An embodiment of the present invention provides a pressing ring detection system for a motor output shaft, as shown in fig. 2, which includes a lower pressing ring detection device 100, an upper pressing ring missing detection device 200, and a pressing ring position detection device 300. The pressing ring detection system of the motor output shaft does not detect the assembled motor output shaft, but detects the motor output shaft in the assembling process, can work together with assembling equipment of the motor output shaft in a matched mode, achieves the effect of detecting while assembling, can stop further assembling of the motor output shaft in advance if a certain motor output shaft is detected to be unqualified, and avoids unnecessary material waste.
After having installed lower clamping ring on the axostylus axostyle, lower clamping ring detection device 100 detects the axostylus axostyle that has installed lower clamping ring to whether the lower clamping ring on the detection axostylus axostyle installed in place, if lower clamping ring on the axostylus axostyle installed in place, this axostylus axostyle is qualified for this item of detection, if lower clamping ring on the axostylus axostyle does not install in place, then this axostylus axostyle is unqualified for this item of detection. For the axostylus axostyle that lower clamping ring detection device 100 detected as the certified product, gear and last clamping ring will be installed on this axostylus axostyle subsequently, for the axostylus axostyle that lower clamping ring detection device 100 detected as the defective product, gear and last clamping ring can not be installed on this axostylus axostyle subsequently. After the lower clamping ring detection device 100 detects that the gear and the upper clamping ring are installed on the shaft rod of the qualified product, the upper clamping ring missing detection device 200 detects whether the upper clamping ring on the shaft rod is missing, if the upper clamping ring on the shaft rod is not missing, the shaft rod is detected as the qualified product for the item, and otherwise, the shaft rod is detected as the unqualified product for the item. The pressing ring position detecting device 300 detects the shaft lever detected as a qualified product by the upper pressing ring missing detecting device 200, specifically detects the distance from the upper pressing ring on the shaft lever to the shaft lever, and determines whether the detected distance is equal to a set distance. Since the position of the pressing ring position detecting means 300 is fixed, if the motor output shaft is a good product, the distance from the upper pressing ring to the pressing ring position detecting means 300 should be uniform and fixed. If the number of the pressing rings is increased or the upper pressing ring is not installed in place, the distance from the upper pressing ring to the pressing ring position detection device 300 is smaller than the set distance, and therefore whether the installation positions and the installation number of the upper pressing ring and the lower pressing ring are correct or not can be accurately detected through the common detection of the three detection devices.
In this embodiment, the lower retainer ring detection device 100, the upper retainer ring missing detection device 200, and the retainer ring position detection device 300 can all be electrically connected to the controller, the lower retainer ring detection device 100, the upper retainer ring missing detection device 200, and the retainer ring position detection device 300 can send the detection results to the controller, and the controller can know the final detection results.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the supporting rod 1100 includes a supporting rod 1100, the supporting rod 1100 is provided with a vertical moving assembly 1200 and a fixing base 1300 connected to the vertical moving assembly 1200, and the vertical moving assembly 1200 is used for driving the fixing base 1300 to move in a vertical direction. The fixing base 1300 is slidably connected with a pressing rod 1400 along a vertical direction, so that the pressing rod 1400 can move along the vertical direction relative to the fixing base 1300. When detecting the lower clamping ring of motor output shaft, the lower clamping ring on the axostylus axostyle needs to move to the below of depression bar 1400, and vertical removal subassembly 1200 is used for driving fixing base 1300 and moves down along vertical direction, and the bottom of depression bar 1400 is used for the gland to wait to detect on the lower clamping ring.
The pressing rod 1400 is fixed with a shielding plate 1500, the shielding plate 1500 is transversely provided with a light-transmitting slit, and the extending direction of the light-transmitting slit can be perpendicular to the vertical direction. The fixing base 1300 is provided with a photoelectric switch 1600, the photoelectric switch 1600 can be a groove type photoelectric switch, and the shielding plate 1500 moves between two support arms of the groove type photoelectric switch. The photoelectric switch 1600 can emit light beams along the vertical direction, and the width of the light-transmitting slit can be set to just allow the light beams to pass through so as to improve the detection precision.
Because the pressing rod 1400 is connected with the fixing base 1300 in a sliding manner along the vertical direction, the pressing rod 1400 has a limited sliding stroke relative to the fixing base 1300. When the external force is not applied, the pressing rod 1400 slides downwards under the action of gravity to be located at the lowest sliding position relative to the fixing base 1300, and when the pressing rod 1400 is located at the lowest sliding position relative to the fixing base 1300, the light beam emitted by the photoelectric switch 1600 is located above the light-transmitting slit, and the shielding plate 1500 blocks the light beam of the photoelectric switch 1600, so that the photoelectric switch 1600 is not triggered.
