Abstract
本发明属于聚乙烯醇技术领域,具体涉及一种聚乙烯醇热塑性树脂。所述聚乙烯醇热塑性树脂,按照质量份计,包括100份聚乙烯醇、10‑45份增塑剂、0.1‑1份抗氧化剂、0.01‑0.1份碱和0.05‑5份加工助剂。本发明的聚乙烯醇热塑性树脂形成的膜异味低。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于聚乙烯醇技术领域,具体涉及一种低异味聚乙烯醇热塑性树脂及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚乙烯醇(PVA)是一种含有大量羟基的聚合物,结构式为-(CH2CHOH)n-,由聚醋酸乙烯酯经醇解反应而制得(“PVA基膜的研究及应用现状”,马彩莲等,应用化工,2009年第38卷第3期,第435页左栏第1段第1-3行,公开日2009年3月31日)。
聚乙烯醇具有较佳的强力粘接性、皮膜柔软性、平滑性、耐油性、耐溶剂性、胶体保护性、气体阻隔性、耐磨性以及经特殊处理具有的耐水性等,广泛应用于纺织、食品、医药、建筑、木材加工、造纸、印刷、纸张加工、粘合剂、涂料、薄膜、乳化剂、分散剂、汽车、农业、冶金等行业(“国内外聚乙烯醇的市场分析”,聂颖等,维纶通讯,2011年第31卷第2期,第14页左栏第1段第3-8行,公开日2011年6月30日;“聚乙烯醇薄膜研究进展”,陈来鹏,辽宁化工,2005年第34卷第11期,第485页左栏第1段第3-6行,公开日2005年11月30日)。
然而,聚乙烯醇在高温条件下易分解,而聚乙烯醇本身又具有弱酸性,导致采用干法对聚乙烯醇进行热塑加工成型时,易产生异味,不仅恶化加工环境,而且影响产品使用性能。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种低异味聚乙烯醇热塑性树脂。
除特别说明外,本发明所述份为质量份。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
聚乙烯醇热塑性树脂,按照质量份计,包括100份聚乙烯醇、10-45份增塑剂、0.1-1份抗氧化剂、0.01-0.1份碱和0.05-5份加工助剂。
进一步,所述聚乙烯醇的聚合度为400-2400,醇解度80.0-97.0%,以摩尔百分比计。
进一步,所述增塑剂包括山梨糖醇。
进一步,所述增塑剂还包括乙二醇、丙三醇、二甘醇、木糖醇、甘油酯、油酸甘油酯和聚乙二醇中乙二醇、丙三醇、二甘醇、木糖醇、甘油酯、油酸甘油酯、山梨糖醇和聚乙二醇中的一种或多种。
进一步,所述碱包括无机碱或有机碱。
进一步,所述无机碱包括氢氧化镁、氢氧化钾、氢化钾或氢化镁。
进一步,所述有机碱包括乙醇钾、乙醇钠、甲醇钠、胍和季铵碱中的一种或多种。
进一步,所述加工助剂包括表面活性剂、内增塑剂和开口剂。
进一步,表面活性剂、内增塑剂和开口剂的质量比为1-5:1-5:1-80。
进一步,所述表面活性剂包括-SO3Na基团。
进一步,所述表面活性剂还包括烷基葡糖苷、脂肪酸甘油酯、脂肪酸山梨坦和聚山梨酯中的一种或多种。
进一步,所述表面活性剂包括含有-SO3Na基团的物质和聚山梨酯。
进一步,所述含有-SO3Na基团的物质含有碳原子数为7-18的烷基。
进一步,含有-SO3Na基团的物质和聚山梨酯的质量比为0.5-2:1。
进一步,所述内增塑剂包括硬脂酸、硬脂酸钙和硬脂酸镁中的一种或多种。
进一步,所述开口剂包括蒙脱土、云母、滑石粉、硅藻土、石蜡、油酸酰胺、芥酸酰胺、乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺(EBS)衍生物和有机硅中的一种或多种。
本发明的目的之二在于保护所述聚乙烯醇热塑性树脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A.预处理:先将聚乙烯醇用溶剂浸泡后离心、干燥;
