技术领域
本发明涉及一种包含染料固定剂和稳定剂的衣物洗涤剂组合物。
背景技术
随着洗涤剂产品的发展,消费者在清洁方面的需求已得到很好的满足。然而,在衣物洗涤领域中仍存在一些其它未满足的消费者需求。具体地,尚未满足的需求之一是防止有色纺织物在洗涤循环期间褪色或渗色。
由于染料从纺织物的释放,尤其是在由棉和混合棉织物制成的深色纺织物的情况下,有色纺织物可在若干次洗涤循环中褪色。另一方面,可能发生渗色,即,不同颜色或白色的纺织物可能被从染色纺织物释放的染料染色,因此如果同时洗涤染色纺织物,则洗涤液体中的染料浓度相对较高。褪色或渗色将导致有色纺织物外观的快速劣化。因此,持续需要能够防止褪色和/或渗色的衣物洗涤剂组合物。
目前,为解决褪色或渗色问题,在洗涤剂组合物中采用所谓的染料固定剂。此类染料固定剂通常为阳离子聚合物,其可结合纺织物上或洗涤液体中的带负电染料,以便防止染料从有色纺织物上脱离,或防止染料再沉积到白色纺织物或具有不同染料的纺织物上。然而,将此类染料固定剂引入液体洗涤剂组合物中可能会损害液体洗涤剂组合物的稳定性,即染料固定剂具有与水相分离和/或絮凝的趋势。
因此,需要提供一种包含染料固定剂的稳定的衣物洗涤剂组合物。具体而言,希望包含染料固定剂的衣物洗涤剂组合物在储存寿命内足够稳定。
发明内容
本发明令人惊奇并且意料不到地发现,将结晶的含羟基稳定剂掺入到包含染料固定剂的衣物洗涤剂组合物中可以显著改善所述衣物洗涤剂组合物的稳定性。
相应地,本发明在一方面涉及一种衣物洗涤剂组合物,该衣物洗涤剂组合物包含:
a)按所述组合物的重量计0.01%至10%的染料固定剂,其中所述染料固定剂选自:
i)多胺与氰胺和酸(诸如有机酸和/或无机酸)的反应产物,
ii)氰胺与醛和铵盐的反应产物,
iii)氰胺与醛和胺的反应产物,或

染料固定剂
本发明的染料固定剂为阳离子聚合物。不受任何理论的约束,据信具有正电荷的此类染料固定剂可通过电荷相互作用结合具有负电荷的染料,然后防止染料离开纺织物或防止染料再沉积到不同颜色的纺织物上。具体地,染料固定剂可选自以下物质的反应产物:i)多胺与氰胺和有机酸和/或无机酸,ii)氰胺与醛和铵盐,iii)氰胺与醛和胺,或iv)胺与表氯醇。优选地,染料固定剂可选自胺与表氯醇的反应产物,其中胺为伯胺、仲胺或叔胺。更优选地,染料固定剂可选自二甲胺与表氯醇的反应产物。最优选地,染料固定剂可为聚(2-羟丙基二甲基氯化铵),也称为聚(二甲胺-共-表氯醇),例如可以商品名TEXCARE DFC 6从Clariant商购获得的聚合物(CAS#:25988-97-0)。
术语“胺”包括单胺和多胺。本文所用的单胺可为伯胺、仲胺和叔胺。它们可为脂族胺,例如二烷基胺,尤其是二甲胺;脂环族胺,例如环己胺;和芳族胺,例如苯胺。然而,本文所用的胺也可同时具有脂族、脂环族和芳族取代基。此外,还可以使用杂环化合物,例如吡啶。术语“多胺”在本文中包括例如二胺、三胺、四胺等,并且还包括类似的N-烷基多胺和N,N-二烷基多胺。其示例为乙二胺、丙二胺、丁二胺、戊二胺、己二胺、二亚乙基三胺、三亚乙基四胺和高级多胺。尤其优选的多胺可为乙二胺、二亚乙基三胺和二甲基氨基丙胺。铵盐为氨的盐,尤其是氯化铵或具有不同无机酸或有机酸的上述胺或多胺,或其它季铵盐。
氰胺可为单氰胺或双氰胺。本文所用的醛可包括例如脂族醛,诸如甲醛、乙醛、丙醛、丁醛;二醛,例如乙二醛;不饱和醛,例如丙烯醛、巴豆醛和芳族醛例如苯甲醛。尤其优选的醛可为脂族醛诸如甲醛。
本文所用的染料固定剂也可为基于二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵(DADMAC)的均聚物和共聚物。基于DADMAC的共聚物包含其它乙烯单体作为其它组分,例如乙烯基咪唑、乙烯基吡咯烷酮、乙烯醇、乙酸乙烯酯、(甲基)丙烯酸/酯、丙烯酰胺、苯乙烯、苯乙烯磺酸、丙烯酰胺甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)等。基于DADMAC的均聚物可以商品名3954、Dodigen 4033和Genamin PDAC(从Clariant)获得。
