Abstract
The invention provides a medical drip moving seat with a penetrating and accommodating function, which comprises a main body, two extending support arms, an inverted V-shaped support arm and a plurality of moving wheels. The two extending support arms are outwards extended by taking the main body as the center of a circle to form a V-shaped structure body, each extending support arm is downwards bent to be connected with a fixing rod, so that a containing space is formed below the main body and the two extending support arms, the lower part of the two ends of each fixing rod is respectively provided with a moving wheel, the inverted V-shaped support arms are connected to the two extending support arms, the lower part of the other end of each inverted V-shaped support arm is provided with the moving wheel, the moving wheels are all positioned on the same radius distance taking the main body as the center of a circle, and a guiding inlet is formed between the two fixing rods corresponding to the inverted V-shaped support arms; accordingly, the inverted V-shaped support arm forms a penetrating and accommodating design through the guide inlet, so that the accommodating volume is greatly reduced, and the occupied area is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical supplies, in particular to a medical drip moving seat which is provided with a drip frame so as to have a moving function.
Background
Intravenous injection is a common medical procedure in which a needle residing on a patient is connected to a vial or bag such as: medical fluids such as blood, medical fluids, and nutrient fluids are injected into a human body by gravity along with a tube flowing to a needle, and the medical means is to be able to control the injection amount for a long time and continuously inject the fluids into a patient, so that the medical fluids must be suspended at a position higher than the needle, generally at the peripheral side of the patient, and thus various drip racks with different functions are derived, for example: a movable infusion support for pushing, a fixed infusion support nailed on the wall, a wearable infusion support directly worn on the patient, or another fixed infusion support fixed on a wheelchair, a walking aid, a sickbed, etc.
Taking a movable infusion support as an example, besides a support body for hanging bottled or bagged medical liquid, a drop moving seat for convenient movement is also provided, the support body generally has the function of adjusting the height based on the use requirement and the medical requirement of a patient, and the support body is vertically arranged at the center of the drop moving seat, so that the patient can go to all places for examination or walk relaxation while injecting infusion and can be prevented from being disturbed. However, the design of the drip moving seat is large in occupied area due to mutual catching, and sometimes the drip moving seat is blocked and inconvenient to take, besides, operators pushing the movable drip rack contain more or less experience of getting caught feet or carelessly kicking, and the gravity center is unstable and falls. In design, in order to improve stability during movement or stop setting, the bottom of the drip moving seat is provided with a plurality of moving wheels to form a multi-point supporting moving plane, most of the moving wheels are radially outwards arranged by taking the frame body as a circle center, so that the moving wheels can averagely distribute the pressing weight of the frame body when being stressed, and the moving wheels are averagely dispersed on the same diameter distance of the circle center of the drip moving seat; moreover, in order to reduce the weight and volume, a five-claw type supporting leg is often adopted, however, the extending directions of the supporting legs are mutually clamped when the supporting legs are stored, so that the storage space can be overlapped in a small amount, the storage volume of the supporting legs cannot be effectively reduced, and relatively speaking, the supporting legs still occupy a considerable occupied area after being stored, so that the defect needs to be improved.
In view of the above, the present inventors have made an accumulated study on physical properties of a mobile drip stand in use and storage for years, and have carefully designed a medical drip moving seat capable of being stored in a sequential insertion manner, which mainly uses a main body and two extension arms to form a guide inlet through which an inverted V-shaped arm is inserted and a storage space in which the inverted V-shaped arm is accommodated, and uses a spatial variation and a storage manner with guiding properties to store the two drip moving seats in a sequential insertion manner with overlapping portions, thereby greatly reducing storage volume and floor space.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a plug-in storage type medical drip moving seat, which is provided with a main body, two extending support arms, an inverted V-shaped support arm and a plurality of moving wheels, wherein a guide inlet for accommodating the inverted V-shaped support arm and a storage space for accommodating the inverted V-shaped support arm are formed between the main body and the two extending support arms after precise calculation; when the storage is carried out, the inverted V-shaped support arm of the one-point drop moving seat is placed into the storage space of the previous one-point drop moving seat through the guide inlet, and the two extending support arms of the previous one-point drop moving seat are mutually abutted with the two extending support arms of the one-point drop moving seat, so that after the storage is sequentially carried out in an inserting mode, the storage volume can be greatly reduced, and the occupied area after the storage is reduced.