When the lower pressing ring of the motor output shaft is not detected, the fixing base 1300 is at an initial position relative to the supporting rod 1100, and after the detection is completed each time, the vertical moving assembly 1200 drives the fixing base 1300 to return to the initial position to wait for the next detection. When the lower pressing ring of the motor output shaft is detected, the vertical moving assembly 1200 is used for driving the fixing seat 1300 to move downwards from the initial position by a preset distance, if the pressing rod 1400 abuts against the lower pressing ring and the fixing seat 1300 continues to move downwards, the pressing rod 1400 can move upwards relative to the fixing seat 1300, so that the distance between the light-transmitting slit and the photoelectric switch 1600 can be changed, because the light-transmitting slit is narrow in width, only when the lower pressing ring on the shaft is installed in place, the light beam of the photoelectric switch 1600 can pass through the light-transmitting slit to trigger the photoelectric switch 1600, and if the photoelectric switch 1600 is not triggered, the fact that the lower pressing ring on the shaft is not installed in place is judged, so that whether the lower pressing ring on the shaft is installed in place or not can be detected.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, when the fixing base is in the initial position, a distance m between the bottom end of the pressing rod 1400 and a clamping table on the shaft (i.e. the top surface of the spindle shaft 11), a thickness d of the lower pressing ring 13 to be detected, a distance n between the light beam 1610 emitted by the photoelectric switch and the light-transmitting slit 1510, and a preset distance p satisfy the following conditions: p is m-d + n.
Because the photoelectric switch is disposed on the fixing base, if the fixing base moves downward by the preset distance p, the light beam 1610 emitted by the photoelectric switch also correspondingly moves downward by the preset distance p. If the lower pressing ring 13 is installed on the shaft rod, the pressing rod 1400 will press against the lower pressing ring 13, and the pressing rod 1400 will move upward relative to the fixing base 1300, and if the lower pressing ring 13 is installed in place, when the fixing base is at the initial position, the distance s between the bottom end of the pressing rod 1400 and the lower pressing ring 13 is equal to m-d, which is exactly equal to the distance n between the light beam 1610 and the light-transmitting slit 1510, so that after the fixing base moves downward by the preset distance p, the light beam 1610 of the optoelectronic switch can pass through the light-transmitting slit to trigger the optoelectronic switch. If the lower pressing ring 13 is not mounted in place, i.e. the lower pressing ring 13 is clamped on the gear mounting rod 12, the value of the distance s between the bottom end of the actual pressing rod 1400 and the lower pressing ring 13 is smaller than the difference between m and d, and then the light beam 1610 is still shielded by the shielding plate 1500, and the photoelectric switch cannot be triggered.
It should be noted that the above conditional equation is not an absolute equation, and a person skilled in the art should naturally consider reasonable errors when applying the above conditional equation.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, when the lower pressing ring is detected, the pressing rod 1400 is disposed coaxially with the shaft, and an end surface of the bottom end of the pressing rod 1400 is provided with a slot 1410 into which the shaft can be inserted, specifically, an inner diameter of the slot 1410 should be larger than an outer diameter of the shaft.
The significance of this arrangement is that when detecting the lower pressing ring, if the lower pressing ring is not installed on the shaft rod, the shaft rod can be inserted into the slot 1410, and the pressing rod 1400 can move further to the lower side of the gear installation rod 12 along with the fixing base 1300, so that the distance from the light beam of the photoelectric switch 1600 to the light-transmitting slit cannot be reduced, or the reduced value is smaller than the distance, and thus the photoelectric switch 1600 cannot be triggered. That is, when the shaft rod is not provided with the lower pressing ring, the photoelectric switch 1600 also outputs an NG signal, which indicates that the output shaft of the motor is unqualified.
