Abstract
一种光学元件(120),包含波导基板(121)、第一光学膜结构(122)与第二光学膜结构(123)和亚波长奈米结构(124)。波导基板(121)具有相对的第一侧(121A)和第二侧(121B)以及入光面(1211)和出光面,其配置为使影像光束经过入光面(1211)进入至其内部,且在波导基板(121)的第一侧(121A)和第二侧(121B)之间全反射传导并经过一次或多次反射后由出光面出光。第一光学膜结构(122)与第二光学膜结构(123)分别设置在波导基板(121)的第一侧(121A)和第二侧(121B)。亚波长奈米结构(124)设置在波导基板(121)的第一侧(121A)。亚波长奈米结构(124)配置为接收及绕射影像光束,以将影像光束耦合至波导基板(121)。第一光学膜结构(122)与第二光学膜结构(123)配置为反射影像光束中在波导基板(121)内的入射角小于波导基板(121)的全反射临界角的一部分。
