Background
The crawler paver has high use frequency, large working load and poor working condition in the operation, and the caterpillar track is seriously worn. After the caterpillar track of the paver is severely worn, caterpillar track falling-out faults can occur in the operation and walking processes, so that the paver cannot continue to operate and walk. The worn parts of the caterpillar track are mainly shaft sleeves and pin shafts, so that the caterpillar track needs to be replaced. However, the shaft sleeve with serious abrasion can cause the shaft pin to be unable to be disassembled, and the shaft pin is difficult to disassemble without special tools, so that workers are generally required to bake by acetylene flame, and even the worn caterpillar links are cut off, thus annealing of the caterpillar links and material change are easy to cause the service performance to be reduced.

The hopper overturning support frame 2 is provided with a through hole 21, please refer to fig. 5, the hopper fixed support frame 1 penetrates through a slideway groove 11 on the hopper fixed support frame 1 and the through hole 21 on the hopper overturning support frame 2 through a connecting shaft 6 to be connected with the hopper overturning support frame 2, and a person skilled in the art can move the hopper fixed support frame 1 to enable the connecting shaft 6 to move on the slideway groove 11, so that the hopper fixed support frame 1 and the hopper overturning support frame 2 are in sliding connection.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the hopper tipping support frame 2 in combination with the hopper mounting support frame 1 via the slideway slot 11 and the connecting shaft 6 enables the hopper tipping support frame 2 to rotate relative to the hopper mounting support frame 1.
In this embodiment, the shape of the chute 11 is a slotted hole chute, please refer to fig. 4, when the connecting shaft 6 is at the bottom of the slotted hole chute, the shape of the connecting shaft 6 is please refer to fig. 7, at this time, the hopper turning support frame 2 can be used for supporting the hopper, specifically, a support plate 22 is provided on the hopper turning support frame 2, and the support plate 22 can be used for fitting the hopper, so as to support the hopper, that is, in this case, the hopper turning support frame 2 is in an upright state; when the connecting shaft 6 is at the top of the slotted hole chute, the hopper overturning support frame 2 is in a flat state, and in this case, an operator can detach the crawler belt pin, and at the moment, the hopper overturning support frame 2 plays a role of fixing a support of the pin detaching oil cylinder.
It should be noted that, the shape of the chute 11 is not limited to the oblong hole chute provided in the present embodiment, and those skilled in the art may design the chute 11 into other shapes, which is not limited herein.
In order to enable the hopper turning support frame 2 to stably maintain an upright or flat state, a person skilled in the art may provide pin holes 8 on the hopper fixing support frame 1 and the hopper turning support frame 2, and by installing positioning pins 7 on the pin holes 8, the positioning pins 9 can enable the hopper fixing support frame 1 to be fixedly maintained with the hopper turning support frame 2, as shown in fig. 8.
When the paver is maintained, as the caterpillar track pin is required to be disassembled and assembled, the invention further comprises a pin disassembling mechanism which is fixedly connected with the side plate of the paver frame, and the pin disassembling mechanism can be used for ejecting the caterpillar track pin.
Specifically, the pin disassembling mechanism comprises a positioning block 3 and a pin shaft telescopic positioning sleeve 5, the positioning block 3 is fixedly connected with a side plate of the paver frame, the structure of the positioning block 3 is shown in fig. 9, and the invention is not limited to the positioning block. As a preferred embodiment, the positioning block 3 is welded to the side plate of the frame by welding. In this embodiment, the positioning block 3 is connected with the pin shaft telescopic positioning sleeve 5 through the bolt 4, specifically, the pin shaft telescopic positioning sleeve 5 is installed in a square groove of the positioning block 3 through the bolt 4 and is fixed, and forms a matching mechanism with the hopper overturning supporting frame 2 and the hopper fixing supporting frame 1, so that the positioning of the other side of the chain rail is realized when the pin is detached, and meanwhile, an operator can also adjust the position of the pin shaft telescopic positioning sleeve 5 through the bolt 4.
In this embodiment, the pin shaft telescopic positioning sleeve 5 includes a base 51 and a telescopic portion 52, referring to fig. 6, a thread is disposed between the telescopic portion 52 and the base 51, and the telescopic portion 52 is rotated by the thread to realize telescopic movement. The pin shaft telescopic positioning sleeve 5 stretches through internal thread rotation, and when the pin shaft telescopic positioning sleeve 5 works, the telescopic part 52 moves relative to the base 51 to extend out of the base 51, so that the caterpillar track pin is propped up; when the pin shaft telescopic positioning sleeve 5 does not work, the telescopic part 52 moves relative to the base 51 to retract to the base 51, and the crawler running is not affected.
For further convenient disassembly and assembly of the track pin, the telescopic part 52 is provided with a raised platform 521, and the raised platform 521 is provided with a groove 522 matched with the track pin.
Example two
The invention also provides a paver, which adopts the paver reversible hopper supporting device with the pin disassembling mechanism in the first embodiment.
According to the paver, the hopper fixing support frame 1 is welded on the crawler support beam of the paver, meanwhile, the hopper overturning support frame 2 is connected to the hopper fixing support frame 1 in a sliding mode, and when the paver is erected through the hopper overturning support frame 2 and is placed in a flat state, the hopper overturning support frame 2 can be used for supporting a hopper of the paver; when the crawler belt pin is required to be disassembled, the hopper overturning support frame 2 can be put flat through the slideway groove 11, so that the support function of fixing the pin disassembling oil cylinder is achieved.
The positioning block 3 is fixed on the frame, so that the positioning sleeve of the pin shaft can be fixed, and the positioning sleeve position can be adjusted, so that the positioning and supporting effects on the caterpillar pin are realized. The positioning sleeve of the pin shaft is a telescopic mechanism, can extend out when in use and retract when not in use, and cannot interfere with the operation of the crawler device.
The paver provided by the invention can be used for rapidly maintaining the paver when the paver needs to be maintained, and is beneficial to saving time and cost.

According to the invention, through the follow-up connection mode of the hopper overturning support frame 2 and the hopper fixing support frame 1 arranged at the front end of the crawler, the two states of standing and horizontally placing of the hopper overturning support frame 2 are realized, meanwhile, the telescopic pin shaft locating sleeve on the rack is matched, the crawler caterpillar pin is dismounted, the position of the locating sleeve is regulated through the bolt 4, and the rapid and efficient construction requirement can be met.
