Description

Obstetrical linkage neonatal medical self-service milk storage system and operation method
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of medical appliances, and particularly relates to a medical self-service milk storage system for obstetrical linkage neonatal department and an operation method.
Background
The importance of breast feeding to newborns has been globally recognized, as well as how to collect and preserve breast milk while promoting breast feeding. In clinical work, part of mother's breast milk secretion is sufficient, and when satisfying the neonate of nursing, still has unnecessary breast milk, and these breast milk needs in time to discharge the breast, avoids the lying-in woman to arouse and rises milk, the body temperature rises, even leads to acute mastitis. Such residual breast milk needs to be stored refrigerated. There is also a clinical situation in which neonates are treated by observation in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for various reasons, and various studies have shown that breast milk has a therapeutic effect on such neonates. Obstetric nurses and neonatal nurses all announce the importance, mode and time of breast feeding under puerpera and family members mother-infant separation, but mother-infant separation has reduced the neonate to the stimulation of sucking of nipple, has increased puerperal anxiety, makes puerperal lactation volume reduce, and the lactation volume of a part puerperal once is less than 5ml, need collect with the cylinder suction. The mother and infant separated breast milk collected by the puerpera can be placed in a obstetric milk storage refrigerator, and a neonatal nurse waits to collect the breast milk uniformly every day.
The collected breast milk is uniformly placed in a common refrigerator by obstetric nurses, the common refrigerator is used for placing only breast milk and formulated milk, the common refrigerator is called a milk storage refrigerator, the stored milk of each puerpera is not placed in a separate refrigerator compartment, but the common stored milk and the breast milk needed to be sent to neonates are also placed together. Milk is not classified by individual nor by demand. Every time a nurse deposits and takes breast milk, the obstetrical department nurse can all cause the refrigerator temperature to change, influences other breast milk quality. The neonatal pediatric nurse needs to pick the breast milk from the stack of breast milk that needs to be brought to NICU, which is liable to cause quality changes of other breast milk. The refrigerator does not have colony count detection, and obstetrical nurses wipe the refrigerator once every day, can only guarantee to eliminate appearance pollution such as milk stain, and whether the colony count of the refrigerator exceeds standard cannot be clear.
