The feed dog 251 and the outer presser drive source 74 drive the outer presser 71 to press and loosen the sewn fabric on the platen 60, and the outer presser 71 also has the technical effect of preventing the sewn fabric from sliding down to the ground and being stained when the presser 161 is in a lifting state. After the presser foot 161 and the feed dog 251 cooperate to finish sewing, the outer presser foot 71 is firstly put down, and then the presser foot 161 is lifted, so that the sewing cloth is positioned on the bedplate 60, and the loss of the sewing cloth caused by falling to the ground is ensured.
The outer presser foot 71 is pressed around the presser foot 161, and the outer presser foot 71 is either circular or square or semicircular or irregular, etc., and in any case, the presser foot 161 is enclosed within the outer presser foot 71. The outer presser foot 71 is connected with an outer presser foot connecting rod 72, the outer presser foot connecting rod 72 is connected with a fixing plate 73, the fixing plate 73 is connected with an output shaft of an outer presser foot driving source 74, the outer presser foot driving source 74 executes suction and discharge actions to drive the fixing plate 73 to displace, the fixing plate 73 pushes the outer presser foot connecting rod 72 again, and the outer presser foot connecting rod 72 is linked with the outer presser foot 71, so that the outer presser foot 71 presses or loosens the sewn cloth on the bedplate 60. In conventional sewing, the presser foot 161 sometimes needs to be lifted to replace the next starting point of sewing cloth. When the presser foot 161 is away from the cloth to be sewn, the prior art is that the operator presses the cloth to be sewn by hand, which has a technical problem of inconvenient operation and reduces the precision of the next seam starting point. The present application specifically proposes the outer presser foot mechanism 70 described above to assist the sewing operation described above, improving the accuracy and stability of changing the sewing point.
Embodied in fig. 1-5 is a bobbin thread mechanism 20 of the present application. The bobbin thread mechanism 20 has a fixed base 23 and a bobbin thread driving motor 24, a feed dog unit 25, a rotating shuttle unit 26 and a thread trimming unit 27 are provided in the fixed base 23, and the feed dog unit 25, the rotating shuttle unit 26 and the thread trimming unit 27 are also components of the bobbin thread mechanism 20. The bobbin thread driving motor 24 is fixed on the fixing support 61, an output shaft of the bobbin thread driving motor 24 penetrates through a bottom plate of the fixing support 61 and is connected with the fixing seat 23, the bobbin thread driving motor 24 is installed on the bobbin thread mechanism 20, and the fixing seat 23 (the bobbin thread mechanism 20) rotates along with the driving of the bobbin thread driving motor 24. The lower thread driving motor 24 controlled by the controller 50 drives the fixed base 23 to rotate together with the feed dog assembly 25, the rotary shuttle assembly 26 and the thread trimming assembly 27 inside the fixed base 23 at the time of sewing. In combination with the needle threading mechanism 10, the bottom thread driving motor 24 rotates cooperatively with the machine head 11 on the fixed seat 23 under the control of the controller 50, so as to realize the diversified sewing of stitches.
The feed dog assembly 25 shown in fig. 5 to 11 includes a feed dog 251, a support frame 255, a support frame 250, a feed dog link 254, an up-down lifting motor 252, and a front-back feed motor 253, wherein the front-back feed motor 253 is fixed to the rear side of the fixed base 23, and an output end of the swing power source 253 is sleeved on a driving-end swing lever 25a of the feed dog link 254.
The feed dog assembly 25 of the present application has an up-down motor 252 and a front-back feed motor 253, and realizes the feed motion of the feed dog by means of the up-down motor 252 and the front-back feed motor 253 simultaneously and cooperatively outputting a swing source. The two swing driving sources implement non-lateral transmission of the swing source on the cloth feeding dog 251 to realize the feeding action of the cloth feeding dog, and the cloth feeding action of the existing sewing machine is realized by receiving the swing sources from two sides of the cloth feeding dog, which is the remarkable characteristic that the swing sources of the application are different from the prior art. The two swing driving sources indirectly act on the feed dog 251 to realize the feed action, wherein the lower lifting motor 252 indirectly acts on the feed dog connecting frame 254 and the feed dog 251, and the feed dog assembly 25 specifically implemented comprises the upper lifting motor 252, the lower lifting motor 253, the front and rear feed motors 253, a supporting frame 255, the feed dog connecting frame 254, a bracket 250, a first driving feed lifting cam 256, a second drive lifting cam 257 and the like. And a first drive feed lifting cam 256 and a second feed lifting cam 257 are mounted on output shafts at two ends of the up-down lifting motor 252.
