Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In order to solve the problem that the existing medical diagnosis system is open to doctors, all doctors can directly check the case information of the target patient after logging in the system, and the privacy of the patient is invaded, please refer to fig. 1-5, and the following preferred technical scheme is provided:
a medical diagnosis system capable of encrypting privacy of patients comprises a central processing module 1 for controlling operation, a user login module 2 electrically connected with the central processing module 1, and a data storage module 3 for storing data, wherein the data storage module 3 is electrically connected with an information acquisition module 4, and the information acquisition module 4 is used for collecting basic information of patients to assist in building case files; the central processing module 1 is electrically connected with a doctor service module 5, an encryption protection module 6, a verification module 7 and an access authorization module 8 in sequence, and the doctor service module 5 is used for a doctor to perform corresponding diagnosis service on a patient; the encryption protection module 6 is used for carrying out encryption protection on the collected and stored patient case information; a verification module 7 for performing identity verification on a doctor who accesses to view patient case information; the access authorization module 8 is used for performing access authorization on doctors who the patients agree to view the own case information; the central processing module 1 is also electrically connected with an access recording module 9 which is used for recording the access track of a doctor for accessing and checking the patient case information in real time; the central processing module 1 is electrically connected with the registration module 10, the payment module 11 and the display module 12, and the registration module 10 registers a user for appointment when the patient checks the body; the payment module 11 is used for paying various fees of the patient on line during treatment; the display module 12 displays various data information when the user operates the diagnostic system; the central processing module 1 is also electrically connected with a report printing module 13 and a one-key calling module 14, and the report printing module 13 is used for printing and outputting a patient examination report; the one-touch calling module 14 is used for calling medical staff to perform diagnosis and treatment services for patients; the payment module 11 is electrically connected to a pharmacy system 15, and the pharmacy system 15 is used for packing and servicing medicines for patients.
The verification module 7 comprises an identity verification module 71 and a secret key verification module 72, wherein the identity verification module 71 is used for performing identity verification based on face recognition on a doctor who visits and views patient case information, the secret key verification module 72 is used for verifying a random secret key held by the doctor who visits and views patient case information, the secret key is divided into a doctor private key and a doctor public key, and the doctor private key and the doctor public key are respectively used for verification when the doctor mainly attending the patient and other doctors visit and view the patient case information.
The information acquisition module 4 comprises a camera module 41 for shooting and acquiring information and a voice input module 42 for inputting information in voice, an electronic case module 43 and an information confirmation module 44 are further arranged in the information acquisition module 4, and the electronic case module 43 is used for generating an electronic case for recording patient condition data; the information confirmation module 44 is used for the patient to verify and confirm the electronic case information, and upload the electronic case to the diagnosis system for storage after confirmation.
Specifically, a patient user inputs own basic information and illness state information into the data storage module 3 through a camera shooting acquisition and voice input mode based on the information acquisition module 4, electronic case information is led into the data storage module 3, and the data storage module 3 records a patient information retention system in an image and text recording mode; the patient information is stored in the system and then encrypted and protected by the encryption protection module 6, the encryption protection module 6 generates a set of doctor private key and doctor public key, and the doctor private key and the doctor public key are randomly distributed to a main doctor and other doctors of the patient; the main patient doctor obtains a random doctor private key after logging in the diagnosis system, and the main patient doctor directly enters the doctor service module 5 for diagnosis operation after logging in the system for identity verification according to the private key in the validity period of one week and checks the patient information recorded in the data storage module 3; other doctors log in the diagnosis system when wanting to check patient case information, a single effective doctor public key is randomly obtained, identity verification is carried out according to the public key logging in the system, after the identity verification is successful, the central processing module 1 submits an access application to an access authorization module 8 of a patient user terminal, the patient carries out autonomous authorization according to the reason submitted by the doctor, after the authorization is successful, the doctor enters the system to call the case information stored in the data storage module 3, encryption protection is carried out through the encryption protection module 6, the main doctor and other doctors are verified by adopting a random time-efficient doctor private key and a random public key and combining face identification, except that the main doctor directly knows the patient condition information, other doctors can check the case information after the access authorization of the patient, and the confidentiality of the patient case information is greatly enhanced.
