the air column bag is placed between the clamping jaws 6 of the two clamping arms 1 and extends backwards for a certain length (the distance backwards from the position of the cutter 9 is the intercepting length); the battery module 5 provides driving power, firstly, the control module 4 controls the two clamping arms 1 to be closed, and the air column bags are pressed and separated through the two pairs of pressing strips 7; then, the control module 4 controls the heat seal 8 to heat-seal the air column bag; then, the control module 4 controls the electromagnetic coil 10 to be electrified, and drives the cutter 9 to move towards each other to be closed against the tension of the tension spring 93, so as to intercept the air column bag; finally, the control module 4 controls the heat seal 8 and the electromagnetic coil 10 to lose electricity, the cutter 9 moves back to back for separation under the tension of the tension spring 93, and controls the two clamping arms 1 to separate, so that flexible and convenient interception of the air column bag is completed, whether the air pressure in the air column bag is qualified or not can be conveniently detected under the condition that the air pressure in the air column bag is not influenced, the use quality of the air column bag is better controlled, and the use effect of the air column bag is ensured; and intercept a weak point and carry out the atmospheric pressure and detect, can not cause the scrapping of whole gas column bag, avoid extravagant.
b) Heat-sealing the air column bag;
the air column bag is placed between the clamping jaws 6 of the two clamping arms 1, and one pair or two pairs of heat seals 8 are selected to be used for heat sealing according to working conditions; the control module 4 controls the two clamping arms 1 to be closed, and the air column bags are pressed and separated through the pressing strips 7; the control module 4 controls the heat seal 8 to heat seal the air column bag. In the step, the heat sealing function of the air column bag can be realized, so that the flexible application of the air column bag is realized.
The air column bag intercepting device and the application method thereof have the advantages of simple integral structure, convenient use, low manufacturing cost and good practicability. The two clamping arms 1 can be driven to be closed or separated by controlling the power transmission mechanism, so that the pressing separation of the two pairs of pressing strips 7 on the air column bags can be realized, the air column bags are heat-sealed by the two pairs of heat sealing strips 8 on the inner sides of the two pairs of pressing strips 7, and the air column bags are intercepted by controlling the closing of the two cutters 9 in the middle position. Under the condition that the air pressure in the air column bag is not influenced, the device intercepts a small section of air column bag length to be used as a sample for detecting the air pressure in the air column bag and is used for detecting whether the air pressure in the air column bag is qualified or not, so that the use quality of the air column bag can be well controlled, and the use effect of the air column bag is ensured; and the whole air column bag is not scrapped, so that the waste of the air column bag in detection is greatly avoided.

Claims (6)
1. The air column bag intercepting device is characterized by comprising a shell (3) and two clamping arms (1), wherein the two clamping arms (1) are arranged on the shell (3) through a power transmission mechanism; the opposite inner sides of the two clamping arms (1) are respectively provided with five corresponding clamping jaws (6); the five clamping jaws (6) of each clamping arm (1) are sequentially arranged into a first clamping jaw (61), a second clamping jaw (62), a third clamping jaw (63), a fourth clamping jaw (64) and a fifth clamping jaw (65); the ends of the two first clamping jaws (61) and the two fifth clamping jaws (65) are respectively provided with a pressing strip (7); the ends of the two second clamping jaws (62) and the two fourth clamping jaws (64) are respectively provided with a heat seal (8); the two third clamping jaws (63) are respectively provided with a cutter (9) capable of controlling the extension and retraction; the cutter (9) comprises a cutter head (91), and a cutter chute (66) for accommodating and guiding the cutter head (91) in a sliding manner is formed in the third clamping jaw (63); a magnetic column (92) is connected to the opposite sides of the two cutter heads (91), and a magnetic column mounting groove (67) for accommodating and mounting the magnetic column (92) is formed in the third clamping jaw (63); the magnetic column (92) is sleeved with a tension spring (93) which has a pulling force in opposite moving directions to the cutter (9); an electromagnetic coil (10) is also arranged in the third clamping jaw (63), and when the electromagnetic coil (10) is electrified, the magnetic pole (92) has repulsive magnetic force in opposite moving directions; the magnetic columns (92) on each cutter (9) are symmetrically arranged left and right; the power transmission mechanism comprises a motor (21), a driving rod (24), a transmission gear (22) and a transmission rack (23), wherein the transmission gear (22) is arranged on an output shaft of the motor (21); a mounting bracket (31) is arranged in the shell (3), a mounting seat (32) is arranged on the mounting bracket (31), guide posts (26) which are in sliding insertion with the mounting seat (32) are respectively arranged on the opposite inner sides of the two clamping arms (1), and a linkage rod (25) which is in rotary connection with the driving rod (24) is rotationally connected on the guide posts (26) of the two clamping arms (1); a sliding groove (33) for guiding the driving rod (24) in a sliding way is formed in the mounting bracket (31), the motor (21) is mounted on the mounting seat (32), and the transmission rack (23) is meshed with the transmission gear (22); the mounting seat (32) is provided with a guide hole for guiding the guide post (26) in a vertical sliding way, the rear side of the mounting seat (32) is provided with an opening communicated with the guide hole, and the opening is used for accommodating the mounting linkage rod (25); the motor (21) drives the drive rack (23) through the transmission gear (22), drives the drive rod (24) to guide through the chute (33), pushes and pulls the guide post (26) through the linkage rod (25), and realizes the opening and closing actions of the two clamp arms (1).
2. The air column bag intercepting device according to claim 1, wherein the pressing bar (7) is made of rubber material, and the end edge of the pressing bar is provided with a chamfer.

A method of using the air column bag intercepting apparatus of claim 1, comprising the steps of: a) Intercepting an air column bag; the air column bag is arranged between the clamping jaws (6) of the two clamping arms (1) and extends backwards to a cutting length; the battery module (5) provides driving power, the control module (4) controls the two clamping arms (1) to be closed, and the air column bags are pressed and separated through the two pairs of pressing strips (7); the control module (4) controls the heat seal (8) to heat-seal the air column bag; the control module (4) controls the electromagnetic coil (10) to be electrified, and drives the cutter (9) to move in opposite directions to be closed against the tension force of the tension spring (93), so as to intercept the air column bag; the control module (4) controls the heat seal (8) and the electromagnetic coil (10) to lose electricity, the cutter (9) moves away from each other under the tension of the tension spring (93) to separate, and controls the two clamping arms (1) to separate; b) Heat-sealing the air column bag; the air column bag is arranged between the clamping jaws (6) of the two clamping arms (1), and one pair or two pairs of heat sealing strips (8) are selected for heat sealing according to working conditions; the control module (4) controls the two clamping arms (1) to be closed, and the air column bags are pressed and separated through the pressing strips (7); the control module (4) controls the heat seal (8) to heat-seal the air column bag.