The up-down lifting motor 252 is fixed on a bottom plate 211 of the fixed seat 21, the up-down lifting motor 252 indirectly acts on a bottom portion 2551 of the supporting frame 255, and a first drive feed lifting cam 256 and a second drive feed lifting cam 257 are mounted at two ends of the up-down lifting motor 252 and are arranged on two sides of the fixed seat 21. The first feed lifting cam 256 and the second feed lifting cam 257 respectively act on the two lugs 28 on the two sides of the bottom of the support frame 255. The front and rear sides of the support frame 255 are respectively provided with a support rod 25c, a bracket 250 is fixed on the bottom plate 211, the bracket 250 is positioned at the front and rear parts of the up-down lifting motor 252, a groove 25d is formed at the top of the bracket 250 and used for supporting the support rod 25c, and the whole support frame 255 is supported by the groove 25 d. The up-down lifting motor 252 controlled by the controller 60 rotates to drive the first feed lifting cam 256 and the second feed lifting cam 257 to rotate, and the first feed lifting cam 256 and the second feed lifting cam 257 have the structural characteristics of unequal diameters, so that the support frame 255 can swing up and down to meet the requirement of the feed dog 251 and is limited in the groove 25d, and the feed dog 251 can be driven to swing up and down.
A back and forth swing device is installed on an output shaft of the front and rear cloth feeding motor 253 to realize the back and forth swing motion of the cloth feeding dog 251. The above-mentioned support 255 and the feed dog link 254 are movably fitted, and the back-and-forth swing device of this embodiment is specifically: the fixed copper sleeves 259 are provided at both ends of the upper portion of the support frame 255, and the front and rear cloth feeding motors 253 are provided at the sides of the support frame 255. The feed dog 251 is fixedly connected to the upper side of the feed dog connecting frame 254, and the copper bush swinging rod 25b and the driving end swinging rod 25a which are arranged at the two ends of the feed dog connecting frame 254 are respectively arranged on the fixed copper bushes 259 which are arranged at the two ends of the supporting frame 255, namely the feed dog connecting frame 254 is movably matched with the supporting frame 255. The feed dog connecting frame 254 is movably connected with a connecting rod 25f, the connecting rod 25f is movably connected with a rotary disc 25e, the connecting rod 25f is movably connected with the eccentric position of the rotary disc 25e, and the rotary disc 25e is fixed on the output shaft of the front and rear feed motors 253. The front and rear feed motors 253 controlled by the controller 60 drive the rotary disc 25e to drive the connecting rod 25f, and the movable connecting rod 25f swings to enable the feed dog connecting frame 254 to swing back and forth to meet the feeding requirement of the feed dog 251, so that the feed dog 251 swings back and forth.
The forward and backward swinging motion of the forward and backward feed motor 253 and the upward and downward swinging motion of the upward and downward elevating motor 252 are transmitted to the feed dog 251 through the feed dog link 254 and are confined in the recess 25d, thereby forming the feed dog 251 in a feed motion state, and realizing the feed motion of the feed dog 251 of the present flat sewing machine.
The fixing seat 21 further has a needle plate 258 connected with the fixing seat 21 as a whole, and the feed dog 251 operates in the needle plate 258.
The vertical movement source transmitted from the vertical movement motor 252 and the front and rear movement sources transmitted from the front and rear cloth feeding motors 253 are indirectly acted on the cloth feeding dog 251 together by the vertical movement motor 252 and the controller 60, thereby realizing the cloth feeding action of the cloth feeding dog 251 of the sewing machine. The up-down lifting motor 252 and the front-back cloth feeding motor 253 are controlled by the controller 60 to realize programmed control on the adjustment of the sewing needle pitch, so that the traditional method for adjusting the needle pitch of the original sewing machine is overcome, meanwhile, the separation of a mechanical transmission mechanism of the sewing machine is realized, the technical defect that the complex mechanical transmission mechanism of the existing sewing machine needs a lubricating system for paving when the mechanism is operated is overcome, the manufacturing difficulty of the sewing machine is greatly reduced, and the sewing machine has epoch-making technical value.