In order to solve the problems that the case information recorded by the existing medical system is only suitable for the hospital in current visit, the authenticity of the case information recorded by the patient in the hospital is questioned after the patient is treated by transferring, the referential degree of the case is greatly reduced, and the treatment to the patient is affected, please refer to fig. 1 and 6-8, the following preferred technical scheme is provided:
the doctor service module 5 comprises a case archive module 51 for retrieving and calling patient case information and a diagnosis module 52 for diagnosing the patient's condition, a medical advice module 53, a drug order module 54 and a push module 55 are sequentially arranged in the doctor service module 5, and the medical advice module 53 is used for a doctor to prescribe medical advice after the doctor diagnoses and treats the patient and inform the patient of cautionary matters during the treatment period; a drug order module 54 for the doctor to set up a list of corresponding treatment drugs for the patient's condition; the pushing module 55 is used for pushing the list of the medicines into the pharmacy system 15 after the doctor prescribes the medicines for the patient; and a file transfer module 56 is also arranged in the doctor service module 5 and is used for transferring and docking patient case information between main doctors of the patient when the patient machine performs transfer treatment.
The case file module 51 comprises a backup recording module 511 for backing up and recording the patient case information and a modification application module 512 for modifying the patient case information, the case file module 51 is also internally provided with a modification abstract module 513, a big data comparison module 514 and an alarm module 515, and the modification abstract module 513 is used for listing modification abstract and marking modification information when a doctor modifies the patient case data; the big data comparison module 514 is used for comparing big data of the case data which is backed up and stored according to the marked modification abstract, and checking whether the modification abstract is consistent with the modification; and the alarm module 515 is used for alarming when the modified abstract is checked to be inconsistent with the modification, and reminding a doctor to modify the patient case data according to the modified abstract.
Specifically, the backup recording module 511 backups the patient case information, a doctor needs to apply before modifying the patient case data, an administrator agrees to enter the system for modification, a modification abstract is listed in the modification abstract module 513 and indicates modification information during modification, a big data comparison module 514 performs big data comparison on the backed-up and stored case data according to the indicated modification abstract after the data is modified according to the abstract, whether the modification abstract is consistent with the modification is checked, an alarm module 515 alarms when the modification abstract is inconsistent with the modification abstract, the doctor is reminded to modify the patient case data according to the modification abstract, the patient is transferred, and the transfer application of the patient case file provided by the main doctor in the hospital is received; after the patient is transferred out of the hospital to receive the application and agree, the primary doctor who is responsible for the patient before the hospital carries out file transfer operation; the method comprises the steps that a receiving main doctor in a hospital receives case information of a patient, the patient checks to confirm whether the case archive is real and complete, a complete archive retaining system submits a secondary application for rechecking when the case archive is incomplete, the main doctor in a transfer-out hospital carries out case tracing and retransmission of the patient, and under the premise of ensuring the great confidentiality of the patient case, case data of the patient are strictly controlled to prevent malicious tampering of a person through case transfer docking of the main doctor before and after the transfer, the reality and the completeness of the case information transfer of the patient are ensured, and the patient can be quickly treated after the transfer.
In order to avoid the problem that germs on the patient are transferred to the operation screen of the equipment when information is input by voice and cause cross infection to the patient who uses the equipment subsequently, as shown in fig. 9-11, the following preferred technical solutions are provided:
information acquisition module 4 carries out information acquisition based on collection equipment 16, collection equipment 16 includes base 161 and sets up in organism 162 of base 161 upper end, be provided with touch screen display 163 on the lateral wall of organism 162, camera 164 and sound conduction hole 165 have set gradually on the lateral wall of organism 162 of touch screen display 163 top, base 161 top both sides in the organism 162 outside are provided with fixed plate 166, the activity is provided with flip 167 between the fixed plate 166 lateral wall, flip 167 is close to the both ends of touch screen display 163 one side outer wall and has swing joint to have movable connecting rod 168 respectively, the end of movable connecting rod 168 swing joint is on the both ends lateral wall of disinfection piece 169 respectively, the activity block in spacing 1610 spout on the organism 162 lateral wall in both ends of disinfection piece 169.
