Background
In the power engineering operation, the cable is connected into the distribution box, an operator cuts a circle on the outer rubber protective layer of the cable along the radial direction of the cable by using the art designing knife, in the process, the operator holds the art designing knife to rotate around the cable for a circle, the operation is not easy, meanwhile, the operation is also required to cut along the cable axis, the operation of the process is careless, the art designing knife can hurt the operator, and the existing cable wire cutting device is large in size and inconvenient to carry and transport.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to make up for the defects of the prior art and solve the problems described in the background art, the invention provides a use method for easily distinguishing cable cores, which comprises the following steps:
s1: selecting a cable, namely selecting the model and specification of the cable according to the practical engineering laying environment conditions, the system voltage level, the load property and the load condition and fully considering the engineering development degree;
s2: after the cable is selected, an outer rubber protection layer at the end part of the cable is stripped by a wire stripper according to construction operation requirements, and a cable core in the protection layer is exposed;
s3: the wire nose is extruded at the end part of the cable core by using the wire pressing pliers, and then the cable core is fixed in the distribution box through the wire nose, so that the installation of the cable is realized.
Preferably, in the step S2, when the outer rubber protection layer at the end of the cable is stripped by the stripper, the exposed length of the cable core is controlled, i.e. the exposed length of the cable core is greater than the depth of the wire nose by 4-6MM.
Preferably, the wire stripper used in S2 includes a substrate, a support column, a radial cutting mechanism and an axial cutting mechanism; the radial cutting mechanism is used for radially cutting the outer rubber protection of the cable; the axial cutting mechanism is used for radial axial cutting of the outer rubber protection of the cable; one end of the support column is fixedly connected to the central position of the substrate, a through hole is formed in the support column, and a radial cutting mechanism is arranged at one hole end of the through hole; the radial cutting mechanism comprises a fixed ring, a movable ring, a fixed seat, an adjusting bolt, a push rod, a first spring and a first cutting knife; one end of the fixed ring is fixedly connected to one hole end of the through hole, the fixed ring is coaxial with the through hole, an annular groove is formed in the outer ring of the fixed ring, and the movable ring is connected in a sliding mode in the annular groove; fixing seats are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the outer ring of the movable ring, threaded holes are formed in the fixing seats, adjusting bolts are connected in the threaded holes, and one end of each adjusting bolt is attached to one end of each push rod; the push rod is connected in the threaded hole through a spring, the other end of the push rod penetrates through the fixing seat and is hinged with a first cutting knife, and the first cutting knife is disc-shaped.
Preferably, an auxiliary mechanism is arranged at the other hole end of the through hole; the auxiliary mechanism is used for fixing the cable in the through hole and comprises a sleeve and a fastening bolt; one end of the sleeve is fixedly connected to the other hole end of the through hole, the sleeve is coaxial with the through hole, the outer ring of the sleeve is symmetrically connected with the end part of the fastening bolt in a threaded manner, and the end part of the fastening bolt extends into the sleeve.
Preferably, the axial cutting mechanism comprises a hinging seat, a sliding rod, a sliding sleeve, a connecting rod, an extrusion rod, a second spring, a supporting rod and a second cutting knife; the hinge seat is fixedly connected to the central position of the upper end of the support column, the hinge seat is hinged to one end of the slide rod, the outer ring of the slide rod is connected with the sliding sleeve in a sliding manner, and one end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected to the side wall of the sliding sleeve; the side wall of connecting rod is seted up waist type hole, and the central point of sliding connection push rod is put in waist type hole, and the slide hole is seted up to the other end of connecting rod, and the slide hole inside wall passes through the lateral wall of No. two spring coupling bracing pieces, and the central point of the attached push rod of one end of bracing piece, and the other end of bracing piece articulates No. two cutting knives, and No. two cutting knives are discoid.
Preferably, a supporting plate is arranged below the fixed ring; one end of the supporting plate is fixedly connected to the side wall of the supporting column, and the other end of the supporting plate is horizontal.

Preferably, the outer flame-retardant protective layer is made of flame-retardant polyolefin materials.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
the cable is split through the cutting mechanism and the axial cutting mechanism, compared with the cable is tightly held by one hand by manual operation, the other hand-held blade is used for carrying out ring drawing cutting on the cable, the wire stripper is more convenient to use, an operator can place the cable in the through hole, a complete ring can be easily cut out on the cable through the radial cutting mechanism, and the rubber protection layer separated by cutting is split through the axial cutting mechanism.