Fig. 9 fig. 10 and 11 show a schematic view of a first multi-stage cam 91 and a second multi-stage cam 92 of the feed dog assembly 25 of the present application. The multi-step cam one 91 and the multi-step cam two 92 have the same shape and size, but the multi-step cam one 91 and the multi-step cam two 92 are installed at both ends of the ascent and descent motor 252 at different positions and angles. In fig. 10, the adjustment high point 912 of the multi-stage cam two 92 abuts against the bump 28, and the adjustment low point 913 of the multi-stage cam one 91 abuts against the bump 28, and the up-down moving motor 252 in operation transmits the feeding motion of the feed dog 251 in a backward tilting state.
In contrast, in fig. 11, the low adjustment point 913 of the multi-stage cam two 92 abuts on the projection 28, the high adjustment point 912 of the multi-stage cam one 91 abuts on the projection 28, and the feed operation in the forward tilting state is transmitted to the feed dog 251 by the up-down lift motor 252 under operation.
In fig. 14 and 15, the rotating shuttle assembly 26 has a floating rotating shuttle 261, a rotating shuttle fixing seat 265, an anti-slip cover plate 266, a thread stand 268, a rotating shuttle power source 262 and a hook 263. In fig. 12 and 13, the thread trimming assembly 27 includes a rotary shuttle power source 262, a hollow rotary shaft 267, a push-type cutter holder 270, a thread trimming power source 271, a thread trimming link 272, a second elastic member 273, a main cutter 274, a main push-type cutter link 275, a sub-cutter 276, a thread trimming holder 277, a main push-type cutter holder 278, and a sub-push-type cutter link 279. When the sewing is finished, the controller 50 can start the thread cutting operation when the rotating shuttle power source 262 rotates for the last circle, firstly, the thread cutting power source 271 is started to push the thread cutting connecting rod 272, and the pushing block 272a arranged at the front end of the thread cutting connecting rod 272 reaches the notch 262c arranged on the hollow rotating shaft 267, so that the rotating hollow rotating shaft 267 drives the thread cutting connecting rod 272 to rotate. The rotating shear link 272 pushes against the secondary push link 279 and the primary push link 275, thereby pushing against the primary push blade holder 278 and the push blade holder 270. The main push-type broach tool rest 278 and the push-type broach tool rest 270 are respectively connected with the main knife 274 and the push-type secondary knife 276, and the lower main knife 274 and the push-type secondary knife 276 are pushed oppositely by the main push-type broach tool rest 278 and the push-type broach tool rest 270 to complete the thread cutting action. The thread trimming link 272 has a link end 272b hinged to the main push link 275, the sub push link 279 hinged to the middle position of the thread trimming link 272, and a slide slot 272c at the middle position of the thread trimming link 272, the slide slot 272c is matched with the slide rod 262a arranged on the rotating shuttle power source 262 or the thread trimming power source bracket 27e, and the elastic member two 273 and the thread trimming power source bracket 27e and the thread trimming link 272 are further provided with elastic members two 273. The thread cutting power source 271 immediately returns to the original position after the thread cutting operation is completed, and the thread cutting link 272, the main knife 274, and the push sub-knife 276 also return to the original position.

In fig. 20, the sewing machine of the present application has a round head buttonhole sewing function, which is substantially the same as the flat head buttonhole sewing function of fig. 15 described above, except that a circular stitch of the pattern seam is left from the last point b3 to the point b 4.
In fig. 21, the sewing machine of the present application has one of the zigzag sewing functions, the stitch length is kept constant during the sewing process, the feed dog starts sewing on the first needle, the second needle rotates by a certain angle at the same stitch length and then sews, and the third needle rotates by the same stitch length to an angle parallel to the first needle to continue sewing until all sewing is completed.
FIG. 22 shows a second embodiment of the present invention, in which the sewing machine has a zigzag sewing function, the stitch length is automatically adjusted during sewing, the next stitch length is increased by a fixed value from the previous stitch length, the feed dog starts from a large angle and the next stitch is decreased by a fixed value from the previous stitch length to perform a back and forth sewing operation, thereby forming a zigzag seam.
