Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a flowchart of an information display method 100 provided in an embodiment of the disclosure, where the method 100 includes:
step S120: at least one associated user associated with the first task information of the first user is determined.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the first task information may be first user-created task information. When creating the first task information, the first user may set an association subject of the task, such as a performer of the task, an auditor, etc., so as to associate the first task information with at least one associated user.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the first user may input task content in the task information when creating the first task information, and input a combination of a specific character and a name, which may be regarded as a user identification, the at least one associated user being determined by the user identification corresponding to the first task information.
It should be noted that, the user identifier of the at least one associated user may be directly included in the first task information, or may be further included in sub-task information of the first task information or other information corresponding to the first task information, which is not limited herein.
For example, in one embodiment, user a may set the first task information to "promote core service revenue" and simultaneously input "@ user B, user C" in the first task information or at a location corresponding to the first task information, making user B and user C associated users of the first task information.
For another example, in another embodiment, the user a may further set the subtask information of the first task information, for example, set the subtask information of the first task information "increase core service revenue" to "product revenue exceeds 8000 ten thousand yuan", and input "@ user B, @ user C" in the subtask information or at a position corresponding to the subtask information, so that the user B and the user C become associated users of the first task information.
In some embodiments, the at least one associated user associated with the first task information may be a user having an association with the first user. For example, the first user may be a member within a team or department having a particular role or playing a particular role, such as a leader of the team or department, and the at least one associated user may be another member of the team or department. Or, the content of the task information of at least one associated user has an association relationship with the content of the first task information. For example, a first user's task is targeted to complete an a-task and an associated user's task is targeted to a task related to the a-task.
Step S140: responsive to the task information of a second user of the at least one associated user not establishing an association with the first task information, displaying reminding information in an association control of the first task information; the association relation control of the first task information is used for displaying task information of at least one associated user after triggering.
In one embodiment, the second user may be any one of the at least one associated user. In another embodiment, the second user may be a target associated user of the at least one associated user, such as a performer of the task mentioned in the first task information.
In some embodiments, the user may create task information and associate the created task information with first task information created by the first user by performing an association operation. The task information on which the association operation is performed may be displayed after the association control is triggered.
In this embodiment, the fact that the task information of the second user does not establish an association relationship with the first task information may at least include the following two cases: (1) From a preset time point, the second user does not create task information, or (2) the second user does not associate any created task information with the first task information, for example, the second user does not associate the filled task information with the first task information through an association operation although one or more task information is filled in by the second user.
The preset time point may specifically include, but is not limited to, a time point when the first task information is created or a time point after the creation, or a time starting point preset for each user to create the task information, or a time starting point of a task cycle corresponding to the relevant task.
Illustratively, taking OKR (Objectives and Key Results) item management tool as an example, task information having an association relationship may be task information to which an alignment operation is performed. In the OKR project management tool, team a may set its own work goal a (e.g., "push digital office"), and an internal member of team a or other team member may set its own work goal a (e.g., "establish digital approval process") and perform an alignment operation with work goal a, thereby bringing the whole team or team to the next heart and head.
In some embodiments, the alert information may include, but is not limited to, preset text information, image information, multimedia information, and the like. For example, the reminding information may include a color display scheme preconfigured for the association control, for example, when the association user with the first task information does not create the second task information with the preset association relation with the first task information, the association control may be caused to display a preset orange or red outline color and/or filling color.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, by determining at least one associated user associated with the first task information, in response to the existence of an association between the task information and the first task information, the reminder information is displayed in the association control for displaying the task information of the associated user after triggering, so that the user can be intuitively reminded that the associated user does not associate the first task information currently, and the user can conveniently and quickly master the association situation of the current first task information.
In some embodiments, the association control is configured to display, after being triggered, task information of an associated user that has established an association with the first task information. The user can check the task information of the associated user, which has established the association relation with the first task information, through triggering the association relation control.