The end of the outer wall of one side of the movable connecting rod 168, away from the flip 167, is provided with a cushion block 1611, and the outer walls of the two sides of the fixed end of the flip 167 on the same side of the cushion block 1611 are respectively provided with a magnetic column 1612, the top of the base 161 is provided with a jack 1613 corresponding to the magnetic column 1612 respectively, when the magnetic column 1612 is inserted into the jack 1613, the flip 167 is horizontally arranged with the base 161, and the bottom of the cushion block 1611 is flush with the lower end of the base 161.
The disinfecting piece 169 comprises a shell 1691 movably connected to the tail end of the movable connecting rod 168 and a partition 1692 arranged between the side walls of the shell 1691, the top of the partition 1692 is provided with a miniature atomizer 1693, a liquid extracting pipe 1694 of the miniature atomizer 1693 penetrates through and extends into a liquid storage cavity at the lower end of the partition 1692, disinfecting liquid is stored in the liquid storage cavity, and the tail end of the output cylinder of the micro atomizer 1693 is connected with a drainage tube 1695, the drainage tube 1695 is arranged in parallel to the touch screen display screen 163, the outer wall of the drainage tube 1695 near one side of the touch screen display screen 163 is uniformly provided with an air injection tube 1696, the air injection tube 1696 penetrates and extends to the outside of the shell 1691, and the outer wall of the shell 1691 outside the tail end of the air injection pipe 1696 is provided with cleaning cotton 1697, the cleaning cotton 1697 wraps the air injection pipe 1696 and is attached to the outer wall of the touch screen display screen 163, the bulges of the shell 1691 on the two sides of the cleaning cotton 1697 are movably clamped in the limiting sliding groove 1610, and the outer wall of the bulge top of the shell 1691 in the limiting sliding groove 1610 is provided with an elastic component 1698.
Specifically, a patient opens the flip 167 to deflect downwards to enable the magnetic column 1612 on the outer wall of the flip to be adsorbed and inserted into the insertion hole 1613 on the base 161, the cushion block 1611 at the bottom of the tail end of the flip 167 contacts with the desktop to keep the equipment stable, the patient clicks the touch screen display screen 163 to operate, the movable connecting rod 168 pulls the disinfecting piece 169 to slide downwards along the touch screen display screen 163 when the flip 167 is flipped downwards, the micro atomizer 1693 inside the shell 1691 is started, the micro atomizer 1693 extracts disinfectant by using the liquor sucking pipe 1694 to atomize the disinfectant, the disinfectant is drained by the drainage pipe 1695 and then flows out from the air injection pipe 1696, the atomized disinfectant is sprayed out of the touch screen display screen 163 by the cleaning cotton 1697, the touch screen display screen 163 is sprayed out and disinfected by the movable connecting rod 168 when the flip 167 is pulled to slide upwards and downwards, the cleaning cotton 1697 is cleaned, the automatic disinfection treatment of the touch screen display screen 163 when the flip 167 is opened and closed each time is realized, and the cross infection caused by the virus of the subsequent patients is avoided, is convenient and practical.
As shown in fig. 12, the cleaning cotton 1697 includes a mounting plate 16975 and a protrusion 16975 disposed on an outer wall of one side of the mounting plate 16975, the mounting plate 16975 is fixed by the protrusion 16975 inserted into an installation groove 1699 on an outer wall of the housing 1691, and an accommodation cavity 16973 is disposed at a top of the protrusion 16975, a turntable 16974 is disposed between inner walls of two sides of the accommodation cavity 16973, a metal baffle 16975 is fixedly connected to an outer wall of one side of the turntable 16975, a slot 16975 is disposed at a top of the housing 1691 corresponding to the metal baffle 16975, the slot 1699 is communicated with the installation groove 1699, the slot 16996 and the 16996 are spaced, a magnet 1699 is engaged with the magnet 1699 in the slot 16975, the magnet 16975 is engaged with the installation groove 1699, the magnet baffle 16975 is engaged with the slot 16975, the magnet 1697 is disposed on an outer wall of the mounting plate 16975, and a cutting sleeve is disposed on a side of the positioning column 16975.
