placing a metal sealing ring with an opening into the limit groove 11, and enabling a first end of the opening of the metal sealing ring to lean against the angular positioning plug block 4;
the radial positioning assembly 3 and the axial positioning assembly 2 are utilized to radially position and axially position the metal sealing ring;
milling the first end of the metal sealing ring;
and loosening the radial positioning assembly 3 and the axial positioning assembly 2, abutting the second end of the opening of the metal sealing ring on the angular positioning plug block 4, repeating the above steps, and performing numerical milling on the second end of the opening of the metal sealing ring.
It can be understood that in the numerical milling machining method of the metal sealing ring of the power turbine casing of the embodiment, the angular positioning plug 4 is utilized to perform angular positioning on the first end of the opening, then the radial positioning assembly 3 is utilized to perform radial positioning and the axial positioning assembly 2 is utilized to perform axial positioning, the angular positioning is the most important in consideration of the size requirement of hook-shaped opening machining, the precision adjustment margin is the minimum, so that the angular positioning is performed first, the angular positioning precision is ensured preferentially, the precision adjustment margin of the axial positioning is relatively loose, and the axial positioning is performed after the angular positioning and the radial positioning are performed, so that the integral three-dimensional positioning precision can be ensured to meet the requirement. The position of the angular positioning is obtained by pre-deformation conversion based on the diameter in the free state and the diameter in the working state and combining with the size of a design drawing at the opening, and the position corresponds to the position of the hook-shaped opening end part of the metal sealing ring in the working state, so that the working state of the metal sealing ring is simulated to carry out a plurality of milling processes on the hook-shaped opening, the problem that the size of the existing metal sealing ring is out of tolerance due to the existence of a bell mouth when the existing metal sealing ring is placed into a measuring ring after being processed in the free state is solved, and the processed size of the metal sealing ring in the free state can accurately reach the size requirement in the working state.
It can be understood that the specific processing procedure is as follows:
after the positioning number milling fixture is mounted on the number milling machine, the runout of the fixture positioning surface needs to be checked, and the fixture positioning surface is ensured to runout by 0.02max, so that the mounting accuracy of the fixture is ensured.
Then, the screw on the angular positioning block 4 is loosened, the angular positioning block 4 is removed, and then it is inserted into the angular positioning groove 12 on the base plate 1.
Then, the metal sealing ring with the opening is placed into the limit groove 11 of the bottom plate 1, so that the first end of the opening of the metal sealing ring is abutted against the angular positioning plug 4.
After the outer circumference of the metal sealing ring is tightly attached to the outer circumference of the limit groove 11, the outer circumference of the limit groove 11 is a radial positioning surface of the part, the axial positioning assembly 2 near the first end, namely the assembly B in fig. 7, is lightly screwed, a feeler gauge is used for detection, one side, away from the opening, of the axial positioning assembly 2 near the first end is selected as a detection point, namely the position A in fig. 7, a gap between the outer circumference of the metal sealing ring at the detection point and the outer circumference of the limit groove 11 is ensured to meet the requirement of 0.02max, and a gap between the bottom surface of the metal sealing ring and the bottom surface of the limit groove 11 is met the requirement of 0.02max, and the bottom surface of the limit groove 11 is a part supporting surface. The radial positioning assembly 3 (i.e. the assembly C in fig. 7) is then screwed down forcibly, that is, the knurled screw 34 is turned to drive the slider 31 to slide, so that the head of the slider 31 abuts against the inner circumferential surface of the first end of the metal seal ring in the radial direction, and the first end of the metal seal ring is limited in the radial direction. The rest of the axial positioning assemblies 2 are screwed, namely three axial positioning assemblies 2 which are distributed at 120 degrees from each other are screwed, so that the whole metal sealing ring is uniformly and axially limited. The radial limiting assembly 3 and the axial limiting assembly 2 are used for carrying out radial limiting and axial limiting on the metal sealing ring after angular positioning, so that the axial gap and the radial gap of the metal sealing ring are ensured to be in the best positioning state before numerical milling.
Then, rough and finish milling is performed on the first end of the metal seal ring opening.