优选地,适用于本公开的染料固定剂可选自胺与表氯醇的反应产物,其中胺为伯胺、仲胺或叔胺。更优选地,适用于本发明的染料固定剂可选自二甲胺与表氯醇的反应产物。最优选地,染料固定剂可为聚(2-羟丙基二甲基氯化铵)。

稳定剂
适用于本发明的稳定剂可为结晶的含羟基稳定剂。
优选地,稳定剂可选自微晶纤维素(MCC)或其衍生物、蓖麻油或其衍生物、氢化蓖麻油(HCO)或其衍生物、以及它们的任意组合。更优选地,稳定剂可为微晶纤维素或其衍生物和/或氢化蓖麻油或其衍生物。
MCC是天然存在的聚合物。它由通过1-4β糖苷键连接的葡萄糖单元构成。这些直链纤维素链在植物细胞壁中以螺旋状连接在一起的微纤维形式捆绑在一起。其已用于食品应用和药物片剂中。
蓖麻油可包括包含含羟基基团的C10至C22烷基或烯基部分的甘油酯,尤其是甘油三酯。用于制备HCO的蓖麻油氢化转化可作为蓖麻油基部分存在于起始油中的双键,以将蓖麻油基部分转化成饱和羟烷基部分,例如羟基硬脂基。在一些实施方案中,本文的HCO可选自:三羟基硬脂酸甘油酯;二羟基硬脂酸甘油酯;以及它们的混合物。HCO可以任何合适的起始形式处理,包括但不限于选自固体、熔融物以及它们的混合物的那些。
在一些优选的实施方案中,通过使用包含稳定剂的一种或多种外部结构化体系(ESS),将稳定剂掺入到液体洗涤剂组合物中。适用于本发明的ESS可包含:(a)稳定剂;(b)链烷醇胺,例如单乙醇胺(MEA);(c)阴离子表面活性剂,诸如:直链烷基苯磺酸盐(LAS);和(d)附加组分。
HCO通常以按所述结构化体系的重量计约2%至约10%、约3%至约8%、或约4%至约6%的含量存在于本发明的ESS中。在一些实施方案中,递送至成品衣物洗涤剂产品中的氢化蓖麻油的对应百分比低于约1.0%,通常为0.1%至0.8%。
可用的HCO可具有以下特征:约40℃至约100℃、或约65℃至约95℃的熔点;和/或0至约5、0至约4、或0至约2.6的碘值范围。HCO的熔点可使用ASTM D3418或ISO 11357测量;两种测试均利用DSC:差示扫描量热法。
本发明中所用的HCO包括可商购获得的那些。用于本发明的可商购获得的HCO的非限制性示例包括:得自Rheox,Inc.的用于氢化以形成HCO的蓖麻油的来源可为任何合适的来源,诸如来自巴西或印度。在一个合适的实施方案中,使用贵金属例如钯催化剂将蓖麻油氢化,并且控制氢化温度和压力以优化天然蓖麻油双键的氢化,同时避免不可接受的脱羟基水平。
根据本公开的组合物中的稳定剂可以按组合物的重量计如下范围内的量存在:0.01%至9%,优选地0.02%至8%,更优选地0.03%至5%,还更优选地0.05%至3%,最优选地0.06%至2%,例如0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.5%、0.7%、1%、2%或它们之间的任意范围。
氧化胺
适用于本发明的氧化胺可选自C6-C20烷基二甲基氧化胺(AO)以及它们的组合。

阴离子表面活性剂
本发明的衣物洗涤剂组合物可包含阴离子表面活性剂体系。具体地,本发明的衣物洗涤剂组合物可包含按组合物的重量计0.1%至50%的阴离子表面活性剂体系。
优选地,阴离子表面活性剂体系可包含阴离子表面活性剂,所述阴离子表面活性剂选自C6-C20直链烷基苯磺酸盐(LAS)、C6-C20烷基硫酸盐(AS)、C6-C20烷基烷氧基硫酸盐(AAS)、C6-C20甲酯磺酸盐(MES)、C6-C20烷基醚羧酸盐(AEC)、以及它们的任意组合。更优选地,阴离子表面活性剂体系可包含C6-C20 LAS以及任选地附加阴离子表面活性剂诸如C6-C20AS和/或C6-C20 AAS。在一个实施方案中,LAS为C10-C16 LAS,优选C12-C14 LAS。
