Embodiment one
Referring to fig. 2, an uplink information transmission method according to an embodiment of the present application is provided. The method comprises the following steps:
s210, receiving first information and second information, wherein the first information is used for scheduling transmission of a Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) on a first time domain resource, and the second information is used for scheduling transmission of a Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) on a second time domain resource; optionally, the first information includes uplink scheduling DCI (Downlink control information ), and the second information includes downlink scheduling DCI;
s220, if the first time domain resource and the second time domain resource are overlapped, signal transmission is processed according to a preset rule.
If the first time domain resource and the second time domain resource overlap, the terminal cannot transmit PUSCH and receive PDSCH at the same time, so that the terminal can only select one for processing the PUSCH transmission processing and the PDSCH transmission processing, and therefore a certain rule needs to be set for processing the conflict, so as to improve the reliability of data transmission.
Optionally, the processing the signal transmission according to the preset rule in S220 includes:
s221, processing at least one of the PUSCH and the PDSCH according to the correlation time of the first information and the correlation time of the second information.
Wherein processing at least one of the PUSCH and the PDSCH includes processing one of the PUSCH and the PDSCH.
Processing PUSCH refers to performing transmission processing of PUSCH on the resource, such as: the user equipment performs transmission processing on the resource, or the network equipment performs reception processing on the resource. Processing PDSCH refers to performing PDSCH transmission processing on the resource, such as: the user equipment performs a reception process on the resource or the network equipment transmits a process on the resource.
Wherein the related time of the first information includes a reception time of the first information or a transmission time of the first information; and/or the related time of the second information comprises the receiving time of the second information or the sending time of the second information.
Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 4, in a first embodiment of the present application, the first information and the second information are schematic diagrams for resource scheduling. In fig. 3, the second information is received or sent first, and then the first information is received or sent, where the resources indicated by the second information and the first information overlap in time domain. In fig. 4, the first information is received or sent first, and the second information is received or sent later, where the resources indicated by the first information and the second information overlap in the time domain.
Optionally, S221 includes: and processing at least one of the PUSCH and the PDSCH according to the transmission time of the first information and the transmission time of the second information.
For example: and processing scheduling corresponding to the information with earlier transmission time in the first information and the second information. If the network equipment firstly transmits the first information and then transmits the second information, processing scheduling corresponding to the first information, namely, processing a PUSCH by the terminal; if the network equipment firstly transmits the second information and then transmits the second information to the first information, scheduling corresponding to the second information is processed, namely the terminal processes the PDSCH.
Another example is: and processing scheduling corresponding to information with later sending time in the first information and the second information. If the network equipment firstly transmits the first information and then transmits the second information, processing scheduling corresponding to the second information, namely, processing the PDSCH by the terminal; if the network equipment firstly sends the second information and then sends the second information to the first information, scheduling corresponding to the first information is processed, namely the terminal processes the PUSCH.
Optionally, S221 includes: and processing at least one of the PUSCH and the PDSCH according to the receiving time of the first information and the receiving time of the second information.
For example: and processing scheduling corresponding to the information with earlier receiving time in the first information and the second information. If the terminal equipment receives the first information and then receives the second information, processing scheduling corresponding to the first information, namely processing the embodiment PUSCH by the terminal; and if the terminal receives the second information first and then receives the first information, processing scheduling corresponding to the second information, namely processing the PDSCH in the implementation mode by the terminal.
Another example is: and processing scheduling corresponding to information with later receiving time in the first information and the second information. If the terminal equipment receives the first information and then receives the second information, processing scheduling corresponding to the second information, namely, processing the PDSCH in the implementation mode by the terminal; if the terminal receives the second information first and then receives the first information, scheduling corresponding to the first information is processed, namely the terminal processes the embodiment PUSCH.
Optionally, the processing the signal transmission according to the preset rule in S220 includes:
s222, processing at least one of the PUSCH and the PDSCH according to the priority of the service scheduled by the first information and the second information.
For example: if the priority of the service scheduled by the first information is higher than that of the service scheduled by the second information, processing the scheduling corresponding to the first information, namely, processing the PUSCH by the terminal; and if the priority of the service scheduled by the second information is higher than that of the service scheduled by the first information, processing the scheduling corresponding to the first information, namely, processing the PDSCH by the terminal.