In some embodiments, a sliding rail extending vertically may be disposed on a side surface of the fixing base, a sliding block is slidably connected to the sliding rail, and the pressing rod is connected to the sliding block to achieve sliding connection between the pressing rod and the fixing base. When the sliding block is not acted by external force, the sliding block slides to the lowest end of the sliding rail.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the fixing base 1300 is provided with a through hole along a vertical direction, and the pressing rod 1400 is arranged in the through hole in a penetrating manner and can move in the through hole along the vertical direction. The bottom end of the pressing rod 1400 extends out of the through hole, so that the pressing rod 1400 can be pressed on the lower pressing ring to be detected. The through holes include a first through hole 1310 and a second through hole 1320 that are coaxially connected, the first through hole 1310 is located above the second through hole 1320, and the aperture of the first through hole 1310 is larger than that of the second through hole 1320, which corresponds to forming a step structure at the bottom of the first through hole 1310. The middle of the pressing rod 1400 is provided with a protruding snap ring 1420, the snap ring 1420 is disposed in the first through hole 1310 and can slide along the axial direction of the first through hole 1310, the portion of the pressing rod 1400 above the snap ring 1420 is inserted into the first through hole 1310, the portion of the pressing rod 1400 below the snap ring 1420 is inserted into the second through hole 1320, and the bottom end of the pressing rod 1400 extends out of the second through hole 1320. The outer diameter of the snap ring 1420 is larger than the diameter of the second through hole 1320, and when no external force is applied, the snap ring 1420 abuts against the bottom of the first through hole 1310 and cannot fall down from the through hole, thereby achieving the sliding connection between the compression rod 1400 and the fixing base 1300.
Further, a pressing block 1330 is fixed at the top of the fixing seat 1300, a third through hole 1331 coaxially connected with the first through hole 1310 is arranged on the pressing block 1330, the aperture of the third through hole 1331 is smaller than that of the first through hole 1310, the third through hole 1331 extends out of the upper end of the pressing rod 1400, a first spring 1430 is sleeved on the pressing rod 1400, and two ends of the first spring 1430 are respectively abutted to the pressing block 1330 and the snap ring 1420. When the pressing rod 1400 moves upward relative to the fixing base 1300, the first spring 1430 is compressed to apply a downward force to the collar 1420, so that the pressing rod 1400 is pressed against the downward pressing ring of the pressing rod, and the pressing rod 1400 is prevented from jumping upward to trigger the photoelectric switch 1600 by mistake, thereby improving the detection accuracy.
In this embodiment, the pressing piece 1330 functions to provide a holding force to the first spring 1430, and thus the pressing piece 1330 can be provided in a small size. The shielding plate 1500 is fixed to the upper end of the pressing rod 1400, the shielding plate 1500 is located above the pressing block 1330, and the photoelectric switch 1600 can be fixed to the top of the fixing base 1300.
In other embodiments, the size of the pressing block 1330 can be set to be relatively larger, the optoelectronic switch 1600 is directly fixed on the pressing block 1330, the shielding plate 1500 is located above the pressing block 1330, and the shielding plate 1500 is fixedly connected to the upper end of the pressing rod 1400, so that the shielding plate 1500 can block the light beam of the optoelectronic switch 1600.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the supporting rod 400 is provided with a limiting member 1110 for limiting the downward movement of the fixing base 1300. The limiting member 1110 may be a travel switch, the travel switch is electrically connected to the controller, the vertical moving assembly 1200 is also electrically connected to the controller, when the fixing base 1300, the pressing block 1330 or the connecting member on the pressing block 1330 touches the travel switch, the travel switch is triggered, the controller sends a control signal to the vertical moving assembly 1200, and the vertical moving assembly 1200 stops driving the fixing base 1300 to move downward. This can prevent the vertical moving assembly 1200 from driving the fixing base 1300 to move downward for an excessive distance to damage the output shaft of the motor below the pressing rod 1400 or cause damage to the lower pressing ring detection device of the output shaft of the motor. The limiting member 1110 may be directly connected to the supporting rod 1100, or may be connected to the supporting rod 1100 through the vertical moving assembly 1200.
The controller may control the action time of the vertical moving assembly 1200 according to a preset control program, so as to ensure that the fixing base 1300 moves downward by a preset distance p when the lower pressing ring is detected.
The optoelectronic switch 1600 of the above embodiment may also be connected to the controller, and the optoelectronic switch 1600 may send a detection signal to the controller to inform the controller of the detection result. The controller can be connected with the alarm, and when the photoelectric switch 1600 detects that the lower pressing ring on the shaft lever is not installed in place, the controller can send a control signal to the alarm to control the alarm to give an alarm.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the vertical movement assembly 1200 includes an attachment plate 1210 fixed to the support rod 1100, a vertical rail 1220 disposed on the attachment plate 1210, a slider 1230 slidingly engaged with the vertical rail 1220, and a driver 1240 fixed to the attachment plate 1210 and connected to the stationary base 1300, the slider 1230 being connected to the stationary base 1300.
