Abstract
The invention discloses a seat product quality image tracing system, which comprises an image acquisition device, a seat assembly information identification device, an industrial personal computer and a cloud server, wherein the image acquisition device is connected with the seat assembly information identification device; the seat assembly information identification device is used for acquiring seat identification information of an automobile seat assembly which is off-line in production, sending the acquired seat identification information to the industrial personal computer and informing the image acquisition device of carrying out image acquisition on the identified automobile seat assembly; the image acquisition device acquires multi-angle automobile seat images of the automobile seat assembly through a plurality of cameras and sends the acquired automobile seat images to the industrial personal computer; the industrial personal computer sends an instruction to the image acquisition device after acquiring the seat identification information, associates the acquired automobile seat image data with the seat identification information and sends the automobile seat image data and the seat identification information to the cloud server for classified storage. The invention has the advantages of convenient control, high response speed and quick file query.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an image tracing system, in particular to an automobile seat quality image tracing system which is used for acquiring, storing and inquiring quality images of automobile seats which are produced off-line and are not loaded and transported, and can effectively help automobile manufacturers to provide qualified product quality bases of off-line seats.
Background
When the automobile seat product is off-line, product quality detection is carried out, and products with qualified functions and appearances can be delivered from factories. the industrial personal computer sends an instruction to the image acquisition device after acquiring the seat identification information acquired by the seat assembly information identification device, associates the acquired automobile seat image data with the seat identification information and sends the automobile seat image data and the seat identification information to the cloud server for classified storage.
