Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to the field of IPC A61K8, and more particularly relates to a skin barrier repair composition capable of resisting external stimulus.
Background
Along with the development of modern society life, people's life rhythm is faster and faster, and by electronic products such as computer screen, cell-phone for a long time can make skin physical barrier impaired, can't resist invasion of external harmful substance, and external stimulus easily leads to skin desiccation, ageing, redness, pigmentation, and skin resistance poor can even cause dermatitis, allergy, acne etc..
In the prior art, the patent application document with the authority of publication number CN108721154B discloses a skin care product for skin moisturizing and barrier repair and a preparation method thereof, and the prepared skin care product has good moisturizing and repair effects and can improve erythema by adding raw materials such as marine fish skin collagen oligopeptide, kelp extract, low molecular weight sodium hyaluronate and the like. However, excessive use of marine fish skin collagen oligopeptides may cause allergic diseases.
Patent document CN103705426B discloses an antiallergic moisturizing composition for repairing skin barrier function and an external preparation thereof, which can repair skin surface and deep barrier functions by adding ingredients such as grape seed extract and nicotinamide, but nicotinamide may irritate skin, and grape seed extract as plant extract may cause poor weather resistance and short shelf life of the composition.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a skin barrier repair composition that can resist external stimuli, has a good moisturizing and repairing effect, does not cause irritation to the skin, and has excellent high and low temperature stability, and is not easily deteriorated.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides, in a first aspect, a skin barrier repair composition resistant to external stimulus, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-40 parts of organosilicon compound, 5-50 parts of isoparaffin and grease compound thereof, 0.5-15 parts of vegetable grease derivative and 0.02-5 parts of plant extract.
Preferably, the skin barrier repair composition capable of resisting external stimulus comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight: 10-35 parts of organosilicon compound, 15-40 parts of isoparaffin and grease compound thereof, 2-13 parts of vegetable grease derivative and 1-4 parts of plant extract.
Preferably, the organic silicon compound is one or more of polydimethylsiloxane, dimethiconol, octyl polydimethylsiloxane, cyclopentadimethicone, methyl end-capped silicone oil and polyether modified silicone oil; further preferred are polydimethylsiloxane and dimethiconol.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the polydimethylsiloxane to the dimethiconol is (0.2-20): (0.1-10); further preferably, (5-15): (2-8); further, the ratio is 2:1.
The applicant found that the use of dimethiconol as the organosilicon compound can improve the skin repair ability, and the skin feel comfortable and not greasy, which is probably due to the thicker and heavier texture, can firmly lock the moisture of the skin, prevent the moisture loss and resist the external stimulus, but can lead to the skin to be airtight, block pores, have the risk of acne, increase the horny layer and easily cause skin diseases such as eczema and the like. The applicant has found unexpectedly that a certain amount of polydimethylsiloxane is added, and that the weight ratio of polydimethylsiloxane to dimethiconol is (0.2-20): (0.1-10), the resulting repair composition is reduced in the loss of moisture through the skin and is also improved in breathability and lubricity. This is probably due to the good compatibility of the polydimethylsiloxane and the dimethiconol, and the combined action of the two can keep moisture and lock water, and simultaneously, the skin has good air permeability and ultraviolet resistance, and the immunity of the skin is improved.
Preferably, the isoparaffin and the grease compound thereof are one or more of isododecane, isohexadecane, cetyl ethyl hexanoate, isostearyl isostearate, pentaerythritol tetraisostearate, pentaerythritol tetra (ethyl hexanoate), isononyl isononanoate, ethylhexyl palmitate, isopropyl myristate, isopropyl palmitate and isostearyl pivalate; further preferred are mixtures of isododecane, isohexadecane, cetyl ethylhexanoate, isostearyl isostearate, pentaerythritol tetraisostearate, pentaerythritol tetra (ethylhexanoate), isononyl isononanoate, ethylhexyl palmitate, isopropyl myristate, isopropyl palmitate, isostearyl pivalate.
