Abstract
The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of online examination, and provides a method and a system for publishing and executing online examination tasks, wherein the method comprises the following steps: creating and issuing an online examination task containing examination paper information; determining an examination object, judging the personnel type of the examination object and performing duplicate removal processing; and executing the online examination task according to the online examination task and the de-duplicated examination object. The method and the system are used for standardizing the release of the examination tasks, controlling the execution of the examination tasks and ensuring that talents with corresponding authority of executing the examination tasks can perform answering activities.
Description
Technical Field
The disclosure belongs to the technical field of online examination, and particularly relates to a method and a system for publishing and executing an online examination task.
Background
The statements in this section merely provide background information related to the present disclosure and may not necessarily constitute prior art.
Compared with the traditional examination, the online examination has many advantages, can compress each process of the traditional examination in a retracting manner, reduces complex procedures, shields the possibility of manual intervention examination, saves a large amount of manpower, material resources and financial resources, and can improve the objectivity and fairness of the examination.
According to the inventor, the online examination system is in a variety of layers, but the internal management of the online examination system is disordered, the issue of the examination is still in the layer of only issuing the test paper, the authority of the personnel participating in the answer is not standardized, so that the personnel answering the test paper cannot control the examination paper, the personnel needing the answer cannot timely receive the task information of the test paper, the answer information is irregular, and the quality of the answer paper cannot be effectively guaranteed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the present disclosure provides a method and a system for publishing and executing an online examination task, which are used for standardizing the publishing of the examination task, controlling the execution of the examination task, and ensuring that a talent with the corresponding authority to execute the examination task can perform a question answering activity.
According to some embodiments, a first aspect of the present disclosure provides a method for publishing and executing an online examination task, which adopts the following technical solutions:

and executing the online examination task according to the online examination task and the de-duplicated examination object.
As a further technical limitation, in the process of creating an online examination task containing examination paper information, the examination task is created first, and then the created examination task is bound with preset examination paper information to obtain the online examination task containing the examination paper information.
In the binding process, an examination task is newly established, and then basic information of the examination task is filled, wherein the basic information of the examination task comprises examination task description, task starting time, task ending time and whether to release the examination task; the designated examination task performer and department select the name of the created test paper (which is essentially to associate and bind the ID of the record of the test paper with the currently created task), and then store the ID of the associated test paper record into the task table, so as to realize the binding of the task and the test paper information.
As a further technical limitation, in the process of issuing the online examination task, the online examination task selected to be "immediately issued" in the creation process is issued in time, and the online examination task not selected to be "immediately issued" in the creation process is manually clicked to be issued.
As a further technical limitation, the person type of the test subject includes at least a test department and a test person.

Further, if all the examination persons are contained in the examination department, all the examination persons in the examination subjects are removed, and only the examination subjects in the examination department are reserved; if the examination department comprises part of examination personnel, removing the repeated personnel in the examination personnel and the examination department, and reserving the examination objects in the examination department and removing the examination objects in the examination personnel after the repeated personnel; and if the examination department does not contain the examinees, reserving the examination objects in the examination department and the examination objects in the examinees.
As a further technical limitation, in the process of executing the online examination task, authorization of the online examination task is performed on the test object after the duplication is removed, information to be executed by the online examination task is generated, and the online examination task is executed.

and the task execution module is configured to execute the online test task according to the online test task and the de-duplicated test object.

a computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a program which, when executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of on-line test task distribution, execution according to the first aspect of the present disclosure.
According to some embodiments, a fourth aspect of the present disclosure provides an electronic device, which adopts the following technical solutions:
an electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor executing the program to implement the steps of the method for issuing and executing an online test task according to the first aspect of the present disclosure.
Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effect of this disclosure is:
the method separates the creation of the test paper from the release of the examination task, the creation of the test paper and the release of the examination task are in a linear relation, and the related information of the test paper is packaged so that the test paper is not easy to leak; the answering person can be independently appointed, or the authority department of answering or both the authority department of answering and the answering person can be appointed together, or the authority department of answering and the answering person can not be appointed, all the persons can answer the test paper by default, so that the flexibility of answering of the person appointed in the test paper examination is improved; the authority of the examiners can be planned, the unauthorized examiners are prevented from answering questions, the quality of answering information is guaranteed, and standardized management of the interior of the examination system is realized; the publishing and the execution of the examination tasks are standardized, and the management of the examination system tends to be standardized.