LAS通常是通过磺化(使用SO2和SO3)烷基苯,随后中和来制备的。合适的烷基苯原料可使用任何合适的烷基化方案(包括基于硫酸和HF的方法)由烯烃、石蜡、或它们的混合物制备。通过改变确切的烷基化催化剂,可能很大程度地改变苯共价连接至脂族烃链的位置。因此,本文LAS的2-苯基异构体和/或内部异构体含量可宽泛地变化。
在衣物洗涤剂组合物的一些实施方案中,C6-C20 LAS可以按阴离子表面活性剂的重量计如下范围内的量存在:1%至100%,优选地10%至99%,更优选地20%至95%,最优选地30%至90%,例如40%、50%、60%、70%、80%、90%或它们之间的任意范围。
在衣物洗涤剂组合物的一些实施方案中,LAS的含量优选地高于此类组合物所包含的任何其它阴离子表面活性剂的含量,即LAS是此类组合物中的主阴离子表面活性剂。
适用于本公开的阴离子表面活性剂还可包括C6-C20烷基硫酸盐(AS)、C6-C20烷基烷氧基硫酸盐(AAS)、C6-C20甲酯磺酸盐(MES)、C6-C20烷基醚羧酸盐(AEC)、或它们的任意组合。例如,衣物洗涤剂组合物可包含C6-C20烷基烷氧基硫酸盐(AAxS),其中x为约1-30,优选地约1-15,更优选地约1-10,最优选地x为约1-3。此类AAxS中的烷基链可以是直链或支链的,其中中链支化的AAxS表面活性剂是特别优选的。优选的AAxS组包括x为约1-3的C12-C14烷基烷氧基硫酸盐。本发明的衣物洗涤剂组合物中的AAxS表面活性剂的量可在按组合物的重量计如下范围内:约0.05%至约100%、优选地约0.1%至约80%、更优选地约0.5%至约50%、最优选地约1%至约30%,例如5%、10%、20%、30%、40%、50%、60%、70%、80%、90%或它们之间的任意范围。
在一些实施方案中,LAS与AAxS的重量比为至少0.6,优选地至少0.8,更优选地至少0.9,最优选地至少1,例如0.6、0.7、0.8、0.9、1、1.2、1.5、2、2.5、3、4、5、8、10或它们之间的任意范围。
根据本公开的组合物中的阴离子表面活性剂体系可以按组合物的重量计如下范围内的量存在:0.1%至45%,优选地0.5%至40%,更优选地1%至35%,最优选地2%至30%,例如2%、3%、4%、5%、6%、7%、8%、9%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%、35%、40%、45%、50%或它们之间的任意范围。
在本公开的一些实施方案中,根据本公开的组合物中的阴离子表面活性剂可包含按阴离子表面活性剂的重量计小于30%,优选地小于20%,更优选地小于10%,最优选地小于5%的皂。
非离子表面活性剂(NI)
本发明的衣物洗涤剂组合物可包含非离子表面活性剂体系。非离子表面活性剂体系可包含非离子表面活性剂,所述非离子表面活性剂选自烷基烷氧基化醇、烷基烷氧基化酚、烷基多糖、多羟基脂肪酸酰胺、烷氧基化脂肪酸酯、烷基多糖苷(APG)、甲酯乙氧基化物(MEE)、蔗糖酯、脱水山梨糖醇酯和脱水山梨糖醇酯的烷氧基化衍生物、以及它们的任意组合。优选地,非离子表面活性剂体系可包含重均烷氧基化度在如下范围内的C6-C20烷氧基化醇:1至20,优选地5至15,更优选地7至10。更优选地,非离子表面活性剂体系可包含重均乙氧基化度在如下范围内的C8-C18乙氧基化醇:1至20,优选地5至15,更优选地7至10。