B.造粒成型:将100份经预处理的聚乙烯醇和10-45份增塑剂混合并塑化,随后加入0.1-1份抗氧化剂、0.01-0.1份碱和0.05-5份加工助剂并混合均匀,然后造粒成型。
进一步,所述溶剂包括水、甲醇、乙醇或醋酸甲酯。
进一步,所述塑化具体为于60-80℃下塑化1-6小时。
进一步,所述造粒成型过程中的加工温度为150-220℃。
进一步,所述造粒成型过程中的加工温度为150-170℃。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的聚乙烯醇热塑性树脂形成的膜异味低。
采用本发明的聚乙烯醇热塑性树脂加工制备的薄膜,具有较小的动摩擦系数,即开口性好、水溶性优异的特点。
本发明的树脂的制备方法简单,有利于实现工业化生产。
具体实施方式
所举实施例是为了更好地对本发明的内容进行说明,但并不是本发明的内容仅限于所举实施例。所以熟悉本领域的技术人员根据上述发明内容对实施方案进行非本质的改进和调整,仍属于本发明的保护范围。
以下气味按照《VW50180车辆内舱构件散发特性》中PV3900进行检测;
以下水溶性的检测方法为:先用厚度仪挑选出厚度为75±2μm的膜,裁成7*7cm,共三组,用夹具分别固定好;在烧杯装上1000ml(25±0.5)℃的水,采用4.3cm长的搅拌子,在搅拌速度350rpm下,把悬挂的夹具放入水中;秒表计时,肉眼观察无可见固体视为溶解完全;
以下摩擦系数的测定方法为:GB 10006塑料薄膜和薄片摩擦系数测定方法。
实施例1
聚乙烯醇热塑性树脂,具体采用以下原料按照以下步骤制备而得:
A.预处理:将聚合度为2200,醇解度为96%(mol/mol)的PVA用甲醇40℃浸泡2h后离心、干燥;
B.造粒成型:把100份经预处理的PVA、5份山梨糖醇、5份甘油酯和15份丙三醇混合均匀,并在60℃下塑化6小时,然后加入0.5份抗氧化剂1010、0.02份氢氧化镁、0.5份硬脂酸钙、0.2份芥酸酰胺、4份滑石粉、0.2份聚山梨酯-40和0.2份十二烷基磺酸钠混合均匀,然后在170℃下双螺杆挤出机造粒成型。
实施例2
采用实施例1制得树脂吹塑成膜,具体工艺为:采用螺杆直径为55mm升降式高低压吹膜机组,温度200℃,主机转速为20r/min,得到吹制厚度为72μm,折幅为80cm的薄膜。
实施例3
聚乙烯醇热塑性树脂,具体采用以下原料按照以下步骤制备而得:
A.预处理:将聚合度为500,醇解度为86%(mol/mol)的PVA用10℃水浸泡0.5h后离心、干燥;
B.造粒成型:把100份经预处理的PVA、8份山梨糖醇、5份油酸甘油酯和15份丙三醇混合均匀并在68℃下塑化4小时,然后加入0.8份抗氧化剂1076、0.02份氢氧化钙、0.4份硬脂酸、0.2份油酸酰胺、6份云母、0.1份聚山梨酯-85和0.3份十八烷基磺酸钠并混合均匀,然后在155℃下双螺杆挤出机造粒成型。
实施例4
采用实施例3制得树脂吹塑成膜,具体工艺为:采用螺杆直径为55mm升降式高低压吹膜机组,温度165℃,主机转速为35r/min,得到吹制厚度为75μm,折幅为80cm的薄膜。
实施例5
聚乙烯醇热塑性树脂,具体采用以下原料按照以下步骤制备而得:
A.预处理:将聚合度为1700,醇解度为88%(mol/mol)的PVA用25℃乙醇浸泡0.8h后离心、干燥;
B.造粒成型:把100份经预处理的PVA、12份山梨糖醇、5份木糖醇和18份聚乙二醇、在75℃下塑化3小时,然后加入0.7份抗氧剂168、0.01份氢化镁、0.4份硬脂酸镁、5份滑石粉、0.2份聚山梨酯-80和0.25份十六烷基磺酸钠并混合均匀,然后在165℃下双螺杆挤出机造粒成型。
实施例6