two extending support arms, each of which is provided with a support arm body and a fixing rod, one end of each support arm body is connected to the main body, the other end is downwards bent and extended to be connected to the fixing rod, a containing space is formed below the main body and the two extending support arms, a first fixing part is respectively arranged below the two ends of each fixing rod, the two extending support arms are extended and arranged by taking the main body as a circle center to form a V shape, the first fixing parts are positioned on the same radius distance of the main body as the circle center, so that the two fixing rods are limited by the relative position relation of the first fixing parts to form a V shape angle, and a guiding inlet is formed between the two fixing rods;
the two ends of the inverted V-shaped support arm are respectively connected to the support arm bodies of the two extending support arms, the other ends of the inverted V-shaped support arm extend downwards and forwards to form a tip, a second fixing part is arranged below the tip and is also positioned on the same radius distance where the first fixing part is positioned, and the width of the inverted V-shaped support arm is smaller than the width of the guiding inlet; and
The plurality of moving wheels are respectively and movably arranged on the first fixing part and the second fixing part, so that each moving wheel can rotate relative to the first fixing part and/or the second fixing part, and each moving wheel can rotate to drive the drop moving seat to move in any direction on a plane.
The first fixing part and the second fixing part are arranged on the same radius distance of the main body at unequal intervals.
The inserted and contained medical drip moving seat is characterized in that the bottoms of the main body, the extending support arm and the inverted V-shaped support arm are hollowed to reduce weight, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs are respectively arranged at the bottoms of the main body, the extending support arm and the inverted V-shaped support arm to increase strength.
The inserted and contained medical drip moving seat comprises a plurality of extending support arms and a plurality of reinforcing ribs at the bottoms of the inverted V-shaped support arms, wherein the reinforcing ribs are arranged in a staggered and crisscross mode to form a plurality of intersecting points, and a plurality of third fixing parts are arranged at the intersecting points of the extending support arms and the inverted V-shaped support arms for installing at least one balancing weight.
The medical drip moving seat is characterized in that the plurality of reinforcing ribs at the bottoms of the body, the first fixing part and the second fixing part are arranged in an outward radial mode.
The first fixing part and the second fixing part are arranged on the same radius distance of the main body at equal intervals.
The invention reduces the storage volume by virtue of the mutually overlapped parts during storage, so that the storage volume is tidier and is not easy to separate after storage, and the storage volume can be greatly reduced to reduce the occupied area after storage.

Detailed Description
For a clear understanding of the present invention, reference is made only to the following description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
Please refer to fig. 1, 2 and 3-5, which are schematic structural diagrams of the preferred embodiment of the present invention at various angles, schematic diagrams of the preferred embodiment of the present invention at various states for inserting and accommodating the same, and top views of the preferred embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the insertion and storage type medical drip moving seat 1 is made by adopting an integral molding mode, and the drip moving seat 1 can be used for assembling various articles 2 needing to move, and comprises a main body 11, two extending support arms 12, an inverted V-shaped support arm 13 and a plurality of moving wheels 14.
Wherein a connecting portion 111 is disposed at the center of the main body 11, and the connecting portion 111 is designed as a circular hole for the article 2 having a circular rod shape to be inserted therethrough, it should be noted that the article 2 may be one of a seat body or a drip stand, and the installation is performed by installing a circular rod structure in the connecting portion 111.
Each of the extending arms 12 has an arm body 121 and a fixing rod 122, one end of each arm body 121 is connected to the main body 11, the other end is bent downward and extends to connect to the middle point of the fixing rod 122, a receiving space 123 is formed below the main body 11 and the two extending arms 12, a first fixing portion 1221 is disposed below the two ends of each fixing rod 122, the two extending arms 12 are disposed to extend around the main body 11 to form a V shape, the radial arc therebetween is 144 degrees, as shown in fig. 5, the first fixing portion 1221 is located on the same radial distance of the main body 11 as the center, so that the two fixing rods 122 are limited by the relative position of the first fixing portion 1221 to form a V-shaped angle, and a guiding inlet 124 is formed between the two fixing rods 122, and the main body 11 protrudes above the plane formed by the two fixing rods 122 from the side view.
The two ends of the inverted V-shaped arm 13 are respectively connected to the arm body 121 of the two extending arms 12, the other ends thereof extend downward and forward to form a tip 131, and a second fixing portion 1311 is disposed below the tip 131, such that the second fixing portion 1311 is located on the same radius distance of the main body 11, and the width of the two ends of the inverted V-shaped arm 13 corresponds to the width of the guiding inlet 124, it should be noted that, as shown in the figure, the tip 131 may be a-shaped or U-shaped, and the first fixing portion 1221 and the second fixing portion 1311 are equally spaced on the same radius distance of the main body 11, and the radial arc therebetween is 72 degrees. It should be noted that, in a state where balance can be maintained, the first fixing portion 1221 and the second fixing portion 1311 may be disposed at different intervals on the same radius distance of the main body 11.