The cable runs through the sleeve, rotates fastening bolt, and fastening bolt's tip extrudees the outer lane of cable to fix the cable in the sleeve, thereby more urgent stable between cable and the through-hole, the radial cutting mechanism of being convenient for and axial cutting mechanism are to the cutting operation of cable then.

Referring to fig. 1-4, a method of using an easily distinguishable cable core comprises the steps of:
s1: selecting a cable, namely selecting the model and specification of the cable according to the practical engineering laying environment conditions, the system voltage level, the load property and the load condition and fully considering the engineering development degree;
s2: after the cable is selected, an outer rubber protection layer at the end part of the cable is stripped by a wire stripper according to construction operation requirements, and a cable core in the protection layer is exposed;
s3: the wire nose is extruded at the end part of the cable core by using the wire pressing pliers, and then the cable core is fixed in the distribution box through the wire nose, so that the installation of the cable is realized.
As one implementation mode of the invention, when the outer rubber protective layer at the end part of the cable is stripped by the wire stripper in the S2, the exposed length of the cable core is controlled, namely the exposed length of the cable core is larger than the depth of the wire nose by 4-6MM.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the wire stripper used in S2 includes a substrate 1, a support column 2, a radial cutting mechanism 3, and an axial cutting mechanism 4; the radial cutting mechanism 3 is used for radially cutting the outer rubber protection of the cable; the axial cutting mechanism 4 is used for radial axial cutting of the outer rubber protection of the cable; one end of the support column 2 is fixedly connected to the central position of the substrate 1, a through hole 21 is formed in the support column 2, and a radial cutting mechanism 3 is arranged at one hole end of the through hole 21; the radial cutting mechanism 3 comprises a fixed ring 31, a movable ring 32, a fixed seat 33, an adjusting bolt 34, a push rod 35, a first spring 36 and a first cutting knife 37; one end of the fixed ring 31 is fixedly connected to a hole end of the through hole 21, the fixed ring 31 is coaxial with the through hole 21, an annular groove 311 is formed in the outer ring of the fixed ring 31, and the movable ring 32 is slidably connected in the annular groove 311; the outer ring of the movable ring 32 is symmetrically and fixedly connected with a fixed seat 33, a threaded hole 331 is formed in the fixed seat 33, an adjusting bolt 34 is connected in the threaded hole 331, and one end of the adjusting bolt 34 is attached to one end of a push rod 35; the push rod 35 is connected in the threaded hole 331 through a first spring 36, the other end of the push rod 35 penetrates through the fixed seat 33 and is hinged with a first cutting knife 37, and the first cutting knife 37 is disc-shaped; firstly, rotating an adjusting bolt 34, at the moment, the adjusting bolt 34 moves towards the center position far away from the movable ring 32, then the end part of the adjusting bolt 34 does not press one end of a push rod 35, simultaneously the push rod 35 and a first cutting knife 37 move towards the center position far away from the movable ring 32 under the elastic force of a first spring 36, then one end of a cable is inserted into a through hole 21, after the distance between the end part of the cable and one hole end of the through hole 21 is adjusted, the adjusting bolt 34 rotates, at the moment, the adjusting bolt 34 moves towards the center position of the movable ring 32, then the adjusting bolt 34 presses the push rod 35, the first cutting knife 37 presses the outer rubber protection layer of the cable, then the movable ring 32 is pushed by hands to rotate around a fixed ring 31, at the moment, the two symmetrical first cutting knives 37 rotate around the outer ring of the cable, simultaneously the first cutting knife 37 cuts the rubber protection layer into a complete circle, so that the outer rubber protection layer is cut and separated, then the rubber protection layer is cut and separated along the axial direction of the cut and finally the separated rubber protection layer is cut and separated by using an axial cutting mechanism; the wire stripper is more convenient to use by cutting the cable through the cutting mechanism and the axial cutting mechanism 4, compared with manually holding the cable by one hand and cutting the cable by circling the other hand by the other hand, and an operator can easily cut a complete circle on the cable through the radial cutting mechanism 3 by placing the cable in the through hole 21, and then the cut separated rubber protective layer is cut through the axial cutting mechanism 4.