It should be noted that the following detailed description is exemplary and is intended to provide further explanation of the disclosure. Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this disclosure belongs.
It is noted that the terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of example embodiments according to the present disclosure. As used herein, the singular forms "a", "an" and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, and it should be understood that when the terms "comprises" and/or "comprising" are used in this specification, they specify the presence of stated features, steps, operations, devices, components, and/or combinations thereof, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
The embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present disclosure may be combined with each other without conflict.
Example one
The first embodiment of the disclosure introduces a method for publishing and executing an online examination task.
A method for issuing and executing an online test task as shown in fig. 1 and 2 includes the following steps:
creating and issuing an online examination task containing examination paper information;
determining an examination object, judging the personnel type of the examination object and performing duplicate removal processing;
and executing the online examination task according to the online examination task and the de-duplicated examination object.
In this embodiment, in the process of creating an online examination task containing examination paper information, an examination task is created first, and then the created examination task is bound with preset examination paper information to obtain the online examination task containing the examination paper information; in the binding process, an examination task is newly established, and then basic information of the examination task is filled, wherein the basic information of the examination task comprises examination task description, task starting time, task ending time and whether to release the examination task; the designated examination task performer and department select the name of the created test paper (which is essentially to associate and bind the ID of the record of the test paper with the currently created task), and then store the ID of the associated test paper record into the task table, so as to realize the binding of the task and the test paper information.
In the present embodiment, the person types of the test subjects include at least an examination department and a test person; the examination personnel and the examination departments can be in a subordinate relationship or not, and the examination object comprises all personnel and departments registered by the system; the examiner can specify alone, not limited to which department.
In the present embodiment, when the examination department or the examiner is involved, the deduplication processing is not required. Because the duplication removing processing aims at simultaneously appointing the examination department and the examinee, the appointed examination department already contains the individually appointed examinee, and the task execution data of the examinee is prevented from being repeated.
The specific process of judging the personnel type of the test object and performing deduplication processing comprises the following steps:
and judging whether the personnel type of the test object contains the test department and the test personnel, if not, performing the personnel type deduplication processing of the test object and directly executing an online test task, otherwise, performing the deduplication processing by judging the relationship between the test department and the test personnel.
And if the designated examination department contains all the individually designated examination person information, removing the individually designated examination person information and reserving the object information of the designated examination department. If the designated examination department comprises part of individually designated examination person information, removing the part of individually designated person information, and reserving object information of the designated examination department and the remaining individually designated person object information; and if the examination department does not contain the examinee, reserving the examination department and the examinee.
Example two
The second embodiment of the disclosure introduces a system for issuing and executing the on-line examination task.
A method for publishing and executing an online test task as shown in fig. 3 includes:
the task issuing module is configured to create and issue an online examination task containing examination paper information;
the system comprises a deduplication processing module, a deduplication processing module and a data processing module, wherein the deduplication processing module is configured to determine an examination object, judge the personnel type of the examination object and perform deduplication processing;
and the task execution module is configured to execute the online test task according to the online test task and the de-duplicated test object.
The detailed steps are the same as the method for releasing and executing the on-line examination task provided in the first embodiment, and are not described herein again.
EXAMPLE III
The third embodiment of the disclosure provides a computer-readable storage medium.
A computer readable storage medium, on which a program is stored, which when executed by a processor, implements the steps in the method for issuing and executing an online test task according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
The detailed steps are the same as the method for releasing and executing the on-line examination task provided in the first embodiment, and are not described herein again.
Example four
The fourth embodiment of the disclosure provides an electronic device.
An electronic device includes a memory, a processor and a program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor executes the program to implement the steps of the method for issuing and executing the online test task according to the first embodiment of the disclosure.
The detailed steps are the same as the method for releasing and executing the on-line examination task provided in the first embodiment, and are not described herein again.

Claims (10)
1. A method for releasing and executing an online examination task is characterized by comprising the following steps:
creating and issuing an online examination task containing examination paper information;
determining an examination object, judging the personnel type of the examination object and performing duplicate removal processing;
and executing the online examination task according to the online examination task and the de-duplicated examination object.
2. The method for issuing and executing the on-line examination task as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the process of creating the on-line examination task including the examination paper information, the examination task is created first, and then the created examination task is bound with the preset examination paper information to obtain the on-line examination task including the examination paper information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the on-line test task selected as 'immediately issued' in the creation process is issued in time during the process of issuing the on-line test task, and the on-line test task not selected as 'immediately issued' in the creation process is manually clicked to issue.
4. The method for on-line test task distribution and execution as set forth in claim 1, wherein the type of the person of the test subject includes at least a test department and a test person.
5. The method for issuing and executing the task of the online test as claimed in claim 4, wherein the specific process of determining the person type of the test object and performing the deduplication processing is as follows:
and judging whether the personnel type of the test object contains the test department and the test personnel, if not, performing the personnel type deduplication processing of the test object and directly executing an online test task, otherwise, performing the deduplication processing by judging the relationship between the test department and the test personnel.

The method for issuing and executing the on-line examination task as claimed in claim 5, wherein if the examination department includes all the examinees, all the examinees in the examination subjects are removed and only the examination subjects in the examination department are reserved; if the examination department comprises part of examination personnel, removing the repeated personnel in the examination personnel and the examination department, and reserving the examination objects in the examination department and removing the examination objects in the examination personnel after the repeated personnel; and if the examination department does not contain the examinees, reserving the examination objects in the examination department and the examination objects in the examinees.

The method for issuing and executing the on-line test task according to claim 1, wherein in the process of executing the on-line test task, the de-duplicated test object is authorized by the on-line test task, information to be executed by the on-line test task is generated, and the on-line test task is executed.
8. A system for publishing and executing an online test task, comprising:
the task issuing module is configured to create and issue an online examination task containing examination paper information;
the system comprises a deduplication processing module, a deduplication processing module and a data processing module, wherein the deduplication processing module is configured to determine an examination object, judge the personnel type of the examination object and perform deduplication processing;
and the task execution module is configured to execute the online test task according to the online test task and the de-duplicated test object.
9. A computer-readable storage medium having a program stored thereon, wherein the program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps in the method of on-line test task issuance, execution according to any one of claims 1-7.
