Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects solved by the present invention more clearly apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the figure shows a vehicle control method provided by an embodiment, the method including: step S1, receiving a maintenance instruction; step S2, generating a maintenance signal according to the maintenance instruction; and step S3, controlling the user account logged in the vehicle to log out according to the maintenance signal.
In step S1, the maintenance instruction may be sent by the diagnostic device, that is, when the vehicle has a failure, the user moves the vehicle to the maintenance point of the phase, and then the maintenance personnel sends the maintenance instruction to the management system of the vehicle through the diagnostic device. Of course, in some cases, the maintenance instruction may also be sent by a background server of a manufacturer of the vehicle, and at this time, a maintenance person or a user needs to send a maintenance request to the background server first, and after the confirmation of the background server, the maintenance instruction is automatically sent to a management system of the vehicle.
At present, when a vehicle is maintained, a maintenance person and the like are generally required to send a maintenance instruction to the vehicle, and then the vehicle can be maintained.
Generally, vehicles have a service mode in which the operation authority of a service person can be restricted, wherein the use authority that the service person can operate the vehicle includes at least one of the following: 1. limiting the maximum travel speed of the vehicle, 2, limiting the maximum travel range of the vehicle, 3, prohibiting the opening of the storage compartment of the vehicle, etc.
In order to facilitate management of the vehicle, in an embodiment, the maintenance instruction is generally a maintenance mode entering instruction, that is, the vehicle enters a maintenance mode after receiving the instruction. Therefore, in step S2, when the vehicle management system receives the maintenance command, the vehicle is controlled to enter the maintenance mode, and the maintenance signal is generated after entering the maintenance mode. Step S2 now effectively includes: controlling the vehicle to enter a maintenance mode according to the maintenance instruction; and generating a maintenance signal after the vehicle enters a maintenance mode.
The maintenance signal is generated and then sent to the sub-function systems of the vehicle, and the sub-function systems can make corresponding actions according to the maintenance signal. The sub-function system may be a host system, an engine system, a high-voltage electrical system, etc. of the vehicle.
In step S3, the user accounts include a car machine account and a non-car machine account, where the non-car machine account is mainly an account logged in a corresponding APP on the vehicle, for example, the vehicle has APPs such as WeChat and QQ, and the non-car machine account is a WeChat account and a QQ account. In the step S3, the user account quitting includes controlling the car machine account quitting and also includes controlling the non-car machine account quitting.
By the vehicle control method, the user account can be automatically withdrawn during vehicle maintenance, so that information leakage of the user can be avoided, and privacy of the user is effectively protected.
In actual work, the car machine account and the non-car machine account can be associated, for example, only the car machine account needs to be controlled to quit, and then the non-car machine account logged in the car also automatically quits. Therefore, the exit efficiency of the user account can be accelerated, and the load of the vehicle management system can be reduced.
In a practical scenario, for some non-vehicle machine accounts logged in the vehicle, the user may not remember the account names or passwords of the non-vehicle machine accounts, and when the non-vehicle machine accounts log out, the user may have difficulty logging in again. To address this issue, in an embodiment, since the in-vehicle account may be associated with other non-in-vehicle accounts, after the in-vehicle account is logged in on the vehicle, the non-in-vehicle account associated with the in-vehicle account may be controlled to log in automatically. Certainly, after the vehicle logs in the vehicle-mounted account, the vehicle management system may also retrieve and judge the APP type installed on the vehicle, and when the APP type installed on the vehicle matches some of the non-vehicle-mounted accounts associated with the vehicle-mounted account, control the APP to log in the non-vehicle-mounted account matching with the APP type. For example, the non-vehicle-machine account associated with the vehicle-machine account includes a WeChat account, a QQ account, and the like, but after the vehicle logs in the vehicle-machine account, if the WeChat APP is installed on the vehicle, the WeChat account associated with the vehicle-machine account is matched with the WeChat APP, and at this time, the WeChat APP can be controlled to log in the WeChat account. And when the non-vehicle-machine account related to the vehicle-machine account is not matched with the type of the APP installed on the vehicle, the non-vehicle-machine account is not equal to the type of the APP.
In addition, as shown in fig. 2, after step S2, in order to protect the safety of the service personnel, the method further includes the following steps: and step S4a, controlling the remote starting function of the vehicle engine to be closed according to the maintenance signal. At the moment, the user cannot remotely start the engine, so that the problem that the engine of the vehicle is remotely started due to misoperation and the like under the condition that the maintenance personnel do not know can be effectively avoided.
In an electric vehicle, the vehicle is provided with both a high-voltage system for supplying power to an electric motor and a low-voltage system for supplying power to the corresponding components of the vehicle. Wherein the power battery of the high-voltage system can provide 336V, 384V and the like, and the storage battery of the low-voltage system can provide 12V. In addition, the power battery is used for supplying power to the storage battery, and when the electric quantity of the storage battery is insufficient, a high-voltage system of the vehicle is automatically started, so that the power battery can automatically supply power to the storage battery. In the vehicle maintenance process, if the high-voltage system is started under the condition that maintenance personnel do not know, the maintenance personnel are easily injured.
In this regard, as shown in fig. 2, after step S2, at least one of the following steps is further included: and S4b, controlling the remote starting function of the vehicle high-voltage electric system to be closed according to the maintenance signal. And S4c, controlling the automatic starting function of the local high-voltage power system to be closed according to the maintenance signal. At this time, the vehicle management system cannot automatically start the high-voltage electric system.
In order to facilitate the maintenance of the vehicle by the maintenance personnel, as shown in fig. 3, after step S2, the method further includes: and step S4d, controlling the output device of the vehicle to output the fault information of the vehicle according to the maintenance signal. Wherein the output device may be a display screen, a voice output device, etc. on the vehicle. In addition, the fault information is usually a fault code, and a maintenance worker can quickly know that the part of the vehicle needs to be maintained according to the fault code.
In addition, when the control method includes at least two of the above-mentioned step 3, step S4a, step S4a, step S4b, step S4c, and step S4d, the steps included at the same time may not be in the order, and the steps may be executed at the same time when the control method is actually operated.
As shown in fig. 3, an embodiment further provides a vehicle control apparatus 100, where the vehicle control apparatus 100 may be part of the above vehicle management system, where the vehicle control apparatus 100 includes a receiving module 10, a maintenance signal generating module 20, and an account control module 30. In addition, the working modes of the modules can refer to the above definition of the control method, and are not described herein again. The respective modules in the vehicle control device 100 described above may be entirely or partially implemented by software, hardware, and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