In some embodiments, the method 100 further comprises:
and responding to the triggering of the association relation control for displaying the reminding information, and displaying a first reminding view corresponding to the second user.
For example, the first reminder view may display a user identification of the second user, preset reminder information, and/or task information created by the second user.
According to the research of the inventor, related project management tools, such as OKR project management tools, etc., can provide an association view (or "alignment view") of task information which is associated (or "aligned") between different users, however, these association views only can display task information which is already associated with target task information and user information thereof, and cannot display task information or user information thereof which is supposed to be but is not yet associated with target task information, so that it is unclear to the users which users have not yet been associated with target task information.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, if the task information of the second user in the at least one associated user does not establish an association relationship with the first task information, the reminder information is displayed in the association relationship control, and after the association relationship control is triggered, not only the task information associated with the first task information, but also the first reminder view corresponding to the second user not associated with the first task information is displayed, so that the current user can quickly master the specific association condition and association progress of the first task information, and further facilitate the associated user of the first task information to create the second task information in time.
Referring to fig. 2, a view 10 of the first task information displays "push digital office" of the first task information created by the first user "a", and the view 10 also corresponds to an association control 11. The association control 11 may display the number "4" indicating that the current first task information is associated with 4 associated users, e.g., the first task information is currently associated with associated users "B", "C", "D", "E" (not shown in fig. 2).
Referring to fig. 3, when the association control 11 is triggered, a first reminder view 200, 300 is displayed along with a view 400, 500 of task information of the associated user that has established an association with the first task information. Wherein, the view 400 displays the task information "full use online document" with the associated user "D" having established an association relationship with the first task information; view 500 shows that there is task information "push on-line approval" created by association user "E" that has established an association relationship with the first task information. The first reminder views 200, 300 correspond to the associated user "B" and the associated user "C", respectively, to remind the current user that the associated user "B" and the associated user "C" have not created the second task information.
Wherein, as the associated user "B" has not filled in task information from the preset time point, the first reminder view 200 displays the preset reminder information "temporary not filled in"; because the associated user "C" fills out a plurality of task information, but does not establish an association between any one of the filled-in task information and the first task information through the association operation, the first reminder view 300 may display the task information "perform paperless office" and "promote revenue by 50%" which is filled out by the associated user "C but does not establish an association, so as to remind the current user. Preferably, the first reminder view 300 can display task information that the second user has created but does not establish an association with any task information.
In some embodiments, the first reminder view displays a first reminder identification; and the first reminding identifier is used for reminding the second user to establish the association relation between the task information of the second user and the first task information after being triggered.
Illustratively, referring to FIG. 3, first reminder views 200 and 300 are displayed with first reminder identifications 210 and 310, respectively. The current user may trigger the first alert identifier 210 to alert the user "B" to create and associate task information with the first task information; the current user may also trigger the first reminder identification 310 for reminding the user "C" to create task information or to associate created task information with the first task information.
In one embodiment, after the user triggers the first reminder identification, the system may automatically send a system message to the second user to remind the second user.
In some embodiments, the first reminder view is displayed with a cancel reminder identifier, and the cancel reminder identifier is used for canceling the display of the first reminder view.
Illustratively, referring to FIG. 3, the first reminder views 200 and 300 are displayed with cancel reminder identifications 220 and 320, respectively. The current user may cancel the display of the first reminder views 200 and 300 by triggering the cancel reminder identifications 220 and 320, respectively.
In some embodiments, if the second user does not create task information from a preset time point, the first reminder view displays preset reminder information; or if the second user does not establish the association relationship between the created task information and the first task information, the first reminding view displays the task information created by the second user.
For example, referring to fig. 3, from a preset time point, the user "B" does not currently create any task information, and the corresponding first reminder view 200 may display preset reminder information, such as "temporary filling; although the user "C" has created the task information "perform paperless office" and the task information "promote the revenue by 50%", the user "C" does not associate the task information created by the user "C" with the first task information, and at this time, the first reminder view 300 may display the task information created by the user "C", so that the current user may learn the task information created by the user "C" through the first reminder view.