The moving wheels 14 are movably mounted on the first fixing portion 1221 and the second fixing portion 1311, respectively, so that each moving wheel 14 can rotate relative to the first fixing portion 1221 and/or the second fixing portion 1311, and each moving wheel 14 can rotate to drive the drop moving seat 1 to move in any direction on a plane.
In addition, the bottoms of the main body 11, the extension support arm 12 and the inverted V-shaped support arm 13 are hollowed to reduce weight, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs 112, 125 and 132 are respectively arranged at the bottoms of the main body 11, the extension support arm 12 and the inverted V-shaped support arm 13 to increase strength; the reinforcing ribs 125, 132 at the bottom of the extending arm 12 and the inverted V-shaped arm 13 are staggered to form a plurality of intersecting points 1251, 1321, and a plurality of third fixing portions 1252, 1322 are provided at the intersecting points 1251, 1321 for mounting at least one balancing weight 15; furthermore, the reinforcing ribs 125, 132 at the bottom of the main body 11, the first fixing portion 1221 and the second fixing portion 1311 are radially disposed.
Accordingly, when the plurality of drip moving seats 1 are inserted and stored, the inverted V-shaped support arm 13 of the drip moving seat 1 passes through the guiding inlet 123, so that the inverted V-shaped support arm 13 is placed in the storage space 123 of the previous drip moving seat 1, and the two fixing rods 122 of the previous drip moving seat 1 and the two fixing rods 122 of the drip moving seat 1 are mutually abutted, thereby being capable of being sequentially inserted and stored. Therefore, the drip moving seat 1 of the present invention uses the main body 11 and the two extending arms 12 to form the guiding inlet 124 for accommodating the inverted V-shaped arm 13, and the accommodating space 123 for accommodating the inverted V-shaped arm 13, and uses the space variation to store the inverted V-shaped arm 13 therein, so that the adjacent two drip moving seats 1 can be accommodated in a sequential inserting manner, and the accommodating volume is reduced by the overlapping portions during the accommodating, so that the accommodating volume is more orderly and less likely to be separated after the accommodating, and the accommodating volume is greatly reduced to reduce the occupied area after the accommodating.

two extending support arms, each of which is provided with a support arm body and a fixing rod, one end of each support arm body is connected to the main body, the other end of each support arm body is downwards bent and connected to the middle point of the fixing rod, a storage space is formed below the main body and the two extending support arms, a first fixing part is respectively arranged below two ends of each fixing rod, the two extending support arms are arranged in an extending mode by taking the main body as a circle center to form a V shape, the included angle of the V shape is 144 degrees, the first fixing parts are positioned on the same radius distance of the main body as the circle center, so that the two fixing rods are limited by the relative position relation of the first fixing parts to form the angle of the V shape, and a guiding inlet is formed between the two fixing rods;
the two ends of the inverted V-shaped support arm are respectively connected to the support arm bodies of the two extending support arms, the other ends of the inverted V-shaped support arm extend downwards and forwards to form a tip, a second fixing part is arranged below the tip and is also positioned on the same radius distance where the first fixing part is positioned, and the width of the inverted V-shaped support arm is smaller than the width of the guide inlet; and
A plurality of moving wheels which are respectively and movably arranged on the first fixing part and the second fixing part, so that each moving wheel can rotate relative to the first fixing part and/or the second fixing part, and each moving wheel can rotate to drive the drop moving seat to move in any direction on a plane;
the bottoms of the main body, the extending support arm and the inverted V-shaped support arm are hollowed to reduce weight, a plurality of reinforcing ribs are respectively arranged at the bottoms of the main body, the extending support arm and the inverted V-shaped support arm to increase strength, the plurality of reinforcing ribs at the bottoms of the extending support arm and the inverted V-shaped support arm are arranged in a staggered and crisscross manner to form a plurality of intersection points, and a plurality of third fixing parts are arranged at part of the intersection points for installing at least one balancing weight; the first fixing part and the second fixing part are arranged on the same radius distance of the main body at equal intervals, and an included angle between the first fixing part and the second fixing part is 72 degrees.
