Description

Non-woven fabric containing antibacterial and antiviral substances and mask prepared from non-woven fabric
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of masks, and particularly relates to a non-woven fabric containing a sterilizing and antiviral substance and a mask prepared from the non-woven fabric.
Background
Starting from the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia, the mask plays a vital role in aspects of sanitary protection, infection control and the like, and becomes an indispensable medical protective product for the daily life of the public. The demand for masks is increasing, but masks on the market are not uniform. The traditional mask can filter larger dust and droplets in the air inhaled by a human body through the physical isolation effect, but can not well block bacteria and viruses in the air; some masks can adhere viruses and bacteria to the surface by a physical method of electrostatic adsorption of fibers, but cannot kill the bacteria and the viruses. Meanwhile, the disposable mask on the market has high occupancy rate, high use degree, high replacement rate and high abandonment rate, and not only wastes resources but also wastes more wastes when being frequently replaced. Especially, bacteria and viruses infected on the mask worn by a patient with a new crown remain on the mask, and if the treatment is not proper, secondary pollution can be caused.
Therefore, the sterilizing and antiviral mask meets the requirements of the market and the environment of new coronary epidemic situation. An ultraviolet sterilization mask in the chinese patent document CN202010165297, a sterilization component and an ultraviolet sterilization mask in the chinese patent document CN202110228796, but when ultraviolet rays are generated, it will cause a certain harm to human body, for example, oxygen in the air will generate ozone, and cause a bad symptom of dizziness and nausea.
The sterilization mask and the preparation method thereof in the Chinese patent document CN202010870829 practical examination integrate the natural biological characteristics of the acceptor-rich ZnO micron tube and the graphene oxide, and the acceptor-rich ZnO micron tube can be integrated in the mask interlayer and cannot fall off to enter the human body, so that the adsorption capacity of the mask is improved, the mask has a good sterilization effect, and the protection capacity of the mask is improved. This only cuts off the germ transmission path, promotes the adsorption and adhesion of the mask, and does not really kill the bacteria and viruses adhered to the mask.

In step S2, ultrasonic heating is used in foam impregnation, the heating temperature is 25-70 ℃, the heating power is 4-30KW, the ultrasonic time is 0.5-3h, and the stirring speed is 30-150 r/min.
The fiber is one or mixture of type 1.5D 38MM or type 1.2D 38 MM.
The fiber is a mixture of the model 1.5D 38MM and the model 1.2D 38MM, and the proportion of the model 1.5D 38MM is more than or equal to 50%.
The invention also comprises a mask prepared from the non-woven fabric, wherein the mask comprises an inner layer and an outer layer which are prepared from the non-woven fabric, and melt-blown cloth arranged between the inner layer and the outer layer.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the invention, through the special processes of foam impregnation and secondary impregnation, the antibacterial and antiviral substance solution and the PET polyester fiber are fully combined through the adhesive in the foam impregnation process, so that the antibacterial and antiviral substance can be fully distributed in a non-woven fabric grid structure, the dispersibility is good, the adhesion is good, and the antibacterial and antiviral effect is stable; and the stiffness of the fiber is improved through secondary dipping, so that the mask is more suitable for use, and meanwhile, the sterilizing and antiviral substances are locked on the surface of the fiber and are not easy to fall off.
Simultaneously, the adhesive has good initial adhesion effect, can release certain combined acting force, enables the sterilization and anti-virus substances to be released, reduces the contact time of the sterilization and anti-virus substances with bacteria and viruses, and can shorten the time for detecting the sterilization capacity of the mask.
Preferably, the adhesive is selected from biological starch adhesive, and has the advantages of high bonding strength, high drying speed, no alkali return, no moisture return and convenient use. The starch adhesive is mixed with other adhesives, so that the sterilizing substance is not only tightly embedded in the fiber, but also not easy to fall off, and the safety is guaranteed; meanwhile, microorganisms adhered to the non-woven fabric can be quickly killed through the characteristic of good rehydration performance under the condition of a certain strong external force.
The type 1.5D 38MM and the type 1.2D 38MM or a mixture are adopted as the fibers in the mask, and the non-woven fabric for the mask is light and thin, small in breathing resistance and light in weight, so that short fibers of the type 1.5D 38MM and the type 1.2D 38MM are selected, and the non-woven fabric has good antistatic property, cohesive property and opening property, and the fibers reach zero defects; the fiber has reasonable breaking strength and elongation under the process conditions and process parameters, and ensures that the cloth cover has good tearing strength and extensibility.
The invention can ensure that the sterilizing and antiviral substances are well, long-acting and stably distributed on the non-woven fabric, not only can cut off the transmission of bacteria and viruses, but also can kill the viruses and microorganisms adhered on the mask, and the mask has no odor and has the function of deodorization after being worn for a long time. It has the function of killing various bacteria and viruses, including gram-negative bacteria, gram-positive bacteria, fungi and viruses, such as staphylococcus aureus with bacteriostasis rate higher than 90%, colibacillus with bacteriostasis rate higher than 90%, influenza virus, HPV, coronavirus, human coronavirus, etc.
The invention provides a mask capable of continuously sterilizing for a long time, and the air permeability is 2300-6343 mm/s; longitudinal elongation > 50N/5 CM; the transverse elongation is more than 5N/5CM, and the thickness (0.16-0.36 MM) + -0.04. The mask can not only adhere and intercept endogenous or exogenous bacteria and viruses, but also effectively kill the bacteria and the viruses adhered to the mask through the inner and outer layers of the sterilization non-woven fabrics. The sterilizing and antiviral mask can effectively kill bacteria and viruses adhered to or intercepted by the mask. Meanwhile, the mask can be long-lasting, the loss of the mask is reduced, the waste of resources is reduced, and the transmission of viruses or bacteria generated when the mask is discarded can be avoided. Through the inside and outside two-layer non-woven fabrics that disinfect (outmost and close skin layer), can effectively kill external bacterium and virus, also can kill the bacterium and the virus of new crown patient's exhalation in gauze mask inside.
The air permeability of the non-woven fabrics at the innermost layer and the outermost layer of the sterilizing and antiviral mask is 2300-6343mm/s, the middle layer with strong resistance is added for melt-spraying, the air resistance is small, and the pressure difference P for gas exchange at the two sides of the mask is not more than 49 Pa.
