Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an electronic signal interference coloring viscous bullet equipped for an individual soldier, and belongs to the technical field of military protection.
Background
In modern war, the reconnaissance and interference before war is one of the difficulties of island-climbing operation and beach-fighting landing, the enemy signal emission source and receiver are very hidden, if large-scale equipment is used for remote positioning, for local conflict, a large amount of resources are consumed, the self target is easily exposed, and if the battlefield is changed temporarily before war, the data is delayed, so that the command error is caused, and the consequence is catastrophic. At present, the equipped universal type of the individual signal interference unit is generally carried on a vehicle or a ship, namely two or three persons operate, the weight is large, the individual signal interference unit is not beneficial to long-distance carrying on complex terrains, and the individual signal interference unit also does not accord with the standard of the individual equipment in China.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an electronic signal interference coloring viscous bullet which is equipped for an individual soldier.
In order to solve the above problems, the specific technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
individual soldier is equipped with the colored viscous bullet of electronic signal interference, including the shell, the inside propellant powder that is provided with of shell, installs the inner core material on the propellant powder, and inner core material top is provided with thermal-insulated membrane, and the inside lead wire that delays that has inlayed of inner core material, the lead wire other end that delays passes the top that thermal-insulated membrane extended to the shell, and the ignition of propeller is connected with the other end of lead wire that delays.
The inner core material comprises foil fragments, polylactide and starch pigment, wherein the mass ratio of the foil fragments accounts for 50% of the total mass, the mass ratio of the polylactide accounts for 40% of the total mass, and the mass ratio of the starch pigment accounts for 10% of the total mass.
The heat insulation film material comprises silicate, rubber and impurities, wherein the mass ratio of the silicate accounts for 30% of the total mass, the mass ratio of the rubber accounts for 65% of the total mass, and the mass ratio of the impurities accounts for 5% of the total mass.
The starch pigment can be red, blue, yellow or green colored starch.
The ignition device of the propeller ignites the delay lead, and the delay lead gradually passes through the heat insulation film, the space between the heat insulation film and the inner core material and then ignites the propellant powder to launch the viscous bomb.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: the viscous bomb is light in weight, easy to carry, free of accurate positioning, capable of disturbing the visual condition of the other side and viscous coloring, capable of increasing the local exposure probability by single operation, prepared for short time before war and used in combination with base reconnaissance equipment, capable of achieving the purposes of real-time monitoring, real-time interference and gradual degradation of materials after war, small in size, convenient to carry, suitable for being carried by single soldiers and convenient to operate.
Drawings
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of the internal structure of a viscous bullet.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of the viscous effect of the visco-elastic.
Fig. 3 is a diagram of the effect of the viscous projectile interference.
Wherein, the material comprises 1-shell, 2-propellant powder, 3-delay lead, 4-heat insulation film and 5-inner core material.
Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an individual soldier is equipped with an electronic signal interference coloring viscous bomb, which comprises a shell 1, a propellant powder 2 is arranged in the shell 1, an inner core material 5 is arranged on the propellant powder 2, the inner core material 5 is used as a signal negative interference viscous agent, a heat insulation film 4 is arranged above the inner core material 5, a delay lead 3 is embedded in the inner core material 5, the other end of the delay lead 3 passes through the heat insulation film 4 and extends to the upper part of the shell 1, an ignition device of an ignition system is connected with the other end of the delay lead 3, a propeller is started, the ignition device of the propeller ignites the delay lead 3, because the delay lead 3 gradually passes through the space among the heat-insulating film 4, the heat-insulating film 4 and the inner core material and then ignites the propellant powder 2 to launch the viscous bomb, the delay lead 3 has longer distance in the process of igniting the propellant powder 2 to achieve the delay purpose, and meanwhile, the delay lead 3 can realize remote ejection.
The inner core material 5 comprises foil fragments, polylactide and starch pigment, wherein the mass ratio of the foil fragments accounts for 50% of the total mass, the mass ratio of the polylactide accounts for 40% of the total mass, the mass ratio of the starch pigment accounts for 10% of the total mass, the starch pigment can be red, blue, yellow or green colored starch, the inner core material is emitted out as a viscous bullet, is adhered to radar or electromagnetic signal equipment, interferes electromagnetic signals or electronic signals of the radar, simultaneously covers the bright-colored pigment in a large area, and can also be adhered to visible materials of observation units, such as glass, windows or holes and the like, thereby laying a marking foundation for attack of troops.
The heat insulation film material contains silicate, rubber and impurities, wherein the mass ratio of the silicate accounts for 30% of the total mass, the mass ratio of the rubber accounts for 65% of the total mass, and the mass ratio of the impurities accounts for 5% of the total mass.
In the process of battle, an enemy can monitor signals through electronic equipment such as a radar and the like, the viscous bomb is emitted to radar equipment of the enemy and the army and is spread in a fog shape, large-area interferents and color pigments are covered on the radar equipment, the purpose of interfering the monitoring of the enemy is achieved, the visual environment of the enemy is interfered, and the capture probability of the movable objects is increased.
What has been described above is merely a preferred embodiment of the invention. It should be noted that variations and modifications can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the present invention, and they should also be considered as falling within the scope of the present invention.