Finally, after the first end of the opening of the metal sealing ring is subjected to hook-shaped opening processing, the radial positioning assembly 3 and the axial positioning assembly 2 are loosened, the second end of the opening of the metal sealing ring is abutted against the angular positioning plug 4, and after the outer circle of the metal sealing ring is abutted against the outer circumferential surface of the limit groove 11, the axial positioning assembly 2 near the second end, namely the assembly E in fig. 7, is lightly screwed. After the clearance meets the requirements through the measurement of the feeler gauge, the radial limiting and the axial limiting are carried out through the radial positioning assembly 3 and the axial positioning assembly 2, and finally rough milling and fine milling are carried out on the second end of the metal sealing ring opening.
Optionally, before the first end of the metal seal ring is roughed, the second end of the metal seal ring needs to be lifted and lightly pressed by the axial positioning assembly 2 near the second end to prevent the open second end of the metal seal ring from being damaged during the process of machining the first end. Likewise, the first end of the metal seal ring also needs to be lifted and lightly pressed with the axial positioning assembly 2 near the first end before the second end of the metal seal ring is roughed.
Optionally, when finish machining is performed on the groove of the hook-shaped opening, the machining program needs to be suspended, and the axial positioning assembly 2 (namely, the assembly D in fig. 7) with the pointed pressing plate at the opening is utilized to press the boss of the hook-shaped opening, so that deformation of the hook-shaped opening is limited, machining precision is ensured, the requirement of meeting the target size is met, more importantly, the requirement of 0.03max of thickness difference is met, and consistency of mass production and machining is ensured.
It can be understood that the numerical milling processing method of the metal sealing ring of the power turbine casing has stable processing quality, the qualification rate of parts is 100%, the processing efficiency is improved by 120% compared with the existing processing method, the yield of the metal sealing ring is greatly improved, and the annual yield can be realized by more than 1500.

5. A method for milling a metal sealing ring of a power turbine casing by adopting the positioning numerical milling fixture as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 4, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
mounting a positioning number milling fixture on a processing machine tool;
inserting the angular positioning plug block (4) into the angular positioning groove (12);
placing a metal sealing ring with an opening into a limiting groove (11) so that a first end of the opening of the metal sealing ring is abutted against the angular positioning plug block (4);
radial positioning and axial positioning are carried out on the metal sealing ring by utilizing a radial positioning assembly (3) and an axial positioning assembly (2);
milling the first end of the metal sealing ring;
and loosening the radial positioning assembly (3) and the axial positioning assembly (2), abutting the second end of the opening of the metal sealing ring on the angular positioning plug block (4), repeating the above steps, and performing numerical milling on the second end of the opening of the metal sealing ring.
6. The method for milling the metal sealing ring of the power turbine casing according to claim 5, wherein the radial positioning and axial positioning of the metal sealing ring by using the radial positioning assembly (3) and the rest of the axial positioning assembly (2) is specifically:
firstly, tightly attaching the outer circle of the metal sealing ring to the outer circumferential surface of the limit groove (11), lightly screwing the axial positioning assembly (2) near the first end, detecting by using a feeler gauge, selecting one side, far away from the opening, of the axial positioning assembly (2) near the first end as a detection point, ensuring that the gap between the outer circle of the metal sealing ring at the detection point and the outer circumferential surface of the limit groove (11) meets the requirement of 0.02max, and ensuring that the gap between the bottom surface of the metal sealing ring and the bottom surface of the limit groove (11) meets the requirement of 0.02 max;
the radial positioning assembly (3) is tightly screwed with force so as to radially limit the first end of the metal sealing ring;
the rest of the axial positioning assembly (2) is screwed to axially limit the whole metal sealing ring.
7. A method of milling a metal seal ring of a power turbine casing according to claim 5, characterized in that the second end of the metal seal ring is lifted and lightly pressed with an axial positioning assembly (2) in the vicinity of the second end before the first end of the metal seal ring is roughed.
8. The method for milling the metal seal ring of the power turbine casing according to claim 5, wherein the machining process is suspended when the groove of the hook-shaped opening is finished, and the boss of the hook-shaped opening is pressed by the axial positioning component (2) with the pointed pressing plate at the opening.
