Description

Infant incubator convenient to magnetic resonance
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of incubators, in particular to an infant incubator convenient for magnetic resonance.
Background
Magnetic resonance, also known as magnetic resonance imaging, spin imaging and magnetic resonance imaging, is a significant further development in medical imaging following CT. Since the 80 s of application, it has developed at an extremely rapid rate. The basic principle is that the human body is placed in a special magnetic field, and when the measured object is placed in the magnetic field, the hydrogen atoms in the human body can be polarized. Radio frequency pulses are used to excite hydrogen nuclei in the human body, causing the hydrogen nuclei to resonate and absorb energy. After the radio frequency pulse is stopped, the hydrogen atomic nucleus sends out radio signals according to specific frequency, releases absorbed energy, is recorded by a receiver outside the body, and is processed by an electronic computer to obtain an image. MRI provides not only a greater amount of information than many other imaging techniques in medical imaging, but also differs from existing imaging techniques, and therefore has great potential advantages for the diagnosis of disease. Because it can directly make the cross section, sagittal plane, coronal plane and various inclined plane body layer images; and has no ionizing radiation and no adverse effect on the body, and thus is increasingly used in the medical field.
The infant incubator adopts a convection heat regulation mode, utilizes computer technology to implement servo control equipment for incubator temperature, has the function of providing an environment similar to a mother uterine cavity for premature infants, sick and weak infants and newborns, is mainly used for providing a culture treatment environment with clean air and proper temperature and humidity for low-weight infants, sick and weak infants and premature infants, and is used for constant-temperature culture, resuscitation by body temperature, infusion, oxygen delivery, rescue, observation in hospital and the like.
At present, premature infants or weak infants need to be nursed and monitored at any time so as to monitor the physical condition of the infants in time, but the existing infant incubator needs to draw the infants out of the incubator to be fed into a magnetic resonance imager when the infants need to be subjected to magnetic resonance scanning, so that the infants cannot keep the constant temperature state after being removed from the incubator, secondary injury to the infants is easily caused, and the health of the infants is affected.

The relay sliding groove is arranged along the second box shell in the longitudinal direction, and the relay sliding groove can be matched with the longitudinal sliding block 20. The relay sliding grooves are arranged in two numbers, and the two relay sliding grooves are uniformly distributed in the second box shell. The inner periphery of the second box shell is provided with a radio frequency coil matched with the second box shell in shape, the radio frequency coil is an imaging coil, and the imaging coil is suitable for a movable radio frequency coil and a high-temperature superconducting radio frequency coil.
When the temperature, humidity and oxygen values in the second enclosure reach set standards, one end of the relay pipe 28 is arranged on one end of the first enclosure 2 in a penetrating way through the first snap lock 29, and the other end of the relay pipe 28 is connected on the second enclosure in a penetrating way through the second snap lock 30. Aligning the longitudinal sliding groove 19 with the relay sliding groove by the lateral adjustment member and the vertical adjustment member, respectively; then the automatic telescopic rod 23 extends to push the bed board 21 into the relay sliding groove in the second box shell through the push-pull groove 24 and the push-pull rod 22, and then the automatic telescopic rod 23 retracts into the first box shell 2; the staff carries the second box shell into the magnetic resonance imaging device conveyer belt, and starts the magnetic resonance imaging device, and slowly conveys the second box shell into the magnetic resonance imaging device ring, the movable radio frequency coil in the incubator cooperates with the magnetic resonance imaging device to operate and scan, the movable radio frequency coil scans and images all parts of the infant, and the magnetic resonance imaging device is externally provided with a computer terminal to display imaging pictures. After the detection is finished, the automatic telescopic rod 23 extends into the second box shell, the push-pull groove 24 is locked on the push-pull rod 22 through the locking shaft, then the automatic telescopic rod 23 contracts to pull the bed board 21 into the first box shell 2, and finally the first closing door 5 is closed, so that the one-time nuclear magnetic resonance transfer process without exposure of the baby is completed.
Because the number of times of nuclear magnetic resonance detection of the infant is limited, the relay box can be matched with the plurality of first box bodies, so that the utilization efficiency of the relay box is improved, and the idle waste of resources is reduced.
While embodiments of the invention have been described above, it is not limited to the applications set forth in the description and the embodiments, which are fully applicable in various fields of endeavor to which the invention pertains, and further modifications may readily be made by those skilled in the art, it being understood that the invention is not limited to the details shown and described herein without departing from the general concept defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
