Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of plant propagation, and particularly relates to a method for improving the germination rate of peucedanum praeruptorum dunn seeds.
Background
Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn is a perennial herb of Peucedanum (Peucedanum) of Peucedanum of Umbelliferae. The root is used as the medicine, has the efficacies of dispelling wind and clearing heat, descending qi and reducing phlegm and the like, and is mainly used for treating diseases of tracheitis and bronchitis, such as wind-heat cough, excessive phlegm and asthma. Peucedanum praeruptorum dunn is a traditional bulk drug in China and is also one of 'new Zhejiang eight flavors' in Zhejiang province. Since the early peucedanum praeruptorum is mainly collected by the wild, the wild resources are gradually exhausted along with the expansion of market demands. In recent years, the planting area is gradually increased, and the producing areas are distributed in a plurality of provinces and cities in China. Seeds are the main route for propagation of peucedanum praeruptorum dunn. In the production practice of pharmacotherapy, it is found that peucedanum praeruptorum dunn seeds are easily affected by environmental conditions and climatic factors, and the phenomena of low germination rate, irregular germination or prolonged germination period and the like generally exist, so that the bred plants have different growth vigors, small plant quantity, long production period and low emergence rate, and the large-scale production of the peucedanum praeruptorum dunn seeds is limited.