适用于本文的非离子表面活性剂的非限制性示例包括:C12-C18烷基乙氧基化物,诸如EO为7-9的C12-C14烷基乙氧基化物;可从Shell获得的非离子表面活性剂;C6-C12烷基酚烷氧基化物,其中烷氧基化物单元为乙烯氧基和丙烯氧基单元的混合物;C12-C18醇和C6-C12烷基酚与环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷嵌段烷基多胺乙氧基化物的缩合物,诸如购自BASF的C14-C22中链支化的烷基烷氧基化物,BAEx,其中x为约1至约30;烷基多糖,具体地烷基多糖苷;多羟基脂肪酸酰胺;以及醚封端的聚(烷氧基化)醇表面活性剂。本文中还可用作非离子表面活性剂的是烷氧基化酯表面活性剂,诸如具有式R1C(O)O(R2O)nR3的那些,其中R1选自直链或支链的C6-C22烷基或亚烷基部分;R2选自C2H4和C3H6部分,并且R3选自H、CH3、C2H5和C3H7部分;并且n具有介于约1和约20之间的值。此类烷氧基化酯表面活性剂包括脂族甲酯乙氧基化物(MEE),并且是本领域熟知的。
在具体实施方案中,由本发明的衣物洗涤剂组合物包含的烷氧基化非离子表面活性剂为C6-C20烷氧基化醇,优选C8-C18烷氧基化醇,更优选C10-C16烷氧基化醇。C6-C20烷氧基化醇优选地为具有约1至约50,优选约3至约30,更优选约5至约20,甚至更优选约5至约9的平均烷氧基化度的烷基烷氧基化醇。本文的烷氧基化可为乙氧基化、丙氧基化、或它们的混合物,但是优选地为乙氧基化。在一个实施方案中,烷氧基化非离子表面活性剂为C6-C20乙氧基化醇,优选用平均约5至约20摩尔环氧乙烷乙氧基化的C8-C18醇,更优选用平均约5至约9摩尔环氧乙烷乙氧基化的C10-C16醇。最优选的烷氧基化非离子表面活性剂是用平均约7摩尔的环氧乙烷乙氧基化的C12-C15醇,例如,可从Shell商购获得的25-7。

其它成分
根据本公开的衣物洗涤剂组合物还可包含按组合物的重量计0.01%至10%、优选地0.1%至5%、更优选地0.2%至3%、最优选地0.3%至2%的表面活性剂增效聚合物,优选地聚乙酸乙烯酯接枝的聚环氧乙烷共聚物。
本发明的衣物洗涤剂组合物还可包含阳离子表面活性剂。阳离子表面活性剂的非限制性示例包括:季铵表面活性剂,其可具有至多26个碳原子,包括:烷氧基化季铵(AQA)表面活性剂;二甲基羟乙基季铵;二甲基羟乙基月桂基氯化铵;多胺阳离子表面活性剂;以及氨基表面活性剂,具体地酰氨基丙基二甲基胺(APA)。
本文的衣物洗涤剂组合物可包含助剂成分。合适的助剂材料包括但不限于:助洗剂、螯合剂、流变改性剂、染料转移抑制剂、分散剂、酶和酶稳定剂、催化材料、漂白活化剂、过氧化氢、过氧化氢源、预成形的过酸、聚合物分散剂、粘土污垢去除/抗再沉淀剂、增白剂、抑泡剂、染料、光漂白剂、香料、香料微胶囊、结构增弹剂、织物软化剂、载体、水溶助长剂、加工助剂、溶剂、调色剂、结构剂和/或颜料。这些助剂成分的确切性质及其在衣物洗涤剂组合物中的含量将取决于组合物的物理形式和使用其进行的清洁操作的性质。
在一些实施方案中,根据本公开的衣物洗涤剂组合物还可包含按组合物的重量计0.01%至10%、优选地0.1%至5%、更优选地0.2%至3%、最优选地0.3%至2%的脂肪酸。
组合物制备
本发明的衣物洗涤剂组合物通常由常规方法制备,诸如本领域中已知的制备衣物洗涤剂组合物的方法。此类方法通常涉及以任何期望的顺序混合基本成分和任选成分至相对均匀的状态,加热或不加热、冷却、施加真空等,从而提供以必须的浓度包含成分的衣物洗涤剂组合物。
使用方法
本发明的另一方面涉及一种使用衣物洗涤剂组合物处理织物的方法。此类方法可递送颜色保护有益效果。所述方法包括将5g至120g的上述衣物洗涤剂组合物施用于包含水的衣物洗涤盆中以形成洗涤溶液的步骤。在本文的衣物洗涤盆中的洗涤溶液优选地具有1L至50L,或者1L至20L的体积用于手洗,以及20L至50L的体积用于机洗。所述衣物洗涤溶液的温度优选在5℃至60℃的范围内。
本文方法中的剂量可根据洗涤类型而不同。在一个实施方案中,所述方法包括将约5g至约60g的衣物洗涤剂组合物施用到洗手盆(例如,约2-4L)中。在另选的实施方案中,所述方法包括将约5g至约100g,优选约10g至约65g的衣物洗涤剂组合物施用于洗衣机中(例如,约30-45L)。

