The mask is used once a day for 2 weeks. The results of the tests of examples 1 to 11 and comparative examples 1 to 7 are shown in Table 7.
TABLE 7 skin elasticity test results for examples 1-11 and comparative examples 1-7
As can be seen from the results of performance tests of examples 4 and comparative examples 1 to 4 in tables 3 to 7, the moisturizing performance of comparative examples 1 and 4 is lower and the soothing performance of comparative examples 2 to 5 is lower than that of example 4, and the olive (OLEA EUROPAEA) leaf extract rich in active molecules such as bio-polyphenol, flavone, oleuropein and the like is added, so that the olive leaf extract has sterilizing and anti-inflammatory properties and can be used for treating hormone face; the gentiobiose is rich in anti-inflammatory antipruritic active ingredients such as gentiopicroside and tetrandrine, and the tetrandrine is used as a natural active ingredient with CaN-NF-AT channel blocking activity, and the gentiopicroside and the tetrandrine are mutually matched to rapidly relieve itching by interfering with inflow of Ca 2+, including hyperplasia, migration, differentiation, inflammation, itch, pain sense and barrier regulation of skin; meanwhile, the gentian has strong inhibition effect on 1L-1,1L-6, COX-2, iNOS and PGE 2. The small molecular oat beta-glucan is favorable for permeation in epidermis, improves endogenous moisturizing effect, further matches with starfish regeneration repair factors, and integrally assists in repairing skin barrier and inflammation.
It is understood from the results of the elasticity test in examples 4 and comparative examples 2 to 3 in tables 3 to 7 that the elastic properties of comparative examples 2 and 3 are lower than those of example 4. The starfish regeneration repair factor and the small-molecule oat beta-glucan cooperate with each other to promote the regeneration of normal human keratinocytes, stimulate the release of keratinocyte growth factor KGF, accelerate the wound healing and promote the synthesis of III type collagen and IV type collagen, thereby repairing skin barriers, reducing water loss TEWL and improving the rate.
As can be seen from the performance test results of examples 4 and 6 in tables 3 to 7, compared with comparative example 6, the inventive crystalline mask powder of example 4 contains carrageenan and gellan gum, which are unique high molecular soluble plant polysaccharide, and can help the permeation of active substances in skin, wherein carrageenan contains abundant proteins, amino acids, cellulose, vitamins and microelements, can form 3D honeycomb crystalline film, can lock water to the maximum extent, has slow release effect, low anaphylaxis rate, long-acting moisture retention, no back absorption, and good moisturizing effect.
Combining the performance measurements of example 4 and comparative example 7in tables 3-7, it can be seen that comparative example 7 uses macromolecular oat beta-glucan which is detrimental to transdermal absorption; example 4 uses oat beta-glucan with a molecular weight of 6 ten thousand daltons, and test results show that the oat beta-glucan has better endogenous moisture retention than macromolecules, and meanwhile, the oat beta-glucan with smaller molecular weight has better effect of promoting caspase-14 gene expression in HaCaT cells, the caspase-14 gene expression can maintain stable balance of epidermis, and the effects of relieving inflammation, repairing skin barrier and the like are enhanced.
As can be seen from the performance detection results of examples 4 and 8-9 in tables 3-7, the effect of the functional components on skin cells can be promoted, and the moisturizing and anti-allergy effects can be improved by adopting the combination as the chelating agent and adopting the combination of potassium chloride and calcium chloride as the chelating agent compared with the single chelating agent.
5. Temperature test:
Volunteers, 6 in each group, who met the trial at 18-60 years of age. Measuring temperature with an infrared thermometer (T0 min) before the volunteer does not apply the mask, measuring temperature with an infrared thermometer (T10 min) after the volunteer uses the sample for 10min, measuring temperature with an infrared thermometer (T20 min) after the volunteer uses the sample for 20min, measuring temperature with an infrared thermometer (T30 min) after the volunteer uses the sample for 30min, measuring temperature with an infrared thermometer (T40 min) after the volunteer uses the sample for 40min, and measuring temperature with an infrared thermometer (T60 min) after the volunteer uses the sample for 60 min; the results of comparative tests performed on the commercial plain nonwoven fabric masks 1-5 and examples 1-11 are shown in Table 8.
TABLE 8 results of temperature test for examples 1-11 and for commercial plain nonwoven masks 1-5
As shown in table 8, with the increase in the use time, the volunteers using the gel masks of examples 1 to 11 all feel good, while the volunteers using the commercial general nonwoven fabrics masks 1 to 5 generally considered that the face began to feel hot after 20 minutes and the volunteers felt a temperature rise substantially after 30 minutes.
The foregoing embodiments have been provided for the purpose of illustrating the general principles of the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements, etc. made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and principles of the present invention are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.
