Third, antibacterial property test
The tests for killing of Escherichia coli (ATCC25922), Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC6538) and Candida albicans (ATCC10231) were carried out according to the test method of the sterilization specification (2002 edition) suspension quantitative sterilization test, and the test method of each example was: setting two identical culture dishes (containing culture medium), placing equal amount of test bacteria, taking one culture dish as an experimental group, adding special bath foam diluent for pets (the special bath foam diluent for pets is obtained by mixing the special bath foam for pets prepared in the embodiment with deionized water according to the mass ratio of 1: 5), taking the other culture dish as a control group (not adding the special bath foam for pets, and adding the deionized water with the same amount as the special bath foam diluent for pets of the experimental group), culturing for the same time under the same culture conditions, and then testing the viable bacteria of the control group and the experimental group respectively, wherein the action time is as follows: 5 min; the test results are given in table 7 below.
TABLE 7 antibacterial property test results
As can be seen from Table 7, the bath foam for pets prepared in examples 7-12 all showed a bactericidal rate of 99% or more against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans, and thus the bath foam for pets provided by the present invention has an excellent antibacterial effect through the design of the components and the ratio. The sterilization rates of the examples 7 to 10 are higher than those of the examples 11 and 12, and the sterilization rate of the example 12 is higher than that of the example 11, which indicates that the Chinese herbal medicine miticide is prepared by compounding the stemona tuberosa root extract, the cnidium fruit extract, the zanthoxylum bungeanum fruit extract, the clove flower extract, the mint extract, the ginger root extract and the motherwort herb extract, and the mass ratio of the stemona tuberosa root extract, the cnidium fruit extract, the zanthoxylum bungeanum flower extract, the mint extract, the ginger root extract and the motherwort herb extract is 7 to 9: 3.5-4.5: 3.5-4.5: 3: 3: 3: and 2, the sterilization effect is better.
Fourth, testing detergency
The detergency test is carried out according to GB/T13174-2008 test of detergency and circulating washing performance of the detergent for clothing, the detergency test concentration is 0.1% (the bath foam is diluted by 1000 times), and the pH value is 6.8-7.2. JB-01-carbon black soiled cloth; JB-02-protein stain cloth; JB-03-sebum-stained cloth; and according to the standard parameter index requirements, the JB-01 test polluted cloth, the JB-02 test polluted cloth and the JB-03 test polluted cloth are all greater than or equal to the standard liquid and are qualified.
TABLE 8 detergency test results
Detergency (%) JB-01 | Detergency (%) JB-02 | Detergency (%) JB-03 | |
Standard liquid | 1.0 | 1.0 | 1.0 |
Comparative example 1 | 1.9 | 1.5 | 1.7 |
Comparative example 2 | 1.5 | 1.0 | 0.9 |
Comparative example 3 | 1.8 | 1.3 | 1.1 |
Example 7 | 2.2 | 1.8 | 2.0 |
Example 8 | 2.1 | 1.6 | 2.5 |
Example 9 | 2.5 | 2.2 | 1.9 |
Example 10 | 2.1 | 3.2 | 2.0 |
Example 13 | 2.0 | 1.6 | 1.8 |
As can be seen from Table 8, the pet-specific bath foam prepared in any of the examples has higher detergency on JB-01, JB-02 and JB-03 test soiled cloths than the comparative examples, which shows that the pet-specific bath foam has excellent cleaning effect through the design of the components and the proportion of the plant surfactant. Comparing the example 7 with the example 13, it can be seen that when the complex enzyme preparation is obtained by compounding lipase, protease, cellulase and lysozyme, the mass ratio of the lipase to the protease is 0.5-1.2: 0.8-2.5: 0.1-0.5: when the content of the surfactant is 0.05-0.5, the prepared special bath foam for pets has the best detergency.
Comparing the comparative example 3 with the example 7 of the invention, it can be seen that the complex enzyme preparation and the plant surfactant are used together to play an important role in improving the detergency, and if the complex enzyme preparation is lacked, the detergency is reduced, which indicates that the plant surfactant and the complex enzyme in the bath lotion special for pets of the invention have a synergistic interaction effect, and can rapidly and efficiently remove various stains such as proteins, fats, saccharides, sweat, excrement and the like on the pets.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and various modifications and changes will occur to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention shall be included in the scope of the present invention.
