Abstract

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of masks, and particularly relates to a non-woven fabric containing a sterilizing and antiviral substance and a mask prepared from the non-woven fabric.
Background
Starting from the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia, the mask plays a vital role in aspects of sanitary protection, infection control and the like, and becomes an indispensable medical protective product for the daily life of the public. The demand for masks is increasing, but masks on the market are not uniform. The traditional mask can filter larger dust and droplets in the air inhaled by a human body through the physical isolation effect, but can not well block bacteria and viruses in the air; some masks can adhere viruses and bacteria to the surface by a physical method of electrostatic adsorption of fibers, but cannot kill the bacteria and the viruses. Meanwhile, the disposable mask on the market has high occupancy rate, high use degree, high replacement rate and high abandonment rate, and not only wastes resources but also wastes more wastes when being frequently replaced. Especially, bacteria and viruses infected on the mask worn by a patient with a new crown remain on the mask, and if the treatment is not proper, secondary pollution can be caused.
Therefore, the sterilizing and antiviral mask meets the requirements of the market and the environment of new coronary epidemic situation. An ultraviolet sterilization mask in the chinese patent document CN202010165297, a sterilization component and an ultraviolet sterilization mask in the chinese patent document CN202110228796, but when ultraviolet rays are generated, it will cause a certain harm to human body, for example, oxygen in the air will generate ozone, and cause a bad symptom of dizziness and nausea.
The sterilization mask and the preparation method thereof in the Chinese patent document CN202010870829 practical examination integrate the natural biological characteristics of the acceptor-rich ZnO micron tube and the graphene oxide, and the acceptor-rich ZnO micron tube can be integrated in the mask interlayer and cannot fall off to enter the human body, so that the adsorption capacity of the mask is improved, the mask has a good sterilization effect, and the protection capacity of the mask is improved. This only cuts off the germ transmission path, promotes the adsorption and adhesion of the mask, and does not really kill the bacteria and viruses adhered to the mask.