Preferably, the weight ratio of isododecane, isohexadecane, cetyl ethyl hexanoate, isostearyl isostearate, pentaerythritol tetraisostearate, pentaerythritol tetra (ethylhexanoate), isononyl isononanoate, ethylhexyl palmitate, isopropyl myristate, isopropyl palmitate, isostearyl pivalate is (1-20): (1-20): (0.5-10): (0.5-10): (0.5-10): (0.5-10): (1-15): (1-20): (1-20): (1-20): (0.5-10); further preferably, (5-15): (5-15): (2-8): (2-8): (2-8): (2-8): (5-12): (5-15): (5-15): (5-15): (2-8); still further, 10:10:5:5:5:5:8:10:10:10:5.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the organosilicon compound to the isoparaffin to the grease compound thereof is (1-2): (1-4); further preferably, the ratio is 5:7.
The applicant finds that the organic silicon compound, the isoparaffin and the grease compound thereof are selected to be compounded, so that the breathable protective layer can be formed, and meanwhile, the external stimulus can be resisted. This is probably due to the fact that the composition prepared by compounding various isoparaffins and grease compounds thereof can be improved in stability at high and low temperatures, and is high in film forming property, and smoothness and use comfort of the composition can be improved. The applicant has found unexpectedly that when the weight ratio of the organosilicon compound to the isoparaffin and the grease-like compound thereof is (1-2): when the composition prepared in the step (1-4) is applied to skin, not only can the water loss through skin be reduced, but also the irritation can be reduced, so that the occurrence of the skin redness sensitive phenomenon is avoided, and the high-low temperature stability of the composition is improved. In addition, isopropyl myristate can also cooperate with polydimethylsiloxane to promote the penetrating ability of the composition, so that the effective ingredients can penetrate into the dermis layer, and the performance of the repairing composition is further improved.
Preferably, the vegetable oil derivative is one or more of cetostearyl glucoside, sorbitan olive oleate, glyceryl ether-8 babassu oil ester, glyceryl ether-8 avocado oil ester and glyceryl ether-8 olive oil ester; further preferred are mixtures of cetostearyl glucoside, sorbitan olive oleate, glyceryl ether-8 babassu oil, glyceryl ether-8 avocado oil, glyceryl ether-8 olive oil.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the cetostearyl glucoside, the sorbitan olive oleate, the glyceryl ether-8 babassu oil ester, the glyceryl ether-8 avocado oil ester and the glyceryl ether-8 olive oil ester is (0.1-5): (0.1-5): (0.1-10): (0.1-10): (0.1-10); further preferably, (1-4): (1-4): (2-8): (2-8): (2-8); still further, 3:3:5:5:5.
In order to further improve the stability and restorative effect of the composition, in some preferred embodiments, the vegetable oil derivative comprises cetostearyl glucoside, sorbitan olive oleate, glyceryl ether-8 babassu oil ester, glyceryl ether-8 avocado oil ester, glyceryl ether-8 olive oil ester. The applicant has found unexpectedly that the weight ratio is chosen to be (0.1-5): (0.1-5): (0.1-10): (0.1-10): the cetylglucoside, the sorbitan olive oleate, the glyceryl ether-8 babassu oil ester, the glyceryl ether-8 avocado oil ester and the glyceryl ether-8 olive oil ester (0.1-10) are added into the composition as vegetable oil derivatives, so that the moisturizing effect of the composition is enhanced, the texture is fresh and cool, the system is ensured to have no residues of harmful substances such as dioxane, ethylene oxide and the like, in addition, the addition of the glyceryl ether-8 babassu oil ester can help to improve the water solubility of other oils, and the vegetable oil derivatives synergistically improve the compounding effect of organosilicon compounds, isoparaffins and grease compounds thereof, so that the stability and the repairing effect of the composition are further improved.