Optionally, if the priority of the traffic scheduled by the first information is the same as that of the traffic scheduled by the second information, at least one of the PUSCH and the PDSCH is processed according to the correlation time of receiving the first information and the correlation time of the second information. The content of at least one of the PUSCH and the PDSCH is processed according to the time of the first information and the second information with reference to S221, and the description thereof is not repeated.

s223, agreeing at least one of the PUSCH and the PDSCH according to a protocol.
Optionally, processing the scheduling corresponding to the first information according to the protocol convention, that is, when the protocol convention is used for uplink and downlink scheduling of the same time domain resource, processing the PUSCH; or,
processing the scheduling corresponding to the second information according to the protocol convention, namely, processing the PDSCH when the protocol convention is used for uplink scheduling and uplink scheduling of the same time domain resource at the same time; or,
processing at least one of the PUSCH and the PDSCH according to the priority of the format of downlink control information DCI agreed by a protocol; such as: processing scheduling corresponding to the information with high priority in the first information and the second information, namely, agreeing different priorities of DCI formats, and calling according to processing signals of the priorities of the DCI formats when the same time domain resources are scheduled by different DCI formats; for example: when the priority order of protocol convention is DCI format 0_0 > DCI format 0_1 > DCI format 1_0 > DCI format 1_1 and different DCI formats schedule the same time domain resource, selecting the schedule with high priority of the DCI formats for processing according to the order; if the priorities are the same, processing is performed according to the priority of the service according to the time sequence or the schedule, and the repetition is omitted.
Optionally, the processing the signal transmission according to the preset rule in S220 includes:
s224, processing at least one of the PUSCH and the PDSCH according to the transmission time of the PUSCH and the transmission time of the PDSCH.
Optionally, processing scheduling with earlier transmission time in the PUSCH and the PDSCH; or, processing a schedule with a later transmission time in the PUSCH and the PDSCH. Specifically, if the transmission time of the PUSCH is earlier than the transmission time of the PDSCH, processing the PUSCH; or if the transmission time of the PDSCH is earlier than the transmission time of the PUSCH, processing the PDSCH; or if the transmission time of the PUSCH is earlier than the PDSCH transmission time, processing the PDSCH; and if the transmission time of the PDSCH is earlier than the transmission time of the PUSCH, processing the PUSCH.
Optionally, when the transmission time of the PUSCH and the transmission time of the PDSCH are the same, at least one of the PUSCH and the PDSCH is processed according to the related time of the first information and the related time of the second information, or according to the priority of the traffic scheduled by the first information and the second information, or according to a protocol convention.
Such as: in fig. 3, if the PUSCH transmission time is earlier than the PDSCH transmission time in the first schedule 310, the schedule corresponding to the first information is processed, i.e., the PUSCH is processed; and if the PDSCH transmission time is earlier than the PUSCH transmission time in the third schedule 330, processing the schedule corresponding to the second information, that is, processing the PDSCH.
If the PUSCH transmission time is the same as the PDSCH transmission time in the second schedule 320, the corresponding schedule may be determined according to other rules as described above, for example, the schedule corresponding to the information having the earlier transmission time in the first information and the second information, that is, the PDSCH may be processed.
The four preset rules for processing signal transmissions disclosed in the first embodiment of the present application may be used in combination, that is, when it is impossible to determine which schedule should be processed according to one of the rules, at least one other method may be adopted to assist in the determination. Such as: when the transmission and/or reception times of the first information and the second information are the same, which schedule should be processed may be determined according to one of the priorities of the first information and the second information scheduling service, or protocol conventions, or transmission times of PUSCH and PDSCH.
In an embodiment of the present application, when a first time domain resource indicated by first information for uplink scheduling overlaps with a second time domain resource indicated by second information for downlink scheduling, signal transmission is processed according to a preset rule. Therefore, the blank that no clear regulation exists in the prior art is made up, the system is more perfect, and the reliability of data transmission can be ensured. Specifically, if the terminal device processes the PUSCH, the network device may know that the PDSCH is not received, and may perform processing such as retransmission or rescheduling on the PDSCH as soon as possible, thereby ensuring data transmission reliability; if the PDSCH is processed, the network device can know that the PUSCH is not transmitted, and can perform processing such as retransmission scheduling or rescheduling on the PUSCH as soon as possible, thereby ensuring the reliability of data transmission.