Specifically, after the cleaning cotton body 169977 is sleeved on the outer wall of the positioning column 169976 in a clamping manner, the mounting plate 169971 is inserted into the mounting groove 1699 on the outer wall of the shell 1691 through the convex block 16975, then the magnetic block 1699 is inserted into the slot 1699 at the top of the shell 1691, the magnetic block 1699 adsorbs the metal baffle 16975 to drive the rotary disc 16975 to rotate, the metal baffle 16975 rotates and deflects to the port of the slot 16975, the metal baffle 16975 blocks the port of the slot 16975 to fix the mounting plate 16975 and the cleaning cotton body 169977, on the contrary, the metal baffle 16975 deflects to the accommodating cavity 16973 at the top of the convex block 16975 due to gravity after the magnetic block 16975 is pulled out, the mounting plate 16975 can be detached to replace the cleaning cotton body 169977, and the operation is convenient and fast.
As shown in fig. 13, the gas nozzle 1696 is engaged with the mounting plate 169971 and the gap at the top of the cleaning cotton body 169977, a limiting cavity 16961 is provided between the inner walls at the port of the gas nozzle 1696, an adjusting ball 16962 is movably engaged in the limiting cavity 16961, a first channel 16963 is provided in one end of the adjusting ball 1696, a plurality of second channels 16964 are uniformly provided in the other end of the adjusting ball 1696, the second channels 16964 are all communicated with the first channel 16963, a rotating rod 16965 is fixedly connected to the top of the adjusting ball 1696, and the rotating rod 16965 extends to the outside of the gas nozzle 1696.
Specifically, the rotating rod 16965 at the top of the air nozzle 1696 is rotated, the rotating rod 16965 drives the adjusting bead 1696 to rotate, the port of the first channel 16963 of the single port or the port of the second channel 16964 of the dispersion multi-port inside the adjusting bead 1696 is selected to face the outside of the port of the air nozzle 1696, and the first channel 16963 and the second channel 16964 are switched in rotation, so that the coverage area and the angle of the atomized disinfectant sprayed by the air nozzle 1696 are controlled, and the high-efficiency disinfection treatment is performed on the touch screen display screen 163.

Claims (10)

1. The medical diagnosis system capable of encrypting the privacy of a patient is characterized by comprising a central processing module (1) for controlling the operation, a user login module (2) electrically connected with the central processing module (1), and a data storage module (3) for storing data, wherein the data storage module (3) is electrically connected with an information acquisition module (4), and the information acquisition module (4) is used for collecting the basic information of the patient to assist in establishing a case file; the central processing module (1) is electrically connected with a doctor service module (5), an encryption protection module (6), a verification module (7) and an access authorization module (8) in sequence, and the doctor service module (5) is used for corresponding diagnosis service of a doctor on a patient; a cryptographic protection module (6) for cryptographically protecting the collected and stored patient case information; a verification module (7) for authenticating a doctor accessing to view patient case information; the access authorization module (8) is used for carrying out access authorization on doctors who the patients agree to view the own case information; the central processing module (1) is also electrically connected with an access recording module (9) which is used for recording the access track of a doctor who accesses and views the patient case information in real time;
the verification module (7) comprises an identity verification module (71) and a secret key verification module (72), the identity verification module (71) is used for performing identity verification on doctors accessing and viewing patient case information based on face recognition, the secret key verification module (72) is used for verifying a random secret key held by the doctors accessing and viewing the patient case information, the secret key is divided into a doctor private key and a doctor public key, and the doctor private key and the secret key are respectively used for verification when the doctor mainly attending the patient and other doctors access and view the patient case information.