测试1:稳定性测试
稳定性测试通过如下所述的目视检查来进行:
1)通过在30ml透明玻璃瓶中混合成分来制备待测试的液体组合物样品;
2)将步骤1)中制备的样品在不同温度(5℃或40℃)下储存一定时间(1周、2周或4周),或通过将样品在冰箱中(-18℃下)冷冻24小时,然后将样品在容器中(15℃下)解冻24小时,使步骤1)中制备的样品经历冷冻/解冻(-18℃和15℃)循环(1、2或3个循环)(如果超过1个循环,则重复);
3)在步骤2)之后目视检查样品以确定它们是否仍为均匀体系。如果存在任何相分离,诸如形成分离的层或絮凝,则将其确定为“不合格”。如果不存在相分离,则将其确定为“合格”。
测试2:染料渗色测试
使用Tergotometer(型号:RHLQ1V,得自Research Institute of Daily ChemicalIndustry(RIDCI))如下进行染料渗色测试:
1)切出每片为约1.0g测试织物(ASIE-130或ASIE-133),以用于tergotometer的每个管;
2)加入水硬度水平为约9gpg(其中Ca2+与Mg2+的重量比为约4:1)的1L反渗透(RO)水,用水浴加热至40℃;
3)溶解约2.0克样品液体洗涤剂组合物以形成洗涤剂剂量为约2000ppm的洗涤液体;
4)将溶液的pH调节至约8.5;
5)取出约30ml溶液以测量洗涤前的L*/a*/b*(通过使用5cm×1cm样品室,用UltraScan VIS(得自HunterLab,Virginia,USA)来测量);
6)将一片1.0g测试织物加入到每个管中,并且洗涤约20分钟;
7)在与步骤5)相同的条件下取出约30ml溶液以测量L*/a*/b;以及
8)基于洗涤之前和之后的测量结果来计算ΔE,ΔE越高表明染料渗色越严重。
实施例
实施例1:包含染料固定剂的液体衣物洗涤剂组合物的稳定性
制备包含染料固定剂的液体衣物洗涤剂组合物,该液体衣物洗涤剂组合物包含如表1所示的以下成分。

1染料固定剂:聚(2-羟丙基二甲基氯化铵),其可以商品名TEXCARE DFC 6从Clariant商购获得。
然后,通过将不同稳定剂加入到表1所示的包含染料固定剂的液体衣物洗涤剂组合物中,制备样品1至6和对照物(即比较样品1),其中测试氢化蓖麻油(HCO)、微晶纤维素(MCC)、羧甲基纤维素(CMC)、淀粉、醇乙氧基化物和聚合物增稠剂作为稳定剂,并且不加入稳定剂用于对照。这些样品在各种情况下(即在5℃或40℃下储存2周或在-18℃/15℃下冷冻/解冻(F/T)1次或2次循环)的稳定性根据上文所述的测试1:稳定性测试来测定。这些样品的稳定性结果示于表2中。令人惊讶的是,仅HCO和MCC可稳定包含染料固定剂的液体衣物洗涤剂组合物,即通过所有稳定性测试。

实施例2:通过包含染料固定剂的衣物洗涤剂组合物实现的颜色保护
制备包含染料固定剂的样品液体衣物洗涤剂组合物(样品7)和不包含染料固定剂的对照物(比较样品2,即中国国家标准液体洗涤剂),其包含以下成分。

根据如上文所述的测试2(染料渗色测试,该测试中使用由蓝色染料(ASIE-133)着色的织物),来测量这些样品的ΔE作为染料渗色的测量结果。ΔE越高表明染料渗色越严重,而ΔE越低表明颜色保护越有效。结果示于上表中,表明与不含颜色固定剂的比较样品2相比,包含颜色固定剂的衣物洗涤剂组合物示出优异的颜色保护性能(0.85相对于1.4)。
此外,制备包含染料固定剂的另一种样品液体衣物洗涤剂组合物(样品8)和包含类似表面活性剂体系但不含颜色固定剂的对照物(比较样品3),其包含以下成分。

根据如上文所述的测试2:染料渗色测试,其中使用由蓝色染料(ASIE-133)着色的织物。结果表明,与包含类似表面活性剂体系但无颜色固定剂的比较样品相比,包含颜色固定剂的衣物洗涤剂组合物在颜色保护方面表现出显著更好的性能(0.63相对于1.09)。
实施例3:包含染料固定剂的液体衣物洗涤剂组合物的示例性制剂