As an embodiment of the present invention, an auxiliary mechanism 5 is provided at the other hole end of the through hole 21; the auxiliary mechanism 5 is used for fixing the cable in the through hole 21, and the auxiliary mechanism 5 comprises a sleeve 51 and a fastening bolt 52; one end of the sleeve 51 is fixedly connected to the other hole end of the through hole 21, the sleeve 51 is coaxial with the through hole 21, the outer ring of the sleeve 51 is symmetrically connected with the end part of the fastening bolt 52 in a threaded manner, and the end part of the fastening bolt 52 extends into the sleeve 51; after the cable with smaller diameter than the through hole 21 is inserted into the through hole 21, the cable is loose and is not easy to cut stably, therefore, before the cable is inserted into the through hole 21, the cable penetrates through the sleeve 51, the fastening bolt 52 is rotated, the end part of the fastening bolt 52 presses the outer ring of the cable and fixes the cable in the sleeve 51, so that the cable and the through hole 21 are more rapid and stable, and the cutting operation of the radial cutting mechanism 3 and the axial cutting mechanism 4 on the cable is facilitated.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the axial cutting mechanism 4 includes a hinge seat 41, a slide rod 42, a slide sleeve 43, a connecting rod 44, an extrusion rod 45, a No. two spring 46, a support rod 47, and a No. two cutter 48; the hinge seat 41 is fixedly connected to the central position of the upper end of the support column 2, the hinge seat 41 is hinged to one end of the slide rod 42, the outer ring of the slide rod 42 is in sliding connection with the sliding sleeve 43, and one end of the connecting rod 44 is fixedly connected to the side wall of the sliding sleeve 43; the side wall of the connecting rod 44 is provided with a waist-shaped hole 441, the waist-shaped hole 441 is slidably connected with the central position of the extrusion rod 45, the other end of the connecting rod 44 is provided with a sliding hole 442, the inner side wall of the sliding hole 442 is connected with the outer side wall of the supporting rod 47 through a second spring 46, one end of the supporting rod 47 is attached to the central position of the extrusion rod 45, the other end of the supporting rod 47 is hinged with a second cutting knife 48, and the second cutting knife 48 is disc-shaped; after the cable is cut by the radial cutting mechanism 3, the outer rubber protective layer of the cable is separated, then the sliding rod 42 is arranged above the cable, then the pressing rod 45 is pressed down by hand, the pressing rod 45 presses down the supporting rod 47, the supporting rod 47 presses down the No. two spring 46, meanwhile, the supporting rod 47 presses down the No. two cutting knife 48 on the rubber protective layer, then the sliding sleeve 43 is pulled to move back and forth on the sliding rod 42, at the moment, the No. two cutting knife 48 gradually cuts an opening on the rubber protective layer, and finally the separated rubber protective layer is cut.
As an embodiment of the present invention, a supporting plate 6 is disposed below the fixing ring 31; one end of the supporting plate 6 is fixedly connected to the side wall of the supporting column 2, and the other end of the supporting plate 6 is horizontal; the cable is supported by the supporting plate 6, so that the cable is in a horizontal state, and the edge No. two cutting knife 48 cuts the rubber protection layer.
As an embodiment of the present invention, a push plate 61, a connecting column 62, a third spring 63 and an adjusting screw 64 are provided at the horizontal plane position of the supporting plate 6; the push plate 61 is slidably connected to the supporting plate 6 through two connecting columns 62, and the end parts of the connecting columns 62 are connected with the lower plate surface of the supporting plate 6 through a third spring 63; the adjusting screw 64 is in threaded connection with the supporting plate 6, the end part of the adjusting screw 64 is attached to the lower plate surface of the pushing plate 61, and the adjusting screw 64 is positioned between the two connecting columns 62; when the cables are placed on the supporting plate 6, the adjusting bolts 34 are rotated, the pushing plates 61 are jacked up by the adjusting bolts 34, the cables are supported by the pushing plates 61, the adaptability of the supporting plate 6 to pushing up cables with different diameters is improved, the cables are coaxial with the movable ring 32, and the cutting operation of the edge No. two cutting knives 48 on the rubber protective layer is performed.