采用实施例5制得树脂吹塑成膜,具体工艺为:采用螺杆直径为55mm升降式高低压吹膜机组,温度185℃,主机转速为50r/min,得到吹制厚度为76μm,折幅为80cm的薄膜。
实施例7
聚乙烯醇热塑性树脂,具体采用以下原料按照以下步骤制备而得:
A.预处理:将聚合度为1000,醇解度为92%(mol/mol)的PVA用25℃甲醇浸泡1.5h后离心、干燥;
B.造粒成型:把100份经预处理的PVA、6份山梨糖醇、18份乙二醇和2份聚乙二醇、在72℃下塑化4.5小时,然后加入0.3份抗氧剂164、0.1份乙醇钾和甲醇钠的组合物(乙醇钾和甲醇钠的质量比为4:1)、0.4份硬脂酸镁、7份滑石粉、0.5份聚山梨酯-20和0.3份十二烷基苯磺酸钠并混合均匀,然后在168℃下双螺杆挤出机造粒成型。
实施例8
采用实施例7制得树脂吹塑成膜,具体工艺为:采用螺杆直径为55mm升降式高低压吹膜机组,温度185℃,主机转速为50r/min,得到吹制厚度为76μm,折幅为80cm的薄膜。
性能检测
检测实施例2、实施例4、实施例6和实施例8制得的膜的气味、水溶性和动摩擦系数,结果如表1所示。

由表1可知,实施例2、实施例4、实施例6和实施例8制得的膜的气味不大于3级。由此证明,本发明有效降低了聚乙烯醇膜的异味。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
Claims (10)
1.聚乙烯醇热塑性树脂,其特征在于,按照质量份计,包括100份聚乙烯醇、10-45份增塑剂、0.1-1份抗氧化剂、0.01-0.1份碱和0.05-5份加工助剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯醇热塑性树脂,其特征在于,所述加工助剂包括表面活性剂、内增塑剂和开口剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的聚乙烯醇热塑性树脂,其特征在于,表面活性剂、内增塑剂和开口剂的质量比为1-10:1-5:1-5。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的聚乙烯醇热塑性树脂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂包括-SO3Na基团。
5.根据权利要求4所述的聚乙烯醇热塑性树脂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂还包括烷基葡糖苷、脂肪酸甘油酯、脂肪酸山梨坦和聚山梨酯中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的聚乙烯醇热塑性树脂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂包括含有-SO3Na基团的物质和聚山梨酯。
7.根据权利要求6所述的聚乙烯醇热塑性树脂,其特征在于,所述含有-SO3Na基团的物质含有碳原子数为7-18的烷基。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的聚乙烯醇热塑性树脂,其特征在于,含有-SO3Na基团的物质和聚山梨酯的质量比为0.5-2:1。
9.权利要求1-8任一项所述聚乙烯醇热塑性树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A.预处理:先将聚乙烯醇用溶剂浸泡后离心、干燥;
B.造粒成型:将100份经预处理的聚乙烯醇和10-45份增塑剂混合并塑化,随后加入0.1-1份抗氧化剂、0.01-0.1份碱和0.05-5份加工助剂并混合均匀,然后造粒成型。
10.权利要求1-8任一项所述聚乙烯醇热塑性树脂在膜中的应用。