制备示于表5中的以下液体衣物洗涤剂组合物,其包含所列比例(重量%)的所列成分。

Claims (14)
1.一种衣物洗涤剂组合物,所述衣物洗涤剂组合物包含:
a)按所述组合物的重量计0.01%至10%的染料固定剂,其中所述染料固定剂选自:
i)多胺与氰胺和酸的反应产物,
ii)氰胺与醛和铵盐的反应产物,
iii)氰胺与醛和胺的反应产物,或
iv)胺与表氯醇的反应产物;以及
v)它们的任意组合,
b)按所述组合物的重量计0.01%至10%的结晶的含羟基稳定剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的衣物洗涤剂组合物,其中所述染料固定剂以按所述组合物的重量计如下范围内的量存在:0.02%至5%,优选地0.03%至2%,更优选地0.04%至1.5%,最优选地0.05%至0.9%;
优选地,其中所述染料固定剂选自胺与表氯醇的反应产物,其中所述胺为伯胺、仲胺或叔胺;
更优选地,其中所述染料固定剂选自二甲胺与表氯醇的反应产物;
最优选地,其中所述染料固定剂为聚(2-羟丙基二甲基氯化铵)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的衣物洗涤剂组合物,其中所述稳定剂以按所述组合物的重量计如下范围内的量存在:0.01%至9%,优选地0.02%至8%,更优选地0.03%至5%,又更优选地0.05%至3%,最优选地0.06%至2%;
优选地,其中所述稳定剂选自微晶纤维素或其衍生物、蓖麻油或其衍生物、氢化蓖麻油或其衍生物、以及它们的任意组合;
更优选地,其中所述稳定剂为微晶纤维素和/或氢化蓖麻油。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的衣物洗涤剂组合物,其中所述组合物还包含:
c)按所述组合物的重量计0.01%至10%的氧化胺;和/或
d)按所述组合物的重量计0.1%至50%的非离子表面活性剂体系;和/或
e)按所述组合物的重量计0.1%至50%的阴离子表面活性剂体系。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的衣物洗涤剂组合物,其中所述氧化胺以按所述组合物的重量计如下范围内的量存在:0.02%至8%,优选地0.05%至5%,更优选地0.1%至3%,最优选地0.15%至2%;
优选地,其中所述氧化胺选自胺氧化物、脂肪胺衍生物、以及它们的任意组合;
更优选地,其中所述氧化胺选自C6-C20烷基二甲基氧化胺以及它们的任意组合;
最优选地,其中所述氧化胺选自C10-C16烷基二甲基氧化胺以及它们的任意组合,诸如十二烷基二甲基氧化胺和/或十四烷基二甲基氧化胺。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的衣物洗涤剂组合物,其中所述非离子表面活性剂体系以如下范围内的量存在:1%至45%,优选地2%至40%,更优选地3%至35%,最优选地4%至30%;
优选地,其中所述非离子表面活性剂体系包含非离子表面活性剂,所述非离子表面活性剂选自烷基烷氧基化醇、烷基烷氧基化酚、烷基多糖、烷基多糖苷、甲酯乙氧基化物、多羟基脂肪酸酰胺、烷氧基化脂肪酸酯、蔗糖酯、脱水山梨糖醇酯和脱水山梨糖醇酯的烷氧基化衍生物、以及它们的任意组合;
更优选地,其中所述非离子表面活性剂体系包含重均烷氧基化度在如下范围内的C6-C20烷氧基化醇:1至20,优选地5至15,更优选地7至10;
最优选地,其中所述非离子表面活性剂体系包含重均乙氧基化度在如下范围内的C8-C18乙氧基化醇:1至20,优选地5至15,更优选地7至10。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的衣物洗涤剂组合物,其中所述阴离子表面活性剂体系以按所述组合物的重量计如下范围内的量存在:0.1%至45%,优选地0.5%至40%,更优选地1%至35%,最优选地2%至30%;