Preferably, the plant extract is one or more of centella asiatica extract, turmeric root extract, gentian root extract, dahurian angelica root extract, honeysuckle flower extract, seaweed extract, oat bran extract, licorice extract, purslane extract, european horse chestnut extract and citrus fruit extract; further preferred are centella asiatica extract, gentian root extract, oat bran extract, aesculus hippocastanum extract, citrus fruit extract.
Preferably, the weight ratio of centella asiatica extract, gentian root extract, oat bran extract, aesculus hippocastanum extract and citrus fruit extract is (0.001-2): (0.005-3): (0.001-2): (0.001-2): (0.002-3); further preferably, (0.5-1.5): (1-2): (0.5-1.5): (0.5-1.5): (1-2); still further, 1:1.5:1:1.4.
In order to reduce skin irritation and improve the moisturization of the composition, in some preferred embodiments, the composition comprises a plant extract comprising centella asiatica extract, gentian root extract, oat bran extract, hippocastanum extract, citrus fruit extract. The applicant has found unexpectedly that the weight ratio is chosen to be (0.001-2): (0.005-3): (0.001-2): (0.001-2): the centella asiatica extract, gentian root extract, oat bran extract, aesculus hippocastanum extract and citrus fruit extract (0.002-3) are added into the composition as plant extracts, wherein the effective components not only have a repairing effect on atopic dermatitis, but also can relieve allergic phenomena, so that the external stimulus is resisted, the anti-inflammatory and soothing effects are achieved, and the composition is suitable for most people, especially allergic skin. In addition, the synergistic effect of the five plant extracts can promote the secretion of epidermal cells, so that the skin aging is prevented while the grease is removed, and the skin is kept light and moist. However, natural plant extracts are used in lotions, and although the ingredients are safe, they have poor stability.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method of preparing a skin barrier treatment composition that is resistant to external stimuli, comprising the steps of:
Adding organosilicon compound, isoparaffin and its oil compounds and vegetable oil derivatives into emulsifying pot, heating to 75-88 deg.C, stirring, adding vegetable extract, and stirring.
The beneficial effects are that:
1. The weight ratio of the components is (0.2-20): (0.1-10) polydimethylsiloxane and polydimethylsiloxane alcohol are used as organic silicon compounds, and the prepared repairing composition has better air permeability and lubricity while reducing the percutaneous water loss.
2. The weight ratio of the components is (1-2): the organosilicon compound, the isoparaffin and the grease compound of the (1-4) can reduce the water loss through skin and the irritation when being applied to the skin, thereby avoiding the occurrence of the skin redness sensitive phenomenon and improving the high-low temperature stability of the composition.
3. The weight ratio of the components is (0.001-2): (0.005-3): (0.001-2): (0.001-2): the centella asiatica extract, gentian root extract, oat bran extract, aesculus hippocastanum extract and citrus fruit extract (0.002-3) are added into the composition as plant extracts, wherein the effective components not only have a repairing effect on atopic dermatitis, but also can relieve allergic phenomena, so that the external stimulus is resisted, the anti-inflammatory and soothing effects are achieved, and the composition is suitable for most people, especially allergic skin.
4. The weight ratio of the components is (0.1-5): (0.1-5): (0.1-10): (0.1-10): the cetostearyl glucoside, sorbitan olive oleate, glyceryl ether-8 babassu oil ester, glyceryl ether-8 avocado oil ester and glyceryl ether-8 olive oil ester (0.1-10) can be added into the composition as vegetable oil derivatives, so that the moisturizing effect of the composition can be enhanced, the texture is fresh and cool, and the system is ensured to have no residues of harmful substances such as dioxane, ethylene oxide and the like.
5. The addition of the glyceryl ether-8 babassu oil ester can help to improve the water solubility of other oils, and the vegetable oil derivative in the invention synergistically improves the compounding effect of the organosilicon compound, the isoparaffin and the oil compounds thereof, thereby further improving the stability and the repairing effect of the composition.