Further, in some embodiments, the task information created by the second user and displayed in the first alert view is task information created by the second user but not associated with any task information.
Further, in some embodiments, the task information created by the second user displayed in the first alert view is task information created by the second user from the preset point in time.
In some embodiments, if the second user does not create the task information from the preset time point, the first reminder view displays preset reminder information, including: if the second user does not create task information from a preset time point and the second user does not have the authority to view the first task information, the first reminding view displays first reminding information; or if the information display method provided by one or more embodiments of the present disclosure is applied to the first client and the second user does not belong to the authorized user of the first client, the first alert view displays the second alert information.
For example, the first hint information may include "not filled in temporarily" and "the user does not have authority to view your task information"; the second prompt may include "scratch" and "the user is not authorized to use tool A".
In this embodiment, when the second user does not create task information from a preset time point and the second user does not have the authority to view the first task information, the current user can be reminded to open the viewing authority of the first task information for the second user by displaying the first prompting information in the first prompting view, so that the second user associates the first task information; when the second user is not the relevant authorized user, the second prompt information is displayed in the first prompt view, so that the second user can be promoted to be timely provided with authorization for associating the first task information.
Further, in some embodiments, if the second user does not create task information from a preset time point, and the second user does not have permission to view the first task information, or if the information display method is applied to a first client and the second user does not belong to an authorized user of the first client, the first reminding view does not display the first reminding identifier.
In some embodiments, if the current user does not have the authority to view the task information of the third user in the at least one associated user, the association control is triggered to further display a second reminder view corresponding to the third user.
The third user may be any one user or a specific user of the at least one associated user, which is not limited herein.
In this embodiment, the task information of the third user may have established an association relationship with the first task information or may not have established an association relationship with the first task information, and the current user does not have permission to view the task information of the third user, and then after the association relationship control is triggered, a second reminding view corresponding to the third user is displayed to remind the current user that the current user does not have related viewing permission.
In some embodiments, if the current user does not have permission to view the task information of a third user of the at least one associated user, the reminder information is displayed in an association control of the first task information.
It should be noted that, in this disclosure, the current user may be the first user who creates the first task information, or other users who have associated task information for viewing the first task information, such as an administrator, etc., which is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, the second reminder view may display a third reminder identifier, where the third reminder identifier is used to remind the user with the right to open the viewing right of the task information of the third user for the current user after being triggered. Illustratively, the authorized user may include a third user or other user, such as a system administrator, etc.
In some embodiments, the second reminder view is displayed with a cancel reminder identifier, and the cancel reminder identifier is used for canceling the display of the second reminder view.
In some embodiments, the first reminder view corresponds to a second reminder identification; and the second reminding identifier is used for reminding the current user that the task information of the second user corresponding to the first reminding view does not establish the association relation with the first task information.
Illustratively, referring to FIG. 3, the first reminder views 200 and 300 correspond to the second reminder identifications 220 and 320, "unassociated", respectively, to indicate that the second user has not created or associated task information with the first task information since a preset point in time. In this way, by displaying the second reminding identifier corresponding to the first reminding view, the current user can know which associated user's task information has not established an association relationship with the first task information.
In some embodiments, a first connection identifier is arranged between the first reminder view and the association control, and a second connection identifier is arranged between task information of the associated user, which is displayed after the association control is triggered, and the association control, wherein the first connection identifier and the second connection identifier are different in display style.
Illustratively, referring to FIG. 3, the first connection identifier 111 between the first reminder view 200, 300 and the association control 11 is shown in dashed form, and the second connection identifier 112 between the view 400, 500 of task information of the associated user and the association control 11 is shown in solid form.
In this way, by enabling the connection identifications of different styles between the reminding view and the view of the task information and the association relation control, the user can conveniently and quickly know which task information of the associated user is already associated with the first task information, and which task information of the associated user is not yet associated with the first task information.
