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种防水毛绒的表面处理工艺,其特征在于:所述S1还包括如下步骤:将1-2份四乙烯五胺和1-2份2,6-二叔丁基对苯酚搅拌混合10-15min得到混合物A;
将2-3份肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、1-2份乙二醇苯醚和1-2份三聚氰胺甲醛树脂在30-40℃下搅拌15-18min,得到混合物B;
混和乳液和交联产物混合搅拌30-40min后,加入混合物A,继续搅拌10-12min;再加入混合物B,搅拌15-20min;最后加入醋酸铝和水,继续搅拌50-60min,得到防水整理剂。
