Background
When the cutting insert is involved in cutting, cutting mainly occurs in a first cutting region where a cutting edge, which is formed by intersecting a rake face on an upper surface and a flank face on a side surface of the cutting insert, receives a main cutting force, and although the rate and degree of wear of the flank face of the cutting insert determine the service life of the cutting insert, the service life of the cutting insert is greatly reduced if the cutting edge is chipped or the rake face forms a wear groove.
At present, the impact resistance of a cutting blade is improved by adopting a high-strength base body in the industry, and the cutting service life of the cutting blade is greatly prolonged by matching with a high-wear-resistant and low-resistance coating, but the coating thickness of the cutting blade is smaller, and the coating can fall off or be quickly worn due to abnormal scraping of chips in the cutting process, so that the most effective method for prolonging the service life of the cutting blade is still realized by adopting the high-strength and high-wear-resistant base body, but the impact resistance and the wear resistance of the cutting blade are always difficult to be completely considered, therefore, the cutting blade with a plurality of different appearance structures and base body structures is required to be configured to meet various cutting working conditions, and the use cost of the cutting blade is improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of overcoming the defects of the prior art and provide the cutting blade which can meet the requirements of different cutting working conditions, has high impact resistance and wear resistance and good universality and has different base body structures in the circumferential direction.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a cutting insert having different base structures in a circumferential direction, comprising a plate-shaped body including an upper surface, a lower surface, and side surfaces connecting the upper surface and the lower surface, the upper surface including a groove surface and a central surface, the side surfaces and the groove surface intersecting to form cutting edges, the periphery of the base of the plate-shaped body including at least one first base and at least one second base, the first base and the second base being closely connected and disposed between the upper surface and the lower surface at intervals in the circumferential direction, the second base and the first base having different materials.
As a further improvement of the above technical solution:
the cobalt content of the first substrate is omega 2, the cobalt content of the second substrate is omega 1, and the following conditions are met: omega 1-omega 2 is more than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 5 percent.

The invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and specific examples.

The cobalt content of the first base body 61 is ω 1, and the cobalt content of the second base body 62 is ω 2, so as to ensure the cutting wear resistance and impact resistance of the cutting insert, the following requirements should be satisfied: 0 ≦ ω 2 — ω 1 ≦ 5%, in this example, ω 1 ═ 8%, and ω 2 ≦ 10%.

In the above embodiments, the cutting insert 1 is designed substantially in a quadrangular shape, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the cutting insert may be designed in other shapes such as a triangular shape according to the function and performance requirements of the cutting insert.
In the above embodiment, the first base 61 and the second base 62 of the cutting insert 1 are uniformly provided outside the center base 63, and the outside of the center base 63 is formed in a circular shape, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and other shapes such as a polygonal shape outside the center base 63 may be used depending on the insert shape and the molding process.