优选地,其中所述阴离子表面活性剂体系包含阴离子表面活性剂,所述阴离子表面活性剂选自C6-C20直链烷基苯磺酸盐(LAS)、C6-C20烷基硫酸盐(AS)、C6-C20烷基烷氧基硫酸盐(AAS)、C6-C20甲酯磺酸盐(MES)、C6-C20烷基醚羧酸盐(AEC)、以及它们的任意组合;
更优选地,其中所述阴离子表面活性剂体系包含C6-C20 LAS以及任选地附加阴离子表面活性剂诸如C6-C20 AS和/或C6-C20 AAS。
8.根据权利要求7所述的衣物洗涤剂组合物,其中所述C6-C20 LAS以按所述阴离子表面活性剂体系的重量计如下范围内的量存在:10%至100%,优选地20%至99%,更优选地30%至95%,最优选地40%至90%。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的衣物洗涤剂组合物,其中所述组合物还包含按所述组合物的重量计0.01%至10%、优选地0.1%至5%、更优选地0.2%至3%、最优选地0.3%至2%的脂肪酸。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的衣物洗涤剂组合物,其中所述组合物为液体组合物或单位剂量组合物。
11.根据权利要求10所述的衣物洗涤剂组合物,其中所述组合物为液体组合物,所述液体组合物包含:
a)按所述组合物的重量计0.15%至0.9%的所述染料固定剂,其中所述染料固定剂选自二甲胺与表氯醇的反应产物;
b)按所述组合物的重量计0.1%至1%的氢化蓖麻油和/或按所述组合物的重量计0.5%至5%的微晶纤维素;
c)按所述组合物的重量计0.15%至2%的所述氧化胺,所述氧化胺为C6-C20烷基二甲基氧化胺;
d)按所述组合物的重量计4%至15%的所述非离子表面活性剂体系,所述非离子表面活性剂体系包含重均乙氧基化度在7至9范围内的C10-C16乙氧基化醇;以及
e)按所述组合物的重量计1%至10%的所述阴离子表面活性剂体系,所述阴离子表面活性剂体系包含C10-C16 LAS和C10-C16烷基乙氧基硫酸盐,其中所述C10-C16 LAS以按所述阴离子表面活性剂体系的重量计40%至90%范围内的量存在;
其中所述非离子表面活性剂体系与所述阴离子表面活性剂体系的重量比介于2和8之间。
12.根据权利要求10所述的衣物洗涤剂组合物,其中所述组合物为单位剂量组合物,所述单位剂量组合物包含:
a)按所述组合物的重量计0.5%至3%的所述染料固定剂,其中所述染料固定剂选自二甲胺与表氯醇的反应产物;
b)按所述组合物的重量计0.1%至1%的氢化蓖麻油和/或按所述组合物的重量计0.1%至1%的微晶纤维素;
c)按所述组合物的重量计0.5%至8%的所述氧化胺,所述氧化胺为C6-C20烷基二甲基氧化胺;
d)按所述组合物的重量计10%至35%的所述非离子表面活性剂体系,所述非离子表面活性剂体系包含重均乙氧基化度在7至9范围内的C10-C16乙氧基化醇;以及
e)按所述组合物的重量计3%至25%的所述阴离子表面活性剂体系,所述阴离子表面活性剂体系包含C10-C16 LAS和C10-C16烷基乙氧基硫酸盐,其中所述C10-C16 LAS以按所述阴离子表面活性剂体系的重量计40%至90%范围内的量存在;
其中所述非离子表面活性剂体系与所述阴离子表面活性剂体系的重量比介于2和8之间。
13.一种保护有色织物的颜色的方法,所述方法包括使所述有色织物与根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的衣物洗涤剂组合物接触。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中所述颜色的保护是通过将染料固定在所述有色织物中和/或防止所述有色织物褪色或渗色来实现的。