2. A medical diagnostic system that encrypts patient privacy as recited in claim 1, wherein: the verification flow of the verification module (7) to the visiting doctor is as follows:
s1: a patient user inputs own basic information and illness state information into the data storage module (3) through a camera shooting acquisition and voice input mode based on the information acquisition module (4), and introduces electronic case information into the data storage module (3), and the data storage module (3) records a patient information retention system in an image and text recording mode;
s2: the patient information is stored in the system and then encrypted and protected by the encryption protection module (6), the encryption protection module (6) generates a set of doctor private key and doctor public key, and the doctor private key and the doctor public key are randomly distributed to a main doctor and other doctors of the patient;
s3: the main patient doctor obtains a random doctor private key after logging in the diagnosis system, and the main patient doctor directly enters the doctor service module (5) for diagnosis operation after logging in the system for identity verification according to the private key in the validity period of one week and checks the patient diagnosis information recorded in the data storage module (3);
s4: other doctors log in the diagnosis system when wanting to check patient case information, a single effective doctor public key is obtained randomly, identity authentication is carried out by logging in the system according to the public key, after the identity authentication is successful, the central processing module (1) submits an access application to an access authorization module (8) of a patient user terminal, the patient carries out autonomous authorization according to the reason submitted by the doctor, and after the authorization is successful, the doctor enters the system to call the case information stored in the data storage module (3).
3. A medical diagnostic system that encrypts patient privacy as recited in claim 2, wherein: the central processing module (1) is electrically connected with the registration module (10), the payment module (11) and the display module (12), and the registration module (10) is used for making a reservation registration when a patient checks the body; the payment module (11) is used for paying various fees of the patient on line during treatment; the display module (12) displays various data information when a user operates the diagnosis system; the central processing module (1) is also electrically connected with a report printing module (13) and a one-key calling module (14), and the report printing module (13) is used for printing and outputting a patient examination report; the one-key calling module (14) is used for calling medical staff to carry out diagnosis and treatment services for patients; the payment module (11) is electrically connected with a pharmacy system (15), and the pharmacy system (15) is used for packing medicines for patients.

A medical diagnostic system in which patient privacy may be encrypted as set forth in claim 3, wherein: the information acquisition module (4) comprises a camera module (41) for shooting and acquiring information and a voice input module (42) for inputting the information in a voice mode, an electronic case module (43) and an information confirmation module (44) are further arranged in the information acquisition module (4), and the electronic case module (43) is used for generating an electronic case for recording the patient condition data; the information confirmation module (44) is used for auditing and confirming the electronic case information by the patient, and uploading the electronic case to the diagnosis system for storage after confirmation; the doctor service module (5) comprises a case archive module (51) for retrieving and calling patient case information and a diagnosis module (52) for diagnosing the patient state of illness, a doctor order module (53), a drug order module (54) and a pushing module (55) are sequentially arranged in the doctor service module (5), and the doctor order module (53) is used for making a doctor order after the doctor diagnoses and treats the patient and informing the patient of the attention matters during the treatment; a drug order module (54) for the doctor to set up a list of corresponding treatment drugs for the patient's condition; the pushing module (55) is used for pushing the list of the medicines into the pharmacy system (15) after the doctor prescribes the treatment medicines of the patient; and a file transfer module (56) is also arranged in the doctor service module (5) and is used for transferring and docking patient case information between main doctors of the patient when the patient machine carries out transfer treatment.
5. The medical diagnostic system of claim 4, wherein the patient privacy encryption is performed by: the operation flow of the file transfer module (56) is as follows:
s510: transferring the patient, receiving a transfer application of a patient case file provided by an attending doctor in the hospital;
s520: after the patient is transferred out of the hospital to receive the application and agree, the primary doctor who is responsible for the patient before the hospital carries out file transfer operation;
s530: the receiving hospital main doctor receives the case information of the patient, the patient checks to confirm whether the case file is real and complete, the complete file is stored in the system, the patient file is submitted again to the secondary application for rechecking when the case file is incomplete, and the patient case is tracked and transmitted again by the main doctor who is transferred out of the hospital.

The medical diagnostic system of claim 5, wherein the patient privacy encryption is performed by: the case archive module (51) comprises a backup recording module (511) for backing up and recording the case information of the patient and a modification application module (512) for modifying the case information of the patient, the case archive module (51) is also internally provided with a modification abstract module (513), a big data comparison module (514) and an alarm module (515), and the modification abstract module (513) is used for listing a modification abstract and marking modification information when a doctor modifies the case data of the patient; the big data comparison module (514) is used for comparing big data of the case data which is backed up and saved according to the marked modification abstract and checking whether the modification abstract is consistent with the modification; and the alarm module (515) is used for alarming when the modified abstract is checked to be inconsistent with the modification, and reminding a doctor to modify the patient case data according to the modified abstract.
